Contras: "Flight cancelled. Impossible to manage flight or request refund directly. Must make the request to the travel agency. The problem is that the client should have the right to bypass the travel agency..."

Contras: "Flight was late. London heathrow is such a pain. You have to ride a bus between terminals. You have to sit in the A terminal area waiting for your gate then hustle to your gate. The plane was old. The British crew was less than friendly. Everything on the flight costs. Couldn’t even get water for free."

Contras: "Had to wait around while waiting forever to learn about gate. Were told that gat would be revealed 45 min before flight. It came about 20minutes before. It was a little harrowing."

Contras: "First of all, it wasn’t British Airways, it was operated by American Airlines. The seats were cramped; just barely enough kneeroom and I’m only 5’10”. There were no monitors on the seat backs and no choice of entertainment, only monitors hanging from the ceiling. I suppose the airline assumes, probably correctly, that these days everybody has their own entertainment on laptop or tablet. The problem here, though, was that there were no charging plugs at the seats, so you’d better have a full battery when you get on and hope it lasts. Of course, I could have just read the inflight magazine, except that my reading light was broken. Food was decent for airline food."

Contras: "Not even a cup of coffee anymore - low cost carrier behaviour against full price fare. KLM is much better"

Prós: "Great for traveling for the first time with my toddler! The staff were so nice and helpful."

Contras: "The flight staff of my flight to Amsterdam were horrendous. I was in an aisle seat and was woken up by the drink cart hitting my leg and a hot coffee being poured a good 7 inches from my face. This was not acknowledged or apologetic. They also took drink orders by shouting. They were easily the loudest people on the plane and made the flight way less comfortable than it could have been."

Prós: "Both flights were on time. Funny comic relief safety film kept my attention. Friendly cabin crew member gave me a hot tea for free."

Prós: "There is nothing to like. I paid for three return tickets from Amsterdam to London. My family and I were at airport and couldn't get on the flight. Even return trip wasn't honored. I made a mistake by choosing this carrier and would never do this or even recommend British Airline to anyone. . What disaster."

Contras: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Contras: "They were late with boarding to begin with and the process was extremely unorganized and slow. The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"

Prós: "Boarding process was easy and we made great time all the way from LAX to Madrid (I only had carry-on luggage so I can’t speak for their check-in process). Loved having a non-stop flight. Crew was attentive and professional. Great new movie selection. The one bathroom I went into was probably the largest airplane bathroom I’ve ever been in!"
Contras: "However, I would have taken a smaller lavatory if it meant larger/comfier seats! I was pretty uncomfortable the whole flight. The leg room was alright for me being 5’6” but I’m not sure how anyone much taller would fare. The seats themselves were similar to a budget domestic airline. Fine when you’re only going a few hours, but on a transatlantic flight it really started to get to my back :("

Contras: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

Contras: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Prós: "The staff was OK for the most part. I liked the entertainment options and WIFI service was easily accessible."
Contras: "The seating was pretty bad. My seat couldn't recline (was in the last row) and the passenger in front of me reclined all the way back even when instructed to not recline so far (in passing, by flight attendants). So I spent an 11+ hour flight as a fairly tall person, in an extremely uncomfortable seating arrangement. I also noted my space issue with said passenger at the beginning of the flight and he still progressively went further back. I would've appreciated if flight attendants were more diligent about ensuring passengers are comfortable for long flights. Food accommodations were ok but they go heavy on bread for whatever reason."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "Poor film and tv selection, the majority from Fox. That's very limiting. Ear buds very bad quality w sound inly comeing through one bud."

Contras: "My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Contras: "The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in."

Prós: "Our of the budget airlines I've flown, this has been the best. They were upfront about the things they didn't include, and gave you the option to purchase them simply. Crew was excellent and friendly."
Contras: "Unfortunately, we were about 30-45 min delayed. Wasn't an issue for us, but could have been with a connection. Seats weren't too comfortable."

Contras: "Our plane was delayed an hour and then when we landed well after midnight our bag came off the plane with a broken shoulder strap. Will not fly again."

Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before."

Contras: "The flight departed about 45 minutes late. Despite it being a late evening flight, they NEVER turned out the lights, which would have made people a bit more quiet and sleep. Instead it was a wild party with adults shouting all over the place. A girl sitting next to me was cutting her finger nails. Couldn't get any rest whatsoever. Also my seat did not recline."

The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

After this, they didn't even offer people free water. I have flown with low cost airlines all over the world and this was by far the worst."

Contras: "The flight was delayed for about an hour and I don't remember there was an explanation for the delay. Also, the check in counter also opened late from the time it was mentioned."

Contras: "- zero accommodation + slight scorn for wife's cashew allergy, sigh. Other crews have been good, but not today's - very tight quarters for someone 6'2"/220lbs. Smaller configuration than other 747-800s - no on-board entertainment options with transavia."

