Contras: "Bus transportation to the plane was delayed. People were uncomfortable having to stand in the bus for so long. Then the flight was delayed for 15 minutes due to airport traffic. As the only business class passenger i would have expected to be offered a drink then or even a bottle of water at my seat"

Contras: "It took a long time to board the plane and there was literally no line at the boarding gate. When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Contras: "Our flight in Lisbon was scheduled to board an hour before departure. We arrived on-time, went through the line and were then placed in a standing room only area to stand and wait for another 45 minutes before boarding. We were placed near the entrance (I thought to board early as a family) but were later told to join another line when we asked why we sere just standing and waiting while other passengers were walking past us. The communication between staff and between your staff and passengers was poor."

I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific African destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. That rule rule is unfair and racist. Now that I am back, I have a bag missing. Wow!"

Prós: "Eu e meu marido pedimos comida especial, frutos do mar, uma ótima pedida pois veio bacalhau de almoço e um outro peixe de lanche, adoramos. O atendimento de terra foi bom com bastante atenção ao meu sogro com mobilidade reduzida."
Contras: "A troca dos assentos dos meus sogros, sendo que meu sogro precisa de assistência, precisava ficar junto da sua esposa. Como é precisa reservar espaço para a cadeira de rodas, eles alteraram os assentos do meu sogro, e com isso ele sentaria sozinho numa poltrona sem possibilidade de mobilidade para ele, trocaram o assento da minha sogra mas para o local onde meu sogro não consegui sair para ir ao banheiro, ele chegou a se molhar um pouco pois não pode ir ao banheiro. O voo atrasou e passamos por várias turbulências, cheguei a enjoar."

Prós: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Contras: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"

Prós: "Everything went according to the timetable, boarding was on-time and we even arrived a bit earlier than scheduled, so I can't really fault the service of the pilots, the cabin crew or the ground operations team. Food wasn't exactly stellar, but clearly a lot better than on most European flights operated by larger companies (Lufthansa, KLM, Air France etc.). The aircraft itself was clean and looked fairly new and well maintained"
Contras: "The seating was absolutely HORRENDOUS. Even though I'm nearly 6'3" (close to 1.90m), I generally never complain about seating space or legroom, even on low cost flights. This particular TAP aircraft, however, despite looking quite new, had some of the most cramped seating ever. Additionally, the trays were minuscule (you could barely place the entire food tray the service during the flight, let alone have another drink at the same time on the tray). Also, on the inbound flight (this was the return one), the seats were fitted with a very simple and clever tablet-holding mechanism, so you could easily watch something on your table while eating your food (from a similarly small tray table). The seat back pockets do not have any material/fabric on the sides, so stored items could easily slip out sideways from the pocket. Shame to have such a good in flight service and to be a punctual airline if you're going to carry your passengers cramped like cattle in seats 'rivalling' the ones on Ryanair flights on 4-hour long journeys."

Contras: "I had to pay to check the first piece of luggage 85€ one way. I was not inform of that when I bough the ticket and I could have chosen a different airline If I had considered that expense. The first piece used to be free intercontinental flights but now it varies depending on the company. I find difficult to find this information when buying and it makes a great difference in the final price you pay. I found strange flight attendants having a very loud conversation in a very quiet flight where most of the people were sleeping."

Contras: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"

Prós: "When I landed to Casablanca I noticed my final flight is delayed over 8 hrs to the next morning. The staffs were extremely rude (walked away when I asked for my bag retrieval) and minimally helpful and dishonest. I missed the hotel shuttle that's arranged and when I took a taxi on my own the next day I was scammed."
Contras: "The airline should've informed me earlier so I could have changed my final destination travel plan. Also the staffs need to be courteous, professional and empathetic"

Prós: "Apsar do atraso de 60 minutos por conta da espera da conexão que vinha de Lisboa, o vôo foi tranquilo. Tripulação mais simpática que no vôo da ida. Comida pior no prato principal mas com adicionais gostosos. Avião antigo mas confortável e bem conservado. Check-in tranquilo e rápido. Entretenimento com bons filmes mas falta a opção de legenda em português. Só tem em árabe. E os filmes são todos em inglês ou francês. Fornecem travesseiro, cobertor, protetores de olhos e meias."
Contras: "O prato principal de carne foi muito ruim! Mas os complementos eram gostosos, como filé de truta, tortinha, chocolate."

