Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs.

We tried to book a simple flight almost 5 months in advance. Within an hour of booking, we needed to make a change because of a mistake. There was no way to contact this airline, and when we did through a callous agent, and finally through our Bank card, we were simply told "read the fine print." Read our fine print: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PUT TIMELY NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA. Let them find out what it means to act like United Airlines.

Nothing about this trip went well.

The flight was delayed, without any warning we were in line to board for over an hour before we were informed of the delay. Then after finally boarding, a passenger got into a verbal altercation with one of the crew members which was very unprofessional. During the flight there was terrible turbulence which cannot always be controlled however passengers were standing in the aisles and not instructed to return to their seats. Lastly the landing was the worst I have ever experienced and I travel fairly frequently. Overall nothing went well and I think you need to reevaluate your standards of professionalism.

Ryanair requires printed boarding pass. Given that the free online check in is available just a day before departure, getting boarding pass became a headache. Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again.

Everything was perfect until I receive my bag and notice that two (2) items were missing: my snorkeling face mask, and my camera's tripod. Who is responsible for this? How can I be happy with this?

There is a lady at the gate before we board the flight from rome (FCO) to tel aviv who is particularly nasty. She scrutinized and had every single person on line put their bag to be measured. She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!

una valija se perdió. Eso desató el descontrol que tiene KLM para seguir el equipaje. No hay como hacer tracking. No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen.

The crew were kind and considerate.

This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience.

The safety instructions movie was entertaining the first time. The crew was friendly overall.

Both my luggage items were lost on the way there and one on the way back. No free food or drink although the flight price is not that low.

that there was no place to print a boarding pass. I didn't get an email telling me about check-in (because I was traveling internationally and didn't have access). And did not know about rule that you have to checkin online 2 hours early. we were at airport 2 hours early, but by time we got up in line we have to pay 90 E for not checking in online.

Check in at airport staff Alba was very nice and helpful. Airplane crew was friendly but some of the air hostesses push their way through the pushing customers

Needed my family to be together at flight. Customer service was useless and did not help to resolve the problem. It was only resolve at last minute at the airport check in. Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall.

After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation.

We are still alive.

Crew was rude, unhelpful, and the business class seats were essentially coach with the middle seat unoccupied. It was extremely uncomfortable and made worse by the crew being very impatient and not helpful when we had people in our seats, a 3-year-old we were trying to seat, and all of the overhead compartments closed so unclear where to place bags. Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft.

I was so dissatisfied with the customer service and lack of help provided after a FULL and LARGE flight was cancelled to Lisbon (then ultimately to Rome for me). I would like a FULL refund for my flight plus my miles accredited to my account for the full trip to Rome.

Anything I liked feels inconsequential compared to the bad.

My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners.

No quest when we boarded. Hand luggage was allowed inside the cabin and not placed in the hold as has been on the last few trips.

the quality of the announcements is poor. The staffs accents are so heavy that the announcements cannot be heard and or understood.

Cost of seat and priority far too expensive, got caught out or wouldn’t have purchased. Flight really cold next to window. Boarding sign went up and our plane had not even arrived. Got everyone standing in lines far too early, my husband can’t stand for long periods, so back was sore before even on flight.

Gate check made me pay extra 50 euro for my carryon because I was an American basically. The bag was about half an inch larger than the checker yet everyone else with the same size bag was fine

Nothing about this trip went well.

The flight was delayed, without any warning we were in line to board for over an hour before we were informed of the delay. Then after finally boarding, a passenger got into a verbal altercation with one of the crew members which was very unprofessional. During the flight there was terrible turbulence which cannot always be controlled however passengers were standing in the aisles and not instructed to return to their seats. Lastly the landing was the worst I have ever experienced and I travel fairly frequently. Overall nothing went well and I think you need to reevaluate your standards of professionalism.

There is a lady at the gate before we board the flight from rome (FCO) to tel aviv who is particularly nasty. She scrutinized and had every single person on line put their bag to be measured. She even did that with small back packs!!! Unfortunately for HER nobody had to pay extra for luggage!!! It is really the attitude. i paid a lot of money for my flight as much as a regular fligh neary $400 and yet I was still NOT allowed to take luggage. Its ridiculous!!! Had I booked with a regular airline, I would have paid similar fees and have a bag to put on the plane . Its time that Ryan air stop taking advantage of people and allow some luggage just like everyone else does. It doesn't have to be 50 lb but it can be a few pounds!!!

Long wait standing outdoor for boarding in covered but open and windy stalls. Crammed to the brim in tight seats. Too many carry-ons for the space available. Rowdy passengers, traveling in groups and standing/partying in the aisle --crew not enforcing a minimum level of respect for others. Landing delayed for over one hour: weather forced to change airport --not their fault, but poor coordination with ground crew at destination and long wait for parking and stairs.

Anything I liked feels inconsequential compared to the bad.

My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners.

The crew were kind and considerate.

This was the worst flight I've ever experienced. There was an incessant, loud high-pitched buzzing noise for the entire duration of the flight (we were seated in the very back row so it was particularly loud for us, but others further up said it was bad for them too). Also, we had straight turbulence for over two hours. I've never gotten sick on a plane before, and my husband never gets motion sickness, but we both threw up (and I think several others did, too). I don't blame the crew for any of this, as I know most, if not all, of it was out of their control. However, I would be very nervous to flight TAP again due to this experience.

We are still alive.

Crew was rude, unhelpful, and the business class seats were essentially coach with the middle seat unoccupied. It was extremely uncomfortable and made worse by the crew being very impatient and not helpful when we had people in our seats, a 3-year-old we were trying to seat, and all of the overhead compartments closed so unclear where to place bags. Boarding began 20 min late and then we had to stand on the boarding ramp for another 20 min while the crew finished "cleaning" the aircraft.

We tried to book a simple flight almost 5 months in advance. Within an hour of booking, we needed to make a change because of a mistake. There was no way to contact this airline, and when we did through a callous agent, and finally through our Bank card, we were simply told "read the fine print." Read our fine print: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PUT TIMELY NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA. Let them find out what it means to act like United Airlines.

Ryanair requires printed boarding pass. Given that the free online check in is available just a day before departure, getting boarding pass became a headache. Half day of my holiday was spent for looking for the printing Center and staying in the line. Not surprisingly many people were also in line for printing of boarding passes. At first the price seems cheap but when you add up all extras charged the ticket is no longer attractive. Probably I will not fly with them again.