De Amesterdão para Lisboa, eu e o meu marido, levamos uma mala para os dois, e não nos deixaram ir com ela no avião,,,,despacharam no embarque para o porão!! Não e percebe.... Ficamos realmente chateados com a situação, nunca nos tinha acontecido. Embarque muito demorado e avião com lugares muito apertados...acho que a partir de agora vou evitar a Transavia"

Prós: "Lovely crew. Was glad to be able to move to an empty row. Flight attendants were very accommodating with tea & letting me borrow a pen. Super quick flight once we got off the ground."
Contras: "Flight was delayed, but more than that - WHERE ARE THE TRANSAVIA SIGNS AT THE AIRPORT?! I flew out of Orly, which is a nice, small airport that looks like a ghost town on one half of the check-in terminal. There are electronic kiosks which look like check-in kiosks but they don't work, and a whole floor of empty check-in booths with NO SIGNS as to where to go. I had to go to the information desk to find out where your check-in staff was - which is quite frustrating for a person who travels as much as I do. This should be easy, right? The trains in Paris are under construction during the summer. The whole transport system is screwed up (also lack of signs as to where to actually catch your train). So you're ALREADY stressed about catching your flight, and when you show up at the airport the check-in terminal (where is appears Transavia is located) is EMPTY?! That is RIDICULOUS. I am NOT a tourist. I LIVE & WORK all over Europe as an artist. I don't appreciate this sick twisted pleasure that some Europeans have in seeing confused tourists rush around like chickens with their heads cut off when their own infrastructure breaks down...because it DOESN'T JUST AFFECT THE TOURISTS! It's not cool. It's sadistic & a really crappy way to treat people who are just trying to appreciate and learn about your culture while supporting your economy while they're at it. A little bit of consideration goes a LONG way. And when it's severely lacking, as it was in this case, it makes me want to take my business & creative projects elsewhere. You have a whole Transavian UTOPIA one floor down from the main level. How about a few big TRANSAVIA SIGNS saying "ONE LEVEL DOWN" that tell people where to go instead of making everyone confused and mad when they're already in a rush to catch their plane?! How about a little empathy - seeing travel from the perspective of the TRAVELER? Just saying."

Prós: "It was on time, orderly, everything went well. I like how you pay for weight not amount of luggage."
Contras: "There were no entertainment options."

Prós: "Video was good, seats were good."
Contras: "Man doing the check-in in Madrid (site 909) was very rude and unhelpful."

Prós: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"
Contras: "They should have offered the empty seats to the passenger as soon the plane closed to take off."

Prós: "First flight on Air Europa biz class to AMS. Easy check in. Great lounge st Madrid with plenty of food/drinks. Leather seats with blocked middle seat. FAs were friendly and efficient. Landed ahead of time. Bags were first off. Great value with these services"

Prós: "Entertainment was great. Paying for internet is annoying, but there were so many free movies and tv shows that I didn't miss it."
Contras: "It was seriously hot on this flight. I am very cold most of the time and I was sweating during parts of the flight. My husband is always warm and he was miserable all flight. Had to press the call button three times to get a glass of water when I was feeling ill. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and took awhile to get more. Couldn't sleep because of the temperature. Flight felt like it took double the time because it was so hot. Took forever to board and left way late, arrived late. Our flight over to Madrid was great, but this flight back was awful."

Prós: "Free wine with your meal."
Contras: "The staff at check in were very rude, we were never advised about paying $150 extra per bag each way! They stated because we booked through a travel agency instead of booking directly with air Europa they charged us for luggage. It was an unexpected large expense. Crew barely spoke any English."

Prós: "The effort of Air Europa crew to try to accommodate us in seating request"
Contras: "1) Aircraft overall conditions. Aircraft interior needs to be refurbished. The quality of the food served was under normal standards. 2) Boarding of the aircraft was not well organized 3) Aircraft departure scheduled time shown on the screens differed from actual boarding pass printed time thus creating confusion."

Prós: "People and new plane"
Contras: "We have to take a bust to catch the plane. It ya to drive for ages! We left about 40mins later than schedulled."

Prós: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Contras: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Contras: "There are plenty of air bridges to use at Porto airport, but AirEuropa chooses to use a stand that requires busing passengers from the terminal and back. No IFE."

Contras: "Red-eye flight, econ seat uncomfortable for sleeping. Fewer entertainment options than other airlines"

Contras: "It was delayed, as normally, 45 mins this time. Awful experience going through security in CDG I would avoid that airport at all cost. Randomly making you wait luggage before security, with add extra 30 mins to the security processes, not sympathy of staff even if flight people may miss their flight."

Prós: "The boarding was easy. Having a blanket and pillow at my seat."
Contras: "The delay and short time between flights to get to gate and get through customs. Having no in flight entertainment for a 7.5 hour flight. There was not a vegetarian snack option for my daughter."

Prós: "The flight was easy to board when it was time. We left and arrived on time."
Contras: "There was only one person initially checking people in. Then when there was a second person, she was going to make us move to the end of the other line after waiting 30 minutes. She did end up taking us, but it was only after conceding that."

Prós: "The plains are very wide inside. Don't make you fell so close in. Need more variety of movies and games. But it was acceptable . The food was good."

Prós: "Good entertainment and comfort seats"

Contras: "only food and water for purchasing no entretainment."

Prós: "Flight left and arrived on time and seats were comfortable for airline seats."
Contras: "Departing Madrid airport while watching my luggage sit on the tarmac. It turns out their was too much weight and some luggage had to be left behind for another flight. I did get my luggage 24hrs later thankfully."