Contras: "They are a little stingy showing you the booze but perhaps that's because it was ramadan. The BC lounge in casablanca has no alcohol during ramadan but did have wine at least when it wasn't ramadan (the 1st leg of our journey)."

Ontem no voo com escala de CASABLANCA (Marrocos) para São Paulo - Guarulhos, tive 6 malas extraviadas: milha filha, meu marido e minhas, contendo remedios prescritos (meu marido e minha filha tem remédios dentro das malas), POR FAVOR, PRECISAMOS DE AJUDA!!! vOO: original: MILÃO, escala MARROCOS ( Casablanca), VOO AT 955, MILÃO 29/04/2018 e AT 215 CASABLANCA 29/04/2018"

Prós: "Overall the flights with Royal Air Maroc were mediocre. The crew was typically friendly but I’ve seen much more better customer service. The dinner options are decent but lunch is not even worth serving since it’s a 3 slice cheese sandwich."
Contras: "The airline employees at the Casablanca airport are super unhelpful and definitely not warm and friendly. It appears that they don’t care about customer service or satisfaction. I wasted so much time running around the airport after being told to go to different areas just to talk to someone to resolve a ticket issue. The employees don’t hold any accountability and will pass the buck. The awful experience honestly tainted my view of Morocco as this was the first welcoming point into the country. I suggest that RAM retrain their staff to help customers get their questions answered and to treat them well since we are paying customers. Going forward I will be avoiding Royal Air Maroc."

Contras: "The airplane internal pressure is off, the temperature is hot ( in the middle of the winter) no water if not asking, no food or any form of assistance ( rang the attendant signal nobody paid attention to it ) garbage left all over the place while the stewards are chit chatting for the entire flight, the landing then felt like the airplane was falling apart. Someone couldn’t find their hand on luggage and the attendants told him to go to look at the lost and found in the middle of the night in a deserted Newark airport after a 8 hours flight without offering to help him with the impossible task ..... another 4 passenger looked also distressed at the luggage delivery since they obviously couldn’t find their luggage. Never again Wamos and never again Norwegian for covering up such a bad quality service..... real con artist trick that I didn’t expect from a reputable company"

Prós: "It’s the only direct flight from New York to Budapest."
Contras: "Mobile boarding pass didn’t work. Had to go back from security to check-in desk to get paper pass. When getting the pass the staff told us that our carry-ons (!) were overweight amd made us move things into our personal bag. The bags each weighed 20 pound were regulation size and we had no checked luggage. Flight was then delayed by two hours for no ostensible reason. The seats were incredibly tight in economy. The food was airplane food. Can’t really complain give low expectations."

I wanted to read my book but couldn’t and I had to use my phone’s light to fill out the immigration form. I found this very irritating."

Contras: "The seats were a little bit to small. Uncomfortable if you are not skinny."

Prós: "Efficient and timely once we boarded but they made us wait a long time"
Contras: "I didn’t like the ground crew at Newark. They were rude and unprofessional. Our flight left after midnight. Everyone wanted to sleep. They should have kept the lights dim. But they were on bright all night!"

Prós: "Friendly staff"
Contras: "Missing luggage. Please help me!!! Many valuables inside That cannot he replaced. I was bringing items for my wife who we just got married. Please help."

Contras: "The plane was very old and dirty. My seat was loose so it was very rocky and difficult to sleep. No leg room at all."

Contras: "I didn’t know you could make a long haul flight so uncomfortable."

Contras: "Expensive luggage check. Flight delayed 1 hour. No entertainment options. Seats appeared to be broken and cramped. No service whatsoever."

Contras: "I’ve flown on Norwegian before and have always had positive experiences but this time it was horrible. I was offered no drinks or food and when I asked a flight attendant if I could purchase some he said he would be right back and never came back. The tv didn’t work at all so I could order things through that."

Contras: "Crew members took A LOT of storage bins for their luggage leaving limited space to passangers. With not knowing what to do crew members added to chaotic atmosphere during boarding. They were also loud. Flight was also late, again."

