Prós: Flight was on time
Contras: They charged for drinks, even soft drinks! There were three annoying children sitting behind us all under the age of 8. They were unsupervised. I didn't think airlines would allow an entire row of kids to sit like this without an adult sitting with them. Their mother was across the aisle.
Contras: some more leg room
Prós: Boarded efficiently. Took off on time. Landed ahead of schedule.
Contras: Checking in process. Choice of seats very limited and I accessed the website (literally) the minute online checkin opened.

Contras: The enertainment system was down for over half the passengers and only returned to spotty functionality two thirds of the way through the flight. I gather after some other passengers disconnected. Clearly the system didn’t have enough bandwidth to support all 350 passengers. and why no wifi?
Prós: Good movies
Contras: Flight took 3 hours longer than expected and they lost the baggage of me and 50+ other travellers

Prós: The flight itself was fine and the crew was excellent. The boarding process was efficient.
Contras: My center seat, which was assigned, put me in an extremely uncomfortable position physically for the entire 14 hour flight. My two seatmates extended physically into my space, and minimal legroom meant by knees were pressed against the seat in front. I was not happy at the lack of seat choice.
Contras: The food was really bad. I prebooked an AISLE seat and of course I was given the WINDOW!
Prós: Best food I've ever had on an airline! Great flight. Not too full.

Contras: The width of the seats. Tricky to have that elbow rest, it is you or your neighbor!
Prós: Crew was ok.
Contras: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.
Prós: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...
Contras: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!
Prós: Like the overall KLM experience
Contras: Food could have had better quality and the stewardess served it all at once versus in the various courses.

Contras: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.
Prós: Brand new aircraft, excellent communication
Contras: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.

Contras: Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat.
Prós: The crew is excellent. Very friendly, professional, and helpful. Both on board and at the desk inside the airport. They listen to your needs and respond the best they can. Seats are comfortable enough for Economy. Good selection of movies to watch. The flight was on time and arrived even a little earlier than expected.
Contras: The food was filling, but not particularly tasty. For those seated toward the back, there was no choice. Although maybe there was no choice to begin with. Normally, on international flights, for the first (bigger) meal at least, you are given two choices, such as meat or vegetarian, beef or chicken. The food itself wasn't great. The salad was below average on both flight, from and to Chicago. So was the desert. Drinks are offered once with each meal in very small glasses. Although there is a bottle of water from the start.
Prós: Leg room, friendly crew, good choices for entertainment, nice blankets!
Contras: The flight was delayed for an hour, but the transfer in Helsinki was easy, I made it to the connect flight just in time for boarding

Prós: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Contras: no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.

Prós: We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!

Prós: The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude.
Contras: Delta please make excellence a priority in all areas of customer service. Set high standards for staff so customers know that you appreciate them and are ready for business. The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand

Attendant alerted us to a 'problem with the flight' but was incomprehensible over the speaker, as with any subsequent announcements.

My wife phoned CA to book a gluten free meal the day before. The process was so complex she gave up. 9 hours no food. I was reminded again why I hate this airline
Contras: Uncomfortable and small space for the travelers
Contras: They didn’t put enough fuel in the tank and the pilot only noticed when we were next in line to take-off so that led to a 30 minute delay. Some terrible seat designer put the call button and light control on the armrest exactly where your elbow rests so every few seconds you would here a call bell.
