Eventually I appealed to another one of the flight crew who allowed me to urinate, but it was over five hours I had to pee and was inexplicably not allowed to."

I’ve been here 5 hours and have not heard a word of announcement from them, our questions are rudely thwarted, and they continue to take half-an-hour to an hour per person with uncertain results. Give use new flights or a hotel."

The seats were smaller and there was only the drop down screens for every 2-3 rows, but otherwise, for a less than 2 hr flight, it was fine."

The entertainment system is very outdated, small screen and old and used hand set. Claiming to be a premium airline is unfortunately very overstated if you are unlucky to catch the old business class planes. Only few have changed to the new versions (777s) - Make sure to catch those."
Contras: "Swiss staff was not helpful at all at Zurich airport. I wanted to purchase a day pass in the Business class lounge. They said i could do that but need to do it online. When I couldn't get my device to bring up the right screen they said they couldn't help me. Bad customerbaervixe"

BUT kayak booked an ECONOMY LIGHT fare that required payment. It was not as advertised and a total head ache for check in."

Contras: "I packed a SOLID body butter that was brand new. I thought that because it was NOT a liquid but a SOLID it would be okay. Wrong! I took every precaution and even called prior to packing. I didn’t think this would be a problem. So, out it went! My SOLID deodorant was fine, though."

This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

Prós: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Contras: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"
Prós: "First time flying El Al. Hopefully my last. They delayed the flight to give three people - two of whom were ladies iver the age of fifty - intensive security screens. I was given one as well. They took my laptop, one of my pbones, my tanlet, and my headphones. This would havr neen bearable if El Al invested in its cabins, but that doesnt seem the case. The headphones provided were similar to models from the 90s (and worked just as well), there was no individual screen for entertainment, and the seats were exceedingly cramped. At least the Wi-Fi was free."
Prós: "The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely."
Contras: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

To put this in perspective this was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on an airplane. My legs hurt the whole flight. This was the first leg of an expensive international flight and given the price of the 2 legs I should have been upgraded to a more comfortable seat. My flight to Europe on Iberia was excellent. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "There was very little leg room - far less than a standard flight. Granted, I'm tall but be warned if you are flying British Airlines and it really is Iberia"

Would have liked to have had some options, like actually booking my flight so maybe I could have explored Madrid on my 9 hour layover after missing my flight by 4 minutes. And then they kept me shuttling back and forth while doing this. I went through security 4 times."

Contras: "Iberia Airlines The flight attendants on the Iberia section of the flight from Madrid to Chicago could have cared less. The plane was late and the crew could have cared less. They fasten seat belt sign was on way way too long with no turbulence so they did not have to open the bar. They would not serve vodka from the cart and you needed to go to the back of the aircraft for it. Will not fly Iberia again. ."
Contras: "We were on the plane for 2 hours before we were offered any drinks (soda, water, etc.) The seats were quite small ( I'm average sized.) and I often felt as if I were slipping off the seat. The aircraft was very warm with poor airflow."
Prós: "Most all aspects were excellent"
Contras: "The main food serving was OK. The light serving was not. It was a thin slice of turkey ham inside a piece of bread. Also no small snacks available during the flight. The WiFi is a great idea however it did not work for me. It is a good thing I only paid for the 4.99 euro option."
Prós: "Seats were surprisingly good, even though we could only get two center seats. There were no available business class seats, but now I'm glad I saved the expense as the economy seating was quite comfortable. They took good care of us with food and comfort, and the time passes with plenty of movies to watch."
Contras: "Can't help it, but Heathrow is just so big, and requires extensive walking, bussing from one terminal to another, then underground trains, and waiting at the C gates which don't offer the range of restaurants that the main terminal does. But we had 2 1/2 hours to make the connection and there was plenty of time with baggage checked through."
Prós: "Alcohol allowed for free. Friendly people"

Contras: "Honestly my only complaint would be that I was not given both of my boarding passes when I first checked in in Munich and instead I had to go out and stand in a line for an hour to get my boarding pass for Las Angeles which made me just barely get to my gate on time."

Contras: "This was American Airlines, not Iberia. I paid $120 to upgrade my seat to row 17 so I could get off the plane early and make my connection. I was ticketed to row 37 without any notice and was told it was not possible to change. All I can do it request a refund from American. My screen did not work and I could not watch anything on the flight."
