Contras: The seats were the most terrible seats I have ever experienced in all my years of flying. I'm a small person and even I couldn't get comfortable. The seats were curved in the wrong way and didn't recline enough for a 3 hour flight. The crew made the boarding and deplaning process worse by not paying attention to what was going on in the plane.
Prós: comfortable plane and seats, good pilot
Contras: the crew should have handed out sanitizing wipes as you entered and told people who were not covering their noses with their masks that it was required - Per United rules and regulations.
Contras: Terrible process for check-in. Unable to check in online for basic economy. If issue is with a bag then have customer take picture of carryon

Contras: Never will I fly on them Again! No protective measures in regard to Covid! Terrible!

Contras: Everything! Jam packed flight. and no Covid measures taken. Aweful!!! I will Never fly on them Again! Shame on the Airline!
Contras: Passengers were packed too tight. I had a woman put her but in my face while I was seated, and hit me in the head with her bag while she tried to get out of the way of another passenger.
Prós: Love the texting notices.

Prós: Good flight. Out baggage didn’t make the flight, but the Irish crew brought our luggage to us in our next town so we didn’t have to go back to Dublin to get it! Super nice!
Prós: Nice crew, clean plane, and they had soda and coffee!!!
Contras: Full flight, not spaced out like I thought it would be.
Prós: Social distancing was enforced and I was able to have a whole row to myself on both flights.
Contras: Cleanliness on my return flight could have been better. Flight attendants weren’t coming around picking up trash as much as the first flight

Prós: The flight seemed fine, it was comfortable and the crew was polite.
Contras: When we arrived, we found that our luggage had been destroyed... The wheels were broken off and there were large rips in the suitcase.... It was a disappointment because we are both disabled and it is very difficult to drag a large bag through sfo without any wheels. United did offer a $75 voucher which was about half the cost of the bag. We were tired and accepted it.
Prós: Great nonstop, friendly crew

Prós: The was helpful and friendly and was able to take care of problems.
Contras: Notifying me when a flight was being canceled before getting to the airport not where. You are supposed to be boarding the plane.
Contras: The crew overall. Many of them seemed overwhelmed and bothered to be there. Were not helpful and did not try to create a safe environment.
Prós: The airline nore the airport were making people follow covid guidelines.

Contras: They used a crappy old plane. The seats were very worn. It was obviously a really old aircraft. For first class I should have flown coach. No drink offered upon boarding. Just very minimal with the high price attached.
Prós: It was on time. The staff was friendly.
Contras: My seat got changed around after I have chosen my my preferred seat. I was the send all the way to the back last row with my 15 month old she counts sleep because of the bathroom noise. The I was given extra space just to be set back at where I was of some not explain reasons. Safety is the most and people weren’t checked for temperatures people where not making social distances... I believe they have not take mayor precautions for the pandemic they can do better...
Prós: that I was finally able to go home
Contras: Customer service was very poor. The arline could've notified the connecting flight that we had landed and to wait on us. Instead, the connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 and the flight had already left. In addition, the reps did not show and form of empathy that we had missed the flight, of no fault of our own. When asked to provide transportation the connecting flight, the rep acted put out and stated we would have to wait (mind you, the next flight wasn't scheduled to board until 1:44pm). I was then told, the rep was going to lunch and I would have to flag down a ride. Lastly, a $10.00 voucher was nothing considering most airport meals are over $10.00.
Prós: I like that I was finally able to come home
Contras: The United Airlines reps could have shown some empathy to the passengers who were delayed. The arline knew we had connecting flights and could've alerted the other flight that we were there and to wait on us. The connecting flight was scheduled to leave at 9:50. I arrived at the gate at 9:49 only to find that the flight had not only boarded but had already left. The reps at the counter showed no level of empathy and acted put out when asked to provide transportation to the reassigned gate. Lastly, the flight could've offered something more than a $10 food voucher, especially since the majority of the food in the airport is greater than $10.
Prós: Everything about the 787. Very comfortable and pleasant
Contras: Again, United is not enforcing its own COVID restrictions. That’s gotta stop

Contras: The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude.
Contras: Multiple people on flight not wearing masks
Prós: One of the nicest flight attendants I’ve ever seen in my life and I travel a lot.
Contras: Being issued a seat not next to other families when there were empty rows and one seaters available.

Contras: My toddler wasn’t issued a ticket like he should have been so it ended up taking me a long time to check in. I had to sit next to another passenger with a toddler on my lap. Multiple rows had 3 passengers.

Contras: Super small and crowded flight, no safe distance whatsoever. A particular older flight attendant was cranky.
Contras: @ last minute My flights changed from Ind-Dev-Spokane to Ind-SFC-Spokane.
We were offered free WiFi on flight but it wasn’t true.
Prós: The crew was nice
Contras: It was over crowded, the person in front of me spilt their entire coffee on my bag and with everyone wearing masks no one can hear you. He didn’t apologize and it was a mess. When I went to get my luggage they just tossed it and then entire bag opened up. My luggage was not over stuffed nor was it even close to the weight limit. Everything flew out of the bag when it came down the carousel. There was also no option to upgrade or even pay for a first class ticket- looks like I’ll go back to flying American.
Prós: Boarding and deplaning was organized and efficient.
Contras: The flight was completely full, including every middle seat. It did NOT feel safe to have a completely full flight during COVID. Some passengers kept on taking off their masks to talk to each other, completely defeating the purpose of the mask. I will not fly United again during COVID.
