Prós: The crew are always friendly and welcoming, but today they were fantastic ! Thank-you to Maria & Clare for making the short flight even more enjoyable.

Prós: The airline was terrific, despite being delayed we really did board and arrive at our destination in quite good time. The Italian stewardesses were absolutely charming and offered their services extensively.
Contras: Loved that me and my travel conpanion go to sit beside one another, and somehow we’re at the very front of the plane together in seats 1B & 1C Prime location. Overall had a very pleasant experience with Vueling 10/10 would fly with again.
Prós: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.
Contras: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob

Contras: Very slow to clear the waste cups and litter away. Only one run of drinks service. Very slow to get off the plane at Rotterdam, had to wait for geriatrics and disabled to get off the plane first and took forever.

Prós: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.
Contras: Plane was full thus carry on roller bags had to be checked- big security concern re theft

I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine
Contras: I had previously checked in on line to avoid the fee at the airport just to be charged the fee. It was very inconvenient and had to pay for something I had already paid for online. I’m very displeased and upset

Contras: Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again.
Contras: Check in was horrific. We weren’t able to print our boarding passes earlier. Not easy to do in Morocco. We were hassled at Marrakech airport. Had to wait in separate line for boarding pass-backed up for a half hour. They HAND WROTE BOARDING PASS. And charged us an additional 100 Euros. Inappropriate

Prós: The plane its so big and we arrived in barcelona on time its my second time.
Prós: They we're on time and orderly boarding.
Contras: I did not like the fact that you Kayak did not put notes in booking about having to buy a SEAT AND TO PAY FOR HAVING TO PAY FOR CHECKING A BAG. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE UP FRONT WHEN WE BUY A TICKET THAT IS A LOW PRICE ALL THESE EXTRAS HAD TO BE PAID. PLUS THE TICKET COUNTER DOES NOT TAKE PAYMENT FOR BAGS IN MARCO POLO AIRPORT. I HAD TO HO UPSTAIRS TO A SEPARATE COMPANY AND WAIT TO PAY! ON TOP OF THAT. THE AGENTS CHECKING HAD A BAD COMPUTER. 2 AGENTS TO CHECK IN 120 PEOPLE. I KNOW YOU WON'T GIVE THIS INFO OUT SO I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.

Contras: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.

Contras: The plane was late and we were all crammed into a tiny area whilst we waited to board. We got on straight after the previous passengers disembarked so the plane had not been cleaned well and the whole flight was uncomfortable as it was so hot. The staff were rude in the check in at the Basel airport

Contras: Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible.

Contras: Being allocated when we booked seats apart to make us pay £11 to sit together. All we can take from this is that it was another money grabbing exercise by Ryanair as there were plenty of empty seats available when we boarded!

Prós: Crew and pilots appeared competent. The plane was clean, the air conditioning worked well, even when we boarded in Crete.
Contras: The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in.

Prós: A good range of cafes at Gatwick while my wife and I wait 7 hours at airport for next flight
Contras: Easyjet's abysmal customer service. We are at gate 40 minutes before and are waiting to board only to find out that they have closed the gate early due to few passengers,wiyhout making any announcement. The airplane is still standing right there but they say we can't board as they have closed the doors. To make things worse, Easyjet refused to pay for the replacement flight, let alone compensate us for the flight we missed (cutting our 2 day holiday in half practically).
Prós: We Arrived over two hours early waited in the line designated for 45 minutes then told to get in a different line which was slow. Then when we got to the sweet gal at the desk she told us that we couldn’t bring a personal item on in addition to our carry on luggage. We travel a lot and have never seen that. We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag.

Prós: Our outward journey was quick from parking our car through to departure lounge via bag drop and security all within 17 mins. And our return journey was just as good, from landing through security, collecting luggage to leaving the car park all within 30 mins.
Contras: Self Service Bag Drop at Luton Airport was really quick. Security was exceptionally quiet and very quick.

Prós: I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground.
Contras: It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can.
Prós: Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great.
Contras: You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap.

Prós: Boarding was very fast compared to most other flights. Crew was friendly. Flight was smooth and on time.
Contras: Honestly - a bunch of drunk Scandinavians all around me. Very noisy and smelling so much from the alcohol, I almost got sick. Luckily, a very short flight. The guy behind me was very rude to the crew. Crew member handled him well. Was worried about him throwing up on me. Rest of flight was good.
Prós: Crew was amazing! The plane was like new, very clean & very comfortable. The check-in staff was also very frenedly and the service was excellent! The value for the cost was unmatched!!