Prós: "Clean bathroom"
Contras: "Passengers in front of us recline their sets all the way we felt compressed.screen was not working no air above us no cans for drink no USB port on the flight boarding very disorganized flights always late customs wait very long"

Prós: "The crew was mediocre - seemed nice relative to the rest of the experience"
Contras: "Horribly old plane, with 0 leg room and the person in front of you basically reclined into your lap. Infotainment system was >20 years old and did not switch on for anyone. Was supposed to be supplemented by Wi-Fi on personal devices which also did not work for anyone. In case you may think to read as a back-up, overhead lights also didn’t work. Pretty miserable experience."

Prós: "Space"

Contras: "No reading light, no movie, no music, no earphone."

Prós: "The flight was smooth."
Contras: "The man at the check in desk tried to charge me 80 Euros for checking luggage, though he made an exception once I explained that the original flight to Paris had been cancelled and we had spent $2400 on a day-of replacement ticket. Boarding was bizarre; we were bussed from the gate to the tarmac and left to wait for about 20 minutes."

Contras: "Delayed, old cabin, no entertainment, no food options, inexperienced crew, 8hrs without so much as offering a bottle of water!"

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "The 2 women at the checking -in desk said there were no priority checked baggage tags for my luggage even though my ticket was business."

Contras: "Convenience"

Contras: "Delayed flight"

Contras: "Boarding was delayed but there was no announcement for the reason. Just waited for 45min on the line."

Contras: "It was about 14 degrees on the aircraft. We were freezing."

Prós: "Price"
Contras: "Everything else - the flight was canceled at the very last minute and rescheduled with another airline 7 hrs later"

Prós: "The crew where well dressed , polite attentive and caring. Plane was clean an on board entertainment was fantastic & kept the kids busy for a long time. We will definitely be happy to fly with them again"
Contras: "The Kosher meals where absolutely terrible. Gray turkey was just inedible Bread had mold on it."

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Where do I begin? Ticket price: for the price I paid I expected service as good as on other planes I flew in the past - I didn't get it. The plane was OLD. There was no way of following flight route, we didn't know where we were and what time it was. Why? Because the plane was too old to offer it. The food was bad. Not to mention that it run out of milk!!!! Only 2 crew members spoke Polish. That wasn't a problem for me but I know that many people choose native airlines because they feel comfortable knowing that the crew speaks their language. Entertainment was poor. The movies offered were old. No games to keep kids busy, etc. Again, the plane was old. The plane wasn't clean. The only good thing about this flight was how fast the plane made it to Poland. We had an hour delay from the start yet we made it to Poland ahead of scheduled arrival."

Contras: "We have arrived 2 hours and 15 min before the flight time. To get to check in it took us 1.20 min!!!! There was huge line for the check in and only 3 staff members were working and helping to check in! Its summer season this plane was full!! Lot should have more crew members assisting to attract more customers to flight with them. The price of flying with LOT is higher that other flight to Europe but the service is the worst. If you want to sell more tickets and attract more customers you need to offer satisfactory service to people."

Prós: "The crew was very helpful and positive, including going out of their way to put together a vegetarian meal for me when I had forgotten to order one."
Contras: "We were put on a EuroAtlantic plane that had been specially chartered. It was dirty, the seats were uncomfortable, my entertainment screen didn't work, and the food was disappointing (although as I said, the crew helped me with a vegetarian meal. On most flights I find there's a vegetarian option so I usually don't worry about ordering it in advance. On this flight there wasn't, which was a mark against it, but the crew's willingness to help was a positive aspect). The cabin was also very bright even when the lights were out--some overhead lights were on and the screens were set to very high brightness, making it difficult to get any sleep (face masks were not provided). Overall it reminded me of flying in the "bad old days" before decent food and higher quality service became standard."

Prós: "Well air conditioned plane. Prompt service. Timely departure and arrival."
Contras: "Entertainment system has been turned off 1h20min prior to landing."

Prós: "The hosts were exceptionally attentive and accommodating."

Prós: "I got a seat with nobody next to me, stewardesses and stewards were good, entertainment ok."
Contras: "Only thing I didnt like was there was no room for overhead bags probably due to the fact that LOT airlines allowed people to bring more than one carry on on."
