Prós: First time flying with TAP PORTUGAL and it was a great experience
Prós: Nothing was amazing. Worse thing is the luggage -- they only allow 8kg as carry on, You can hardly carry anything more than a computer and the actual TUMI carryon bag with that.

Contras: The vegetarian food was horrible and lacked variety. Feel like TAP makes food choices harder than it needs to be. How hard is it to just have a pasta option. Instead we got tofu croquettes.....

Contras: We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is
Prós: The crew was helpful and polite, food was good
Contras: Would have preferred to watch one comedy movie. The crazy rich Asians was on a lighter side of a movie but I had seen that one already.
Contras: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.
Prós: This is a great way to travel from Helsinki to Tampere and avoid the railway and train changing.
Contras: The plane is not comfortable, but the flight is very short. It balances out.

Prós: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Contras: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Prós: Getting off the plane.
Contras: SAS like other airlines gives you a chance to bid on a nicer seat. If the offer is accepted, your card is charged the amount you bid and you are upgraded. If your offer is not accepted, you keep your seat and are not charged for bidding. I placed a bid for a nicer seat and was informed the day before the flight that my bid was rejected. But when the plane was boarding, I went to the man at the desk and asked if the plane was full. He informed me that it was not, and that I could pay roughly $300 for economy plus, or $1000 for business class. Online, I was ALLOWED to bid $200 for the economy plus seat. If they are going to reject this offer and then have the seat fly empty, they are a bunch of dicks. They had a chance for me to be a happier customer and to make more money. Now they lost both. What was also terrible is that when I family with an infant was moved up a few seats, I suggested to the lady next to me who wanted the newly vacant aisle seat that she ask the flight attendant for it. The flight attendant said it was fine. As the lady sitting next to me went to her her new seat, and old man from a few rows up took it. Another flight attendant had promised it to him. So, now the two of us are crammed, she's pissed that the seat she said she could have she couldn't, and I'm there like "My god, they wouldn't even take my money to let me have a nicer, EMPTY, seat." Poor communication, poorly run. Try another airline.
Contras: Don't remember this flight
Prós: Plenty of room on this flight. The plane was about half full.
Contras: Everyone's breakfast was supposed to be an "egg and bacon" flavored wrap of some sort, but there was absolutely no egg or bacon flavor associated with it. The flavor of bacon is very distinctive. This thing's flavor and texture suggested some sort of very tasteless doughy material, with certainly nothing tasting like egg or bacon inside of it. Ugh.
Prós: I had a middle row of seats that I was able to stretch out in and sleep.
Contras: Better Food Choices...not everyone likes cheese!!!
Prós: Good selection of movies and music. Food was mediocre.
Contras: Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again.
Contras: Bags didn't get loaded, plane delayed. Poor customer service.

Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!
Prós: Smooth flight
Contras: Terribly unhealthy food choices. Though the announcements came in English, they could barely be understood. A seasoned traveler would know what it was about, seatbelts and luggage.in the bins.

Prós: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Contras: Transfer point needs upgrade.
Prós: We have been flying Swiss for years and they are the most reliable and best organized airline, we have ever experienced.
Contras: I didn't notice that I had booked some sort of new economy light category where checked baggage is no longer included and to check baggage when booked into this class cost $60 per bag per flight. So overall on the trip I paid $240 extra for luggage alone.
Contras: A little more clean seats
Prós: On board is pretty good except that the seats are pretty narrow compare to our previous experiences. As a reference, I am 5‘3“ and 110 lbs.
Contras: Our flight was delayed and the seats were narrrow.
Contras: First plane from Barcelona to Zurich was turned around mid flight for medical emergency. Missed connection flight and had to wait 24 hours for next flight to LA.
Prós: When you lose your phone in the business class seat and a technician goes to find it once you land in Zurich and the day that it has miraculously disappeared there isn’t much to like at all about Swiss Airlines. Swiss Airlines isn’t going to hear the end of this is they don’t agree to replace my son’s phone. My husband is a lawyer and we are prepared to bring this to the public.
Contras: My son dropped his phone in business class seat and the ground staff technician claimed it wasn’t there. Theft at its best! Swiss Air better take responsibility for their shady staff and agree to replace my don’s Phone promptly or we will take this to the public eye and courts. I’m sure we could get a big class action suit.
Contras: The only thing that was iffy were the movies Most were not recent But I did watch Bohemian Rhapsody Excellent

