Prós: "they change the gate last min"
Contras: "Should advise the passagers better"

Prós: "I loved that even during a pandemic, alcohol in glassware and full meals were served in business class (unlike other airlines, so I avoided them). The lighting looked nice, the crew was professional and attentive, and the bathroom was well maintained. The blanket and pillow were comfy as well. I like the 1-2-1 layout in business class, which leaves window seats with a lot of windows and privacy."
Contras: "The headphones were not the most comfortable, sometimes the passenger moving around behind you will shake your seat too, and before take-off the plane was quite hot. Also a lot of the food choices I wanted were gone already but not a big deal as there were many choices."

Contras: "Two hours stuck at gate with no information. Info on site and at airport on baggage costs different. Left bag behind to fit more cargo. Two days and haven’t delivered bag."

Prós: "Bus service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was clearly marked and frequent. The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!"
Contras: "I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!"

I felt like I was being tortured and didn’t sleep at all and so slept when getting into Amsterdam rather than being able to explore the city. I was out $200 for the Airbnb (could’ve stayed in the airport cheaper) and $200 for a dinner cruise I slept through. NEVER AGAIN"

Because of an allergic reaction, I asked for ice a number of times and the attendants were more than happy to meet my needs."

Prós: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Contras: "Flight was delayed 8 hours. Arriving at Incheon, discovered ground crew were unaware of our arrival to take this connecting flight. However, we were put up overnight in a hotel, which was nice."

During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Contras: "The flight was late"

Prós: "The crew that flew us there was great"
Contras: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

Prós: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Contras: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

For a midnight flight, I was really bummed to find out that my seat would not recline! My leg room on the A321 was lacking in comparison with GOL."

Contras: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

Contras: "I have time toget the other flight but they already have every thing ready to let us in Sao Pablo, I have to stay 1 day. That was very bad."

Contras: "TAM is extremely unreliable and will never leave on time. LAN was actually very nice, but their sister TAM is by far the worst I've ever taken. I will be very clear next time when booking in South America to not take TAM again. We were delayed by 2hours for no apparent reason."

Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Prós: "The gentleman at the check out his name was Omar went over and above the call of duty for Customer Service me being an American he walked me through each step of using flybe via air France and paying for checking my bags and even the carry on luggage and getting me through security etc."

Contras: "Seats were too close together."

Prós: "Seats are comfortable on Business Class. Service is good"
Contras: "Constant delays specially from CDG! Poor cabin service specially on this flight."

Prós: "Crew was really good, polite, efficient. The aircraft was relatively new and clean (rare for an airline to provide a new craft on an Africa segment). Food was good, seats comfortable. Will definitely make them my airline of choice to the extent that I can cost wise."

Contras: "The snacks that were handed out prior to landing were not very good and it looked as though a lot of people in our section felt the same way. Also, there were a lot of empty seats in the comfort and premium sections, but non of our gold medallions were offered an upgrade."

Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Prós: "I like traveling with AirFrance in general."
Contras: "Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!"

Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."

Media center is outdated, touch screen isn’t working well, felt being punched in head every time when ppl behind you tries to touch the screen!"

Prós: "Late, not enough legroom, smell from the toilet. Tiny TV screen, malfunctioning electronics, poorly maintained seats. Friendly crew! They looked tired, but they were still smiling while trying to keep passengers happy."

Contras: "Plane late departing allegedly because of cleaning the plane, but why was the cleaning done that late? Also, ground crew remarkably uninformed about what was going on in the plane. Poor communication between plane and ground crew. No explanation from pilot as to continuing reason for delay even after we boarded. Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

Prós: "food was good, leg room was decent for economy"
Contras: "didn't have usb charging ports in the seats on one of the flights, in flight entertainment can improve."

Contras: "delay for one hour with not even a glass of water very old plan video with tiny screens and bad resolution food quality especially bread is not good"

Prós: "Not much of anything. No complimentary food or drink for a nearly five hour flight, and sub- par customer service."
Contras: "The check in agents with Iberia airlines in Porto were rude, the. told me only when I arrived that I could not carry on “camping backpacks”, so I would have to check it for an additional 40 euro to check it.. despite saying they’d be happy to check “carry on” free of charge.. I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Contras: "During the reservation process it seemed that the ticket included luggage, and only when I received the ticket I discovered that I had to pay 30 Euro extra, each way, to check in luggage. The ticket was by no means low-cost, so I don't understand why that wasn't included in the price. And the food could have been much better, I really couldn't eat anything and I usually like airline food... :) Thanks!"

