Contras: "The flight was over 2 hours late leaving Copenhagen, and then we sat at the gate while they unloaded bags to find the luggage of some passengers who decided not to be on that flight. Then it was total chaos at O'Hare. Very few SAS ticket agents who were not prepared to deal with the many passengers who had missed connections. We spent the night on hard chairs in the airport when we could have been re-booked on a flight out that night if they had been at all organized and efficient."

Contras: "Upon landing in EWR on United, per my reservation on this site my connection was on SAS to Copenhagen. Upon arrival in EWR, I received an email from this site saying my SAS flight "may be canceled". I immediately headed to the terminal where SAS was and went into the lounge to speak to an agent. The women I spoke to could not have been more rude. She told me my flight was canceled and that she did not have access to any details because that was United's responsibility. I told her that could not be the case because my flight was on SAS so if they canceled the flight, I would like to understand what my options are given that I had a tight window upon arrival into my final destination into Dubrovnik so I could not be too late in landing outside of my original reservation. She told me that I had to talk to United and did not even acknowledge why there was a cancellation or anything other than the SAS flight I was on was cancelled. She barely even helped me to understand where my luggage was which I was very concerned would be lost given the issue with the flight cancellation. As a result of all of this, it turns out I was put onto a United flight that now had MORE connections. I had to now go to Frankfurt to Vienna to Dubrovnik, all with really tight connections AND now I no longer was on the same flight as my friend who I was traveling with. SAS did not help with any of this or care to assist in ANY way. They told me it was out of their hands and I had to talk to United. AWFUL service when SAS had cancelled the flight! I had no choice but to take the re-routed flights. I ended up running to my gates and barely catching all of my connections which made for a very stressful travel experience to start my long awaited vacation. After paying the high cost I did for my flight, I am extremely frustrated with my experience as I ended up having more connections, tight connections, awful customer service and a really stressful trip. This is NOT would I would expect for how much I paid and out of the quality of an airline. I would like to receive some type of compensation for the extreme inconvenience of landing 3+ hours after my original arrival time, being broken up with my friend who I was traveling with, not being given any options for my travel, terrible customer service assistance, and no acknowledgement from SAS to help me in any way."

Crew was very affable and helpful."
Contras: "See point before re: second snack. Our flight was delayed for two hours, presumably due to snow in Oslo. The boarding area was disorganized -- something I remember from flying through Norway a few years ago as well. I also didn't quite understand why I received priority boarding, as a United gold member on my outbound fight, but not on my return. So the inconsistency was a bit confusing/frustrating. But the flight overall was smooth, and the accommodations quite good."

We spent the entire time in a panic trying to figure out how else we could get to our destination in time for a wedding. When we finally talked to someone at the counter, he said this was just normal procedure to be able to shuffle seats. This is not normal. I have flown with many airlines, and I cannot imagine it is ever "normal" policy to tell people they have been downgraded to standby until just before the flight. So much anxiety. Also, the flight was delayed, and the crew had no communication about gates or any other information (within their OWN AIRLINE) for those with connecting flights."

Thus we had to double, triple the cost of our flight just to get to Athens. JTR is worse than flight terminals in Iraq & Afghanistan. The flight - who cares, they ripped us off, made our morning miserable, and we'll never fly RyanAir again."

Te obrigam a pagar para escolher onde quer sentar (se tiver em mais que 1 pessoa, na hora que fizer o check in te colocam de proposito um na frente do avião e outro no fundo, para que voce pague para trocar de lugar). No balcão de informações da empresa eles não conseguem resolver nada e se livram do problema que qualquer reclamação deve ser feita no destino final."

Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."
Prós: "I got assigned to the seat I requested"
Contras: "I arrived early per their suggestion and was one of the first few people in line for baggage check in. I was told boarding passes were not free, they charge a fee but she would not do it right there. She sent me off to another window to pay, then I had to come back to this window to get my boarding pass, which had a huge line by that time. It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."
Contras: "Kiwi booking through kayak was deceptive and I had to pay for a ticket at check after learning Ryanair does not do business with kiwi. Price was more than double and kiwi also billed me. Thanks!"
Prós: "Cabin staff was polite, the flight was short."
Contras: "The check in process is absurd. I did not have a chance to check in on my phone beforehand, so I waited in line to check in at the desk. At my turn, the woman behind the desk was annoyed with me for not checking in and told me I had to go speak with another office (though she did not clarify why) and then come back to her. The airport was small, so lines for check in, security, this other office, and those seeking food were all merged into one large group. This second office didn’t open for another 40 minutes so I was thankful I’d arrived early. Standing in line, those around me all figured out why we were there: this was the line to pay extra fees. Apparently if one doesn’t check in beforehand, there is a fee. Ok, I had a few euros left. Nope, it was €68.20 to check in at the airport desk. I took my receipt and went back to the first line, she printed me a boarding pass and I was able to get through security. The fee to check in at airport was more than the cost of my ticket."
Prós: "Cabin crew - efficient, friendly and with a sense of humour."
Contras: "Having to buy Prority boarding to guarantee access to the overhead bins. Seats not that comfortable. Little legroom (i’m average height at best)."
Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
Prós: "Do espaço entre as poltronas da frente! Apenas isso!"
Contras: "O voo atrasou uma hora!"

Contras: "No check in email reminder is provided. Had to wait in 3 different lines to print boarding pass, check in, and find out if your bag fit airline restrictions. We were charged 68 euro each to print boarding pass. The airports credit card machine was down and we were forced to go to an ATM and pay in cash. The carry on size restrictions are ridiculous. Your bag will be marked as too large (at a 50 additional euro charge) if it sicks out by 1 inch thickness wise, even if it fits into the box provided. Horrible experience and I will never use this airline again."
Prós: "My own boarding was went ok"
Contras: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."
Contras: "Avião muito sujo"
Contras: "Não me deixaram embarcar com a mala, alegando que ela estava fora do padrão. A mesma situação aconteceu com outras pessoas. Uma funcionária ficava na fila avaliando as malas que, segundo ela, tinham de ir para o porão. Ocorre que dentre todas as pessoas, fui a única a ser cobrada pelo despacho da mala. Pessoas com malas maiores do que a minha embarcaram sem multa. Além disso, a companhia parece um mercado à ceu aberto. Até loteria é vendida."
