Contras: The first leg to Frankfurt was 6 hours late. Missed connection, missed next possible connection, and waiting in line to try to get last possible flight out. Everyone's schedule has been turned upside down.

Contras: The flight was delayed as we were waiting for documents required for our entry to the UK - surely these should have been ready in advance? Perhaps a taste of things to come if (when) we sadly leave the EU. Same poor sandwiches.

Contras: Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers.

Contras: They should make the rouge player app so that you can see the entertainment options before you are trapped on a plane with no access to WiFi. The offering is pretty sparse, and had I known beforehand I would have brought other content

Contras: Flight 2 hours delayed, started boarding but had to wait on line 10 more minutes on boarding ramp for plane door to be opened, upon landing in Dublin had to wait on tarmac for anther 15 minutes for stairs to arrive and be connected to airplane. Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage....
Prós: Crew was amazing. They adjusted the seating arrangements so there was an empty seat in every row to give passengers more space. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. They served delicious meals, snacks, and water. They provided headphones, blankets and pillows. They took very good care of us.
Prós: KLM never disappoints, the cabin crew was extremely kind and helpful!. The food was great, nice leg room in regular economy class, thousands of movies and tv shows...it was great!
Contras: Well there was a LOT of turbulence but no one can control the weather and shout out to the pilot for giving us such a smooth landing a rough weather!

Prós: I travel 70 times a year and I try to avoid BA the f I can. This flight 2 hrs late and they ran out of food as hey got to me I’m tge back. The toilets ran out of water 3/4 of the way through the flight so people couldn’t use the toilets. Not good. Zz
Prós: The crew did their best to maintain morale.
Contras: Considering this flight was delayed two and three quarters of an hour, and as we remained on board with no refreshments offered except a small glass of water during this time, it was not a pleasant experience.

Contras: The business class seats were not comfortable. The volume on my tv was not working . Food was dry and bland. The dressing to the salad was so thick it didn’t come out of the bottle .

Prós: The plane seemed mostly empty, so I had a row of seats to myself, but the armrests didn't really go up all the way, so I couldn't lay down. The crew overall seemed attentive. Look, the plane departed and arrived more or less on time, which is all I really care about. All of the creature comforts people complain about pale in comparison to the miracle of mass transportation by airplane for a good price.
Contras: The boarding process was rough. We were kept waiting in a hot bus until the plane was ready for at least twenty minutes. The entertainment was shoddy, an Ice Age sequel on a small screen several rows away with terrible sound quality.
Prós: The crew was great very attentive to everyone's needs and helping to see that our disembark went well. Great job and a great flight. We all got home safe.
Contras: I didn't like the fact that we lost one day in the Azores was supposed to arrive on Saturday morning instead we arrived Sunday after one a.m. and again we were delayed one hour.
Prós: Flight from Sao Miguel was on time and arrival at Boston was also on time. The crew was friendly and professional. It would have been nice if the WiFi at the airport was faster so we could have loaded the WiFi app for on board entertainment, but somethings can’t always be accomplished.
Contras: Seats were chosen weeks ago and we recieved a text the night before flight that our seats were changed . They put our 2 year old by himself in tow 38 and the rest of us in tow 5&8 and told us we had to figure it out and ask passengers to switch . Hey made no effort to accommodate

Contras: Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer.
Contras: There is no entertainment which is ok. You had to pay for everything in flight. Their carry on luggage size allowance is smaller than any airline I’ve ever flown
Contras: It was very cold they need to lower the temperature.
Contras: The flight was a bit delayed, but the airline handled it incredibly well. I was put up in a great hotel with good free food and caught another flight the next morning.

Contras: The entertainment touch screen was not responsive to the touch, neither for me nor for the other members of my family. The power socket in my seat was not working, but I could use that in my wife's seat.

Prós: Kayak would not allow me to change the ticket - referred me to FlyUs. Horrible customer service. I needed to return on Sat Jun 15 not Sun Jun 16. Would not give refund (i agreed to that when buying) but would not refund the tax, which i feel legally they have to do.
Contras: Won't be using FlyUs or Kayak again for future purchases. Will go to the airlines directly. Too much red tape and horrible customer service for me to do this anymore. I fly a lot and have over 20,000 miles with Kayak, but those days are over.
Prós: Got an amazing pastry as a snack with tea, it was huge and really tasty!

Contras: It was unusual that we had to go through another security station when changing planes. The home made jam I transported from Paris made it through the Paris security, but was confiscated by the American security. It made my trip home upsetting.