Prós: "Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline."

The line reserved for baggage drop-off was used to prioritize check-in for a large group, making the benefit of online check-in meaningless! Also, the supervisor who intervened on my check-in issue lacked basic customer service skills!"

Contras: "We had a terrible experience with iberia airlines,working with british airways.We almost missed our fl8ght as they cannot find info about e tickets in the computer(otherwise i had tge print out of our tickets). Truly it was a night mare for our family. But we are really glad that we were able to board in the nick of time and finally home ."

Prós: "Wine and ham in Spain."
Contras: "I went jfk to mallorca through Madrid. Upon arrival to Madrid the passport control was 2hrs so we and a lot of other people missed connections. At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

Prós: "Once I understood how it worked it was a breeze"
Contras: "Made more than four different lines before 1 understanding Iberia worker helped us out. Was told that that wasn’t the correct line and sent to another. The next place the same for more than 3 times. Then finally, Raquel, LISTENED, and away we went."

Prós: "First time experience with Iberia. Very comfortable, friendly & good service."

Contras: "The plan was too small."

Prós: "Flight left on time"
Contras: "Very tight seats. I’m not that tall and my knees were hitting the seat in front"

Prós: "Me gusta el servicio, la comodidad del idioma.. y la puntualidad de los viajes.."
Contras: "Yo me sentí mal con la displicente atención del auxiliar de vuelo. El no quiso ayudarme a poner mi equipaje de mano en el compartimiento encima de mi asiento. Dijo que si el levantaba esa maleta el podía dañar su espalda.. y el seguro no lo atenderia.. le dije al señor que yo había solicitado asistencia.. pero el dijo que para otra vez, pusiera mi equipaje en carga.. un pasajero vecino de mi asiento al ver la negativa actitud de ese señor.. levantó mi equipaje y me ayudó. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Iberia y se que una mala actitud no hará cambiar mi preferencia."

Prós: "The screens on a dozen seats just failed a few hours in - engineering issue. And breakfast was a cold pretzel. Food gets let’s generous on BA all the time. The crew were lovely."
Contras: "A 2330 Flight ran significantly late with a passenger delay and then de-icing. The repeated assurances of “a 10 minute or so delay” were obviously not correct. Takeoff close to 0100 was followed by drinks AND then food - my vote would be neither. Please oh please just let us sleep."

Prós: "Great deals and nice crew! Patient and helpful."

Prós: "First flight ever where water or coffee we’re not offered. Good cart came out. Nothing offered. 3 attendants? To do what??"
Contras: "No beverage or food offered"

Contras: "Our seats was almost the last seat of all our flights, even we checked in very early."

Prós: "Flight to our destination: sat in exit row for extra cost. I was freezing cold and was told no extra blankets. Also staff were rude and unhelpful telling us to remove all things from the floor for take off and landing ( which i accept is the policy) but since we had nowhere to put them except on our laps (she’s, books, sweaters pocket book) as there is no seat in front for an exit row to put under. The staff member kept saying “up, up” motioning with her hand, but made no offer to assist us in finding overhead space. Upon our return flight, our pre booked exit row seats were switched on us right before boarding in a rude and matter of fact wayand my husband and I were separated one on either side of the aircraft. When we queried this, we were told it would be up to us to switch with the person sitting next to us. Overall very disappointing. I would not fly Iberia again."

Prós: "on time"
Contras: "business class is the same as eco...very poor...LH aslo have regional line, much much better."