Contras: The crew at checkin we’re pretty awful. They were rude and not very helpful. I witnessed 3 customers have poor service in front of me and then they weren’t helpful with me either. The plane changed and I had paid for a seat and I lost my money and the seat I paid for and was never notified.

Prós: The crew was professional. Plenty of space to store my carry on bag overhead. I also like the safety video at the beginning, featuring actors and comedians.

Prós: To check in took so long . I could have used the automated check in but my code was not recognised. Travelling as a couple we were given separate seats .The staff did not even see fit to even tell us.Poor meals. the cabin crew looked harassed.

Prós: The pilot did an excellent job navigating through rough weather.
Contras: Boarding is a mess, too many special groups, and then the masses get in and it just becomes a zoo inside the plane. There are so many charges, flying these days is really not better than taking a local bus.
Prós: Cabin much too hot and no air circulation until just before pushback. Ack!!
Contras: 1) They left our luggage at Brussels, the lost and found desk in Venice that handles Brussels airlines was unmanned. Took 40 minutes to talk to a person. 2) Although promised to bring the luggage on the next day, only brought 2 days after! We had to buy some cloth and still waiting for response from them. 3) We almost missed the connection flight (we had almost hour and a half) because the line for connection flight security was enormous and only 1 person worked in the security. Not only that we were rushed by the crew to RUN (!!!) for the bus, that was ridiculous ! We could fall and hurt ourselves.

Contras: No food except for purchase. Expected at least cup of coffee/crackers
Prós: After our first flight had been cancelled, we needed to be comforted by Brussels Airlines that our return flight would be OK. And we were. Though there were slight delays due to technical checks at boarding time, everything else was on schedule and we even landed slightly ahead of time, never a bad thing. The flight was smooth and quite pleasurable. Now we are prepared to experience flying with Brussels Airlines again.
Contras: Flight delays is a constant problem with this company

Prós: Plane landed at 1511, at Gate at 1525 (a bit slow), I'm through customs (only 50 people in line?!) and at the baggage carousel at 1535 (long legs) and my bag is already there waiting for me!! I'm outside having a smoke at 1538! How do they do it?
Prós: Plane was nice, clean, good entertainment options, departed almost on time, arrived on time.
Contras: Boarding process - seat upgrades should come with boarding zone upgrades. Paying extra for a seat and then boarding in last zone makes no sense to me.
Prós: Staff polite and provided fast service.
Contras: Boarding was hazy and let room for loosing the plane.

Contras: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah
Prós: Why do I needed to pay at the airport addiction 150 euros for one suitcase? Why was it online included to find out the I have to pay extra? That’s addioanl 30% increase for the price of the ticket. I’ have been using you for a long time and not really happy
Prós: The plane its so big and we arrived in barcelona on time its my second time.

Contras: The entertainment is very poor. The programs are not on demand and the screeen is old, small and very poor quality. The A330-200 I flew from Boston to Lisbon was excellent and had the new lie flat seats and on-demand entertainment. Big difference between the two airplanes.

Prós: It was a rather empty flight so I was able to have space to myself to stretch out.
Contras: Everything. We were late boarding, late taking off, micromanaged by the crew like we’re stupid, the food was truly god awful atrocious... and there were like 20 movies to choose from for a 7 hour flight. Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
Prós: On time. Pleasant crew.
Contras: Sandwich was a bit dry, no mayonnaise or other condiments.

Contras: The airline fix the booking problem because my trip was from Zurich to Brussels to Washington DC to Austin and went I print my boarding passes only show to Brussels. The booking agent didn’t complete all the way in the computer. I am thankful that I had my original paper and Swiss airlines fix it
