Contras: "There wasn't electricity at all on my seat and on some other in the same area. The screen didn't work and I couldn't even charge my phone. Very bad experience!"

Contras: "The flight attendants were uniformly rude and nasty to passengers from start to finish. As I boarded, I asked for a piece of art to be stored in the wardrobe compartment. This was treated as an inconvenience. During and after boarding, flight attendants addressed passengers rudely when encouraging them to take their seats in a timely fashion. Later, when my seat mate politely asked a FA to repeat the food options, she asked, "Excuse me?" several times and seemed very irritated to have to repeat the choices for him. Also, near the end of the flight, a pillow was on the ground and a FA asked those seated in my row to pick it up. We responded that it wasn't ours and she said something to the effect of, "Oh yeah? So how did it get there?" (Maybe because someone else dropped it and we didn't notice?) The FAs seemed irritated to serve passengers at all. Each time they passed through for beverage or meal service, I felt like I was imposing on them. I have never witnessed anything quite like it. Makes me wonder why they were all so upset and and felt it appropriate to speak and act disrespectfully toward customers. (Delta, do you have any insights?) I hope they all got a good night's rest after that haul."

Prós: "Boarding was easy. Mess up at JFK left us on the tarmac for an hour before getting to our gate. Pilot kept us informed. Pleasant crew."

Contras: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."

Even when it became available however, we were forced to wait while ATC sent every other plain taxiing through our route which was clearly visible from our vantage point. Not an issue with Delta per se but nonetheless it left us all exhausted and frustrated."

Contras: "I ordered a special asian vegetarian meal and it was just plain horrible. I had to settle for the cookie. It's nice that they serve a complimentary meal on the red eye flight but the quality of the food was bad. Entertainment options were also limited although they had some recent box office entries from last year. The leg room also wasn't great but that's expected in economy I guess."

Contras: "Entertainment was working, watching movie when they said done didn't have do they were resetting system. They tried twice taking over an hour and it never came back on for anyone..... :("

Prós: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Prós: "Of the multiple international airlines I recently flew with, I would have to say KLM was by far the best. Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

In Madrid, they called to initiate boarding and we stood for 15-20 min before anyone moved at all; business class was then called, and we ended up standing another 15-20 min in the jetway before being ushered into the plane! Even in business class, the entertainment system was poor it's difficult to use and my system froze entirely on the way to Madrid. It worked on the way back, but the selection was relatively limited and poor."

Contras: "Boarding was extremely disorganized and hectic. No lines or sections were created to organize boarding process. Boarding area was crammed with people pushing to board. Seat selections of many passengers (including my boyfriend's and my own) were switched at the last minute right as we were boarding . We had to wait until everyone was seated to negotiate seat changes with fellow passengers in order to sit together. The seat and luggage moves added to the chaos on the plane and delayed the flight by about 45 minutes. food was mediocre, seats uncomfortable. All in all not a good experience. Had boarding been calmer and smoother the rest of the issues wouldn't be as notable as us passengers would have been in a much better mood."

Contras: "After a delayed flight coming to Madrid, I was faced with an unbelievably long boarding control line, it seemed clear that I would miss my flight! Crew then stopped all people from going up to the security check point except those headed to London! But I was going to miss my flight to JFK also. This process was so poorly managed!!!! The crowd became very angry, some people even started pushing, yelling and becoming violent. I feared for my safety. I pleaded with a crew member to let me through, and eventually she did, but the process was frightening and chaotic!!!"

Prós: "Always great service on Iberia."
Contras: "My only complaint, and it's frequently the case with Iberia, is that the cabin is always very cold. Thanks for the blankets, though!"

Prós: "Transatlantic flight with 1980-s entertainment. Both ways...Thirld world ...I was ashamed the airline was American"

Contras: "Group system to queue on line was okay but people still seemed confused. Crew forgot some people's request. Bathrooms were smelly and dirty only after two hours on plane."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Prós: "A really big and nice dinner, followed by bloody mary. An ice cream was served some hours later, followed by a nice breakfast sandwich and cake before landing. All this on an evening flight from London, ending in NYC before midnight."
Contras: "An option to cover up all the screens and lights..Blue light especially prevent sleep. I was half asleep on the subway home."

