We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

Contras: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Contras: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"

If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

Calling them didn't help as the call center has no ability to change anything on your booking. At the kiosk they charged us double to check our bags because that's just how that works, even though their website ate our credit card information and didn't give us an ability to pay for luggage before check in online. The whole experience has made me decide to never use them ever again."

We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

This should all have been explained when we purchased our tickets. I probably would not fly on EasyJet again for this reason."

Prós: "Staff were polite and friendly. We had a peanut allergy sufferer in the family and they announced this and stopped serving peanuts which was great. Quick and smooth flight and efficient boarding. Security at Bristol was fairly quick. Bit of s queue at La Rochelle passport control however the passport officer was great with the kids and quite chatty joking with them."

It was very hectic and frustrating trying to find another flight. We got NO help from ez-Jet. Luckily TAP Portugal was extremely helpful and we did make our Delta flight with lots of extra help from them."

Contras: "Five hour flight delay (7:00 to 13:15) which forced us to buy 2 new tickets to same destination same day on another airline as we would have missed our return flight to the US from Hearhrow otherwise. Totally unacceptable!"

The whole process was very disorganized and they charged me over Fr.100 to just change the name. They we’re not changing the sheets only the name. Very unprofessional"

Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Contras: "Bought the flight 6 months prior. They give you the option to have a random seat, which i did. Apparently that means if people buy a seat, you might not get on the plane. Because they will sell your seat to someone willing to pay more."

Contras: "Delayed by almost 4 hours with no communication. By the time we found out we could get a meal voucher it was too late"

Prós: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."
Contras: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Prós: "Getting off the plane."
Contras: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Contras: "Was late, without any notification"

Prós: "Crew and Flight attendants were helpful, responsive and cheerful before, during and after the flight."
Contras: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

Contras: "Vueling—couldn’t figure out how to have us pay extra money for overweight bags It took us almost an hour to get thru the line bc our bags were too heavy, then the agent couldn’t figure out how to charge us for the extra $, so after 15 min, they just let us go without paying Then, it too forever to get thru security THEN, our flight was delayed, but they still told us to go to the gate and board, even tho there was no crew yet And then, we had to go down 2 flights of steps to take a bus to the plane and then take a flight of steps up to the plane. Then, our seats were dirty with cups and garbage Then the captain said we needed to refuel. Said it would take 5 more minutes but it was more like 25"

Prós: "On time departure"
Contras: "Checking line with no information, rude customer services, cabin crew very rude and discriminatory system, the flight attendant in charge of the cabin crew made us moved our Carry on three row far from our seats, despite the fact that we paid more for those seats and that we were among the first to board the plane. He made a racist facial expression toward us."

Contras: "I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to."

Prós: "Quick and cheap flight from Rome to Pairs for sightseeing"
Contras: "Boarding was moved at the time of boarding and sounds like that is normal so pay attention"

Prós: "on time, easy to do, price"
Contras: "everything worked out well for this flight"

Prós: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

Prós: "crew was friendly and timely ..providing regular snack/beverage service on a relatively short flight"
Contras: "beverage/snack service should be complimentary like itbia on most other flights"

Prós: "Good price, on time, comfortable seat, crew was friendly both at boarding and on plane."
Contras: "The only thing i didnt like was that when we boarded, we got on a bus to take us to the plane. I had paid extra for priority boarding and seating but i ended up being one of the last people on the plane. It did not end up being an issue because there was plenty of ovwrhead space for my carryons but it could have been. Wifi would also be nice. Even if i had to pay wxtra for it."

Contras: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Contras: "we had a terrible time flying through connecting flights and on top of that they charged 70 euros for baggage from rome to paris and then we had to check in again at paris, extremely painful and stressful given the short amount of time. i would never ask someone to do this again."

Contras: "The flight was unable to take off on time, which they did not communicate until after boarding. All of the passengers had to sit on the plane on the tarmac and wait an hour until we were able to take off."

Prós: "Spacious, punctual, friendly"

Prós: "Easy enough boarding... our flight coming into BCN was delayed due to weather, so we were cutting it very close for the connection. Vueling crew took care of our late check in etc."
Contras: "DId not have the food. No wifi or entertainment"

Prós: "Flight attendants were nice, and the aircraft was clean."
Contras: "Flat out the worst flying experience I've ever had. The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

Prós: "O voo era simples, não havia nenhuma problema mas não fui nada de especial. Não posso avaliar a comida ou o entretenimento porque não comei e não havia."

Contras: "Worst plane seat of all carriers. No leg room, to close to seat in front no where to put anything , no usb charger. My local bus is more comfortable & better equipped. Same as 90% of people only fly Ryanair as a last resorts. Friend tried to down load boarding pass in the morning of flight was not able as need to be done 24hrs before. 50 euro to get printed at airport outrageous. Perhaps you could Justify £10 but 50 euro!! Why do they try so hard to rip there customers off at every turn"

Prós: "Nothing, only good thing was that the girl at the check-in was very nice and felt bad for the situation, then inside the plane after we landed, the manager was very attentive and nice to me, she heard my complaints and made sure I spoke my part."
Contras: "- They charged me 55 GBP for missing the check-in - They didn't let me facture the suitcase even tho I paid for the priority entrance. I had to throw away my liquid bottles. - While boarding one of the flight attendants told me to walk faster because they were late, even though I had two heavy bags in both of my hands. Then he insulted me in Italian and after I asked him 8 times to tell me what he said to me he told me to shut up and sit down. I sat down for 2 hours in a very bad mood trying to control myself from starting a fight. After the flight I waited and spoke with the manager about it, If I'm not wrong the name of the attendant was Luca and the manager heard my complaints. This was the worse flight of my entire life, I have never been treated so disrespectfully in a plane, I felt humiliated. I will never touch a Ryanair plane ever again. I definitely should be getting a refund for this."

Contras: "Supostamente só se pode levar uma única mala, presenciei pessoas sem prioritário e sem mala extra a embarcarem com dois volumes o que é injusto para quem se preocupou a controlar a bagagem incluindo a dificuldade que é não utilizar mala de senhora para além da bagagem."

Prós: "The prices were ok. I’m short (5,4) so I can’t complain about the leg space. The cabin crew were pleasant, I can’t say the same about al the workers in the airport, ruining your mood before a holiday is slack - especially after"
Contras: "Not all of your staff are polite, I’m not sure if it is because we were in a country that does not accept or respect people of “colour” but I could see that there was definitely a heavy line of different treatment to other races - sadly from a very well known brand. I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."

Prós: "Very chip flight but expensive tricks about luggage paid my cabin bag but not allowed to check them I will never flight with Ryanair air."

Contras: "Flight had delay for about 40 minutes on taking off ... and landed about 30 minutes late ..."

Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."

Contras: "Houve um atraso e não avisaram. Ficámos em pé imenso tempo para embarcar como se o voo estivesse a horas."

Contras: "Delayed for three hours then they gave us a 5eur/£3.50 voucher which we were only allowed to use for pizza and WATER. No other soft drink. The delay was ridiculous. The allowed us to board and be seated for about 15 mins before telling us that there was a problem with the aircraft. DONT YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE PASSENGERS BOARD?! Priority was a waste of money we all got on at the same time anyway. Rubbish service, rubbish airline and my £26 flight turned in £60 easily with all the extras which were a waste of my money."

Contras: "Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!"
