Contras: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."

TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

Once I landed in Lisbon after the second flight that o wasn’t supposed to take. We missed the connection by 5 minutes and there were many people flying to my same destination. I had to wait 5 hours in Lisbon when I shouldn’t have ever went to Lisbon. I bought a ticket from Newark to Zürich through Porto 10 hours in total. I think TAP overbooked everyone and seated us on purpose. The secondflight was delayed due to “bad weather” and it was perfectly nice outside. Shame on TAP. I’m sure other people are complaining."

I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."

I had to get up at 4:00 to catch a 4:30 shuttle to the airport. At. Arriving at the airport by 4:45, I had to walk back and forth inside the terminal to find the right check in area, and then a long way to get through security and a long walk back to get to the correct gate. I reached the gate at 6:10 for a 6:15 loading open. During check-in the attendant told me the boarding gate had changed and suggested a paper boarding pass scanned better than one on a tablet or phone. She printed me a new one, but it still had the old gate number on it. Had the flight been offered for the next day too, I would have rested another day in Amsterdam from my transatlantic flight."

I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"
Contras: "All ok"
Contras: "Seats were very close in front of you. Then my seat did not recline so for the 8 hour flight I had lady in front of me basically in my lap. Flight attendant said I could walk around and look for other seat....didn't offer to see if other seats were available, didn't appear so. Also had teenage son with me did not want to leave him."
Prós: "The flight crew were very friendly. Food included was very good. I like that they provided blanket and pillow for our overnight flight"
Contras: "The boarding process was delayed and we did not receive update announcements while waiting. There is little leg room!! My knees were up against the seat in front of us"
Prós: "The effort of Air Europa crew to try to accommodate us in seating request"
Contras: "1) Aircraft overall conditions. Aircraft interior needs to be refurbished. The quality of the food served was under normal standards. 2) Boarding of the aircraft was not well organized 3) Aircraft departure scheduled time shown on the screens differed from actual boarding pass printed time thus creating confusion."
Prós: "The staff was very friendly"
Contras: "It was a long flight and for a period of 3 hours if you wanted anything to drink you needed to go look for it. They should have come around with water every 2 hours is my suggestion"

Prós: "This A330 had IFE in Coach unlike other A330s the airline flies. That said, the IFE has limited choices."

Contras: "The seating is very tight. I also didn't appreciate the ongoing videos on the main screens, many of which were distracting in a negative way. Boarding was also a bit chaotic. Rather than call us to the plane by rows, we were asked to form two lines, right at the moment of boarding, and the passengers all had to scramble together and jostle our way through."
Contras: "Flight attendants were very rude apart from that it was a great flight"
Prós: "Overall the flight was fine."
Contras: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."
Prós: "Boarding was delayed by almost 2 hours and the reason given in the terminal speakers was "due to a crew change". This delay was ignored by the captain and crew upon boarding the plane 2 hours later. Even a simple apology would have been nice. The crew seemed a bit tense and the service was ok, not more. Some symbolic compensation would have been in place."

Prós: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Contras: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."
Prós: "Flight left and arrived on time and seats were comfortable for airline seats."
Contras: "Departing Madrid airport while watching my luggage sit on the tarmac. It turns out their was too much weight and some luggage had to be left behind for another flight. I did get my luggage 24hrs later thankfully."
Contras: "1.5 hrs delay in arrival. there were 9 people at the departure gate. The plane was at the gate two hours before departure; but the flight is delayed due to 'late arrival' of the equipment??? Air bus 330, circa 1970. toilets were worn out; tv screens were flickering (can't even see what's on the screen on the walls), wifi cutting in and out, meal was poor; main dish, bread and desert, that's it. In Madrid, after the flight from Zurich landing in terminal E, it was a 45 min walk to terminal A, international terminal. No bus, no assistance, no one to ask how to get there if one is in a hurry. no info desks to be found anywhere. I can't even imagine for a disabled person. THe airport crew with a cart would not give a ride to an old lady with cain. Wow. It is the worst airport anywhere I have flown out of. The check in process was less than good or efficient. I would not fly this airline nor connect through Madrid."
Contras: "Everything, no communication, poor handling of the situatition, gate attrndant really rude and looked unprepare or untrainned."
Contras: "2h delay and missing connecting flight then another 1 h delay on the new flight that I waited 3 h in Madrid"
Prós: "Fell asleep for almost the whole 2.5 hour flight so I'm with it."

Prós: "Was delayed getting into a gate once we arrived but other than that, overall a good flight."
Prós: "Crew were simpatico and attentive. Seats OK, but not lie flat, Food was fine althoug not excellent. Good price for a business class MAD SJU."
Contras: "Boarding in Madrid was horrendous. After asking us to board the plane then held us in the "chute" standing up for 1/2 hour. Could have waited inside the terminal seating down! Entertainment in business was from the last century - no individual screens. An Ipad was handed to us resulting in a bunch of cables surrounding us through the entire trip."
Contras: "People were boarded by standing in a line instead of zones. We stood in line for a good 30 minutes. Also, while standing in line, a gate representative decided to take the back half of the line and move them to the priority line to "expedite the boarding process". As one of the last people in the original line seeing everyone behind me board before me, I was annoyed. This was poor form."

Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."
Prós: "Lunch (TLV - MAD) was excellent Breakfast (MAD - TLV) was horrible! Plane was clean and new."

When it finally was time to"board" we found ourselves getting into a packed bus where we needed to stand to get to the actual plain. They never anouced it as such, elder people that night were struggling without previous notice. Very unprofessional and insensitive airline. Never again."
Contras: "I particularly hate this airline as the flight teams always seem overworked and under prepared. The flight attendants were yelling at all the passengers and threatened to kick people off the plane for trivial reasons. At the end off the day I guess you get what you pay for as this was the cheapest flight available and the service was mediocre at best"

The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."
Contras: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."