Prós: "Check-in was good, no queues. I arrived about four hours before scheduled departure time and check-in had been open already for an hour. In Mexico City Airport I had missed a flight three days earlier as I'd been observing the departure screens and they'd failed to update the status of my aircraft: this time I was informed of the gate at check-in. Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."
Contras: "I've found Iberia to be uncaring. This flight was much the same. The food and drink service was cheap, and I felt the attendants didn't feel like they had to try to give good service. The new entertainment screens kept coming on, and I kept turning them off as I wished to sleep. Eventually I discovered they were being triggered by the electrostatic charge on the pillows that I was rearranging."

Contras: "They need to have agents stationed throughout the terminal to help customers make connections. I had 2 hours and I still barely made my flight. The airline representatives are extremely unhelpful and the customs process is an absolute mess in Madrid."

Prós: "El vuelo estuvo puntual. La tripulacion amable La comida buena' El avion limpio"
Contras: "El bano incomodo y No estaba muy limpio El postre de la cena, sin sabor, casi incomible, (La cena buena)"

Contras: "The plane was an Airbus 330. I'm 6'2" and was uncomfortable in the seat for 7 1/2 hours. My knees hit the seat in front, and later the person there reclined to make things even worse. Since I couldn't slouch, my head was far above the seat back. I realize airlines are squeezing space and this trend will continue. It's become an accessibility problem for me."

Contras: "Slow service by the flight attendants; poorly stocked food options. perhaps it’s a European thing with budget airlines but to pay for water is unacceptable."

Contras: "My flight was cancelled due to weather. BA could not rebook me to get me to Seville in time for my meetings."

Prós: "Absolutely nothing."
Contras: "Absolutely everything. I paid for a seat only to get bumped to the very back of the plane. I waited in line for 30 plus minutes to talk to a gate agent who just ignored everyone in line. Their service is worse than United. You get what you pay for. I will never fly with these clowns again. And I want my $33 back for the seat I didn't get!!!!!"

Prós: "Smoothest flight ever"

Prós: "Roomier plane than the one I took to Madrid."
Contras: "Group system to queue on line was okay but people still seemed confused. Crew forgot some people's request. Bathrooms were smelly and dirty only after two hours on plane."

Prós: "Do comandante que simpaticamente explicou o que se ia passando"
Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "Delayed departure I'm 6'4" and business seat is small Also crew should improve kindness and attention."

Prós: "Crew were really nice and polite"
Contras: "No entertainment, I can't believe how close the seats are to each other. I'm not a very tall person and my knees were hitting the front seat constantly (and the kness of the passenger seating behind me of course)"

Prós: "Movie selection was good."
Contras: "Not really an Iberia issue but Barajas airport needs to fix this. The queues for Passport checks were completely unruly - no single lines, the dividers were left wide rather than keeping people single file, people were then jockeying for position to get through- because most were now risking missing their flight, tempers flared. Everyone was angry. A very unpleasant airport experience. Which certainly lends itself to an unpleasant flight experience. People were so worked up the tension was palpable. A problem easily fixed, if only there was some care. The passport check attendants moved at a snails pace. It felt deliberate. In these trying times, I was not impressed."

Contras: "Cramped by ok"

Prós: "Comfortable flights & on time"
Contras: "Service, flight crew seemed to busy chatting instead of serving."

Prós: "The entertainment was good and some flight attendants were very polite."
Contras: "The last thing I would ever expect from a flight attendant is negligent behavior. A child aged around 5 years old clearly unattended by parents throughout the entire 9 1/2 hour flight to Chicago was not only being disruptive but his behavior could have placed him in danger. From banging the table shut successively against the chair, to walking on top of the seat and placing his hands in the monitor behind him not allowing me to see my screen. Furthermore, his feet and legs dangled and kicked the person immediately next to him across the aisle, creating a dangerous environment for himself and for others as he could have gotten hurt from somebody or a cart passing through. I proceeded to express my concern for the child's safety and the flight attendant expressed these matters are delicate and refused to engage the parent in any type of conversation. This child's screams and incessant yelling lasted the entirety of my flight, hindering ANYBODY from sleeping or watching their entertainment without interruption. Hopefully in the future when faced with not only an extremely disruptive family but a clinically uneasy child, flight attendants will make an effort to at least announce the importance of respecting other people's flight experience. Needless to say this is the very last time I ever fly Iberia. This matter was not only brought to the crew's attention once but three times by three different people."