Prós: "Iberia has started upgrading their planes and this one was quite comfortable for a long flight with good legroom and comfortable seats."
Contras: "We boarded 20 minutes late with no explanation, then took off another 30 minutes late with no explanation or communication at all. The flight attendants were not friendly or helpful. The food was mediocre. Our entertainment system was not working at all for half the flight, they reset it about four times to get it working. Once it was working, my husband's screen was not responding at all. Flight was smooth and pilots made up some time in the air which was appreciated."

Contras: "Two food options were beef or beef. Unacceptable"

Prós: "Not enough vegetarian meals."

Prós: "We like the food, the entretenment service, the airplane was new and flight attendants was very polite !!!"

Contras: "Boarding was a little confusing. No overhead signs to indicate boarding groups. Announcements were hard to hear. Stewards were hard to contact mid-flight to ask for water to drink. A long flight, and it would have been nice to have more available."

Contras: "The customer service people were the least sympathetic and least helpful people I have ever met. They did nothing to accommodate us."

Prós: "I liked the selection of movies, and the quick boarding process."
Contras: "I didn't like that when I was boarding I was told I had no seat and was standby, this was very stressful, though it was eventually taken care of. I wish I'd been told earlier, they said that when you use a machine to check in, you don't find this out until boarding."

Contras: "I was told i would be able to book my seat 24hrs before my flight. I was on the phone while i was on vacation trying to do so and was told it wasn't possible after 4 hours going back and forth with them."

Contras: "The plane was filthy. Crew members didn't seem to care to take care of passengers. Overall not a good experience."

Prós: "The flight attendants are rude, the food is disgusting, and their customer service is non existent. My husband left his iPad on the plane, and realized as soon as we stepped off, but they refused to let us retrieve it. Instead, they went us through this ridiculous online process, where they determined they found the iPad, but "rejected our request to have it returned"!!!!!! The absolute worst!!"

Prós: "service on the flight was excellent pilot helpful and informative about weather and delays"
Contras: "once we got to the airport (JFK)- Iberia ran the flight, we waited over 3 hours (yes 3 hours) for our luggage with very little information about why it was delayed some said security, some said weather we got announcement that it would be there in 15 min then monmentarily but we still waited 2 more hours this experience- esp the poor information in addition to the wait really tainted my expereince. I would not fly Iberia again and recommend that FinnAir not affiliate with them"

Prós: "The staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The flight was very smooth."

Contras: "We ended up flying to Paris on Air France because it was the only flight left after RAM screwed us over. Cost me $1800 dollars and no chance to retrieve my money back unless someone sends me a letter saying someone screwed up. Need help please!"

Prós: "Very good food overall. Picking up utensils a little slow. Good coffee. Lavatories were accessible at all times. I was able to get aisle seat without a hassle. Good movie selection l. Movie quality itself was disappointing l."

Contras: "We were on the plane for 2 hours before we were offered any drinks (soda, water, etc.) The seats were quite small ( I'm average sized.) and I often felt as if I were slipping off the seat. The aircraft was very warm with poor airflow."

We had just landed there and our connection was leaving from there too JFK! He said there was nothing he could do and he sent us to the other airline counter to see if they would help us!"

Prós: "Flight run smooth and they treat us well."

Contras: "No information about 2 hours delay, no tv, old plane, no service, food disgusting. One of the worst flight ever"

Contras: "It wasn't an Iberia flight. It was an American Airlines flight and there was no indication that we had to check in at the American Airlines counter. We had to run to the other side of the airport to check in."

Prós: "Boarding was easy and efficient. Seats were comfortable and the food was excellent."
Contras: "No instructions for connecting flight after landing in Lisbon. We were in a passport line for two hours and almost missed the flight. When we finally got to the gate, three staff members expedited our boarding, as we were a party of three"

Contras: "Nuestro vuelo entre Boston y Lisboa arriba llegó con retraso a su destino, Lisboa. En Lisboa, las maletas se retrasaron más de 1 hora. Debido a ambos retrasos, perdimos el vuelo de conexión entre Lisboa y Oviedo. En Lisboa, los empleados del mostrador de Air Europa ni nos miraron a la cara. No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo."

Contras: "We were an hour late taking off after boarding"

Prós: "Friendly staff. Good proportion of quality-price for the airfare. Pleasant ride on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with features like the electronic dimmers on the windows."
Contras: "One hour into flight, the entertainment system shut down. The flight attendants tried their best to revive it, and managed to do so after 3 or 4 hours. All passengers applauded."

Contras: "More than 4 hours delay and nobody was able to tell us anything, nobody was updated in the gate, terrible information and service, Internet service was terrible, the only quick procedure was to charge my credit card, after this terrible reception"

Prós: "Comfort and quiet aircraft"
Contras: "Food and that only allow one bag for long haul flight while most of the airlines allow 2 pieces for economy travelers."

Prós: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Contras: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

Prós: "Check in perfect directions great plane great sits comfortable"
Contras: "The flight attendants could be a little bit "nicer" The food -- so so Movies OK"

Prós: "The 787s"
Contras: "The glitchy mobile app and website won't allow a check in, because it keeps asking for frequent flyer number, but it won't accept Delta's credentials...very frustrating"

Prós: "The plane was a newer 787 Dreamliner. The interior was clean, the flight crew friendly and professional. The meals were a notch above average for airplane food. That means a lot when it is a nine and one half hour flight. A free glass of wine served with the meal was a nice bonus. Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."
Contras: "I have no complaints. I would definitely fly Air Europa again if it is the 787, and a long flight."

She clearly saw my friends and I did not receive a meal but continued to pass on the lunches even after noticing my hand was up. It wasn't until I got the attention of another crew member that she finally recognized we were lunchless. Hate to be that guy but could there be some type of prejudice within the Spanish crew members?"

Contras: "The line for checking in with previous online check in is redicouslously long, what is the point with doind online check in if you have to be standing 1 hour just to drop the bags? It happened in both flights to rhe point that we almost lost our flight from madrid to lisbon"

Prós: "Great plain, new comfortable clean, crew was fantastic, helpful and friendly"
Contras: "Food was good but could be fresher"

Contras: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."

Contras: "The coach seats are too small and restrictive. The flight almost 11 hours!!! I see that as before the trip was in a direct line on the map, not accounting for more than 8 plus hours, not the route is in a curve and much longer. So many hours in those seats is a torture!!!!"

Contras: "We had to wait 1hr on board of the plane because there was no tractor available to push the plane back to the taxi ramp at the Barajas Airport in Madrid. Flight was late at Miami Food is the worst and hardly any. Entertainment is basic and had to pay for the headphones which should be included."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "The cabin crew threw the food on the trays, and once they picked it up as fast as they could, they dissapeared and didn't show up again until just before landing, just to throw the customs form on the customers and dissapear again without providing any help. The pilot and the entertainment system used Polish instead of Spanish, in a Spanish airline flight departing from Madrid with majority of Spanish speaking passengers. The food was garbage."

Contras: "The boarding was somehow on time at the first beginning. However, after we have all boarded, they announced that 3 of the passengers decided not to flown with us. Therefore, in order to take out their luggage, we were on board waiting for about 45 minutes more. It is obvious that the flight was overbooked."

Prós: "Left late again. Baby cried in ur row (that we paid extra for), for 9 of the 9 1/2 hrs. Had to go ask for drinks . Seats too narrow. Too many people squeezed into plane."

Prós: "This was a direct flight so it was simple and as short as possible from MAD to MIA."
Contras: "Our second leg of the round-trip to Spain was almost as bad as the first. The flight was late in departing and arrived nearly 45 minutes late in MIA. The flight attendants didn't bother to answer call buttons and if you wanted anything you had to go to the galley and wait in line! The second snack was cardboard mini pizzas and the coffee was cold. My wheelchair was treated as luggage so it was not available at the gate as promised. The entertainment system was slow and unresponsive with last months videos. You can do better."
