Contras: Out dated plane. Poor boarding process, bad service horrible food

Contras: Connecting flights. All lies, no cooperation. Not a small airport as it takes nearly half an hour to get to Gate E. Too few characters allowed to explain all we went thru.

Contras: The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. Prós: Overall the planes were neat, spacious and well presented. The staff were decent and did a good job. The food was also good/fair. Overall I would fly with TAAG again except for -->
Contras: The inflight entertainment wasn't all that great with limited choices available. However...LUANDA Airport and staff were the WORST! On both occasions it was difficult to find a person who could even speak english, the airport is a rip off (the most expensive I've ever experienced), the ground and airport staff were mostly an array of disinterested, impolite, unhelpful, buffoons. I would not want to fly TAAG again in order to avoid any layover in Luanda longer than 2hrs.

Prós: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Contras: I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter.

Prós: Food was better than average as airline food goes, attentive cabin crew, professional, good selection of movies, music for entertainment. New Boeing 789 Dreamliner, excellent condition/shape, clean interior.
Contras: Poor choice of cabin music prior to take-off and post-landing. Boarding is chaotic at best - mob boarding, like sardines on buses to airplane, then long wait till getting on board and loading overhead bins. Should load aircraft from back to front and with clear defined zones! Bathrooms did degrade as the flight progressed unfortunately.
Contras: Smiling faces and patience.
Prós: I was terrified after reading reviews for Royal Moroc Air. Every aspect of the flight went well. Baggage check in was smooth. Boarding the flight was the same. The plane was new, clean and spacious. The crew were courteous and professional. My bag was waiting when I arrived to baggage claim.
Contras: Thankfully, nothing bad to report.

Prós: Bus service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was clearly marked and frequent. The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!
Contras: I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!

Prós: Very nice and modern plane with attentative staff. Also they served maybe the best airplane food I’ve ever had.

Contras: I take this flight 1-2month...this airline is better than Air Algerie, but only because you feel slightly safer in thier aircraft. As far as service it's terrible with no order or priority. Complete circus as usual and late as well.
Contras: I bought extra baggage service and my credit card was debited for 40 euros 2 weeks before the flight. On the day of the flight I logged on to make sure I actually have the extra baggage, turned out my account doesn't show it. So I buy another extra baggage thinking that there must be a mistake, and my card was debited again. In the airport, I was told that the system does not show any extra baggage and that I have to pay 200 euros as a penalty! After I protested, I was given a number to call to fix the issue. I tried calling for 20 min with no answer. The employee then tells me "Oh there's no-one there on Sundays" Which he failed to mention when he gave me the number. So we came to the agreement that I have to pay an extra 40 euros because the boarding time was getting close. The next day I try to call with no answer, I send an email with no answer! I was charged 3 times for one extra baggage with no response to my complaint. Not only lousy but absent customer service!

We had a receipt to pay the bags online and woman wouldn't look at it or even acknowledge it or accept it and re charged us double for our baggage an overall nightmare will never fly this airline again

Contras: After boarding began there was a backup after the gate en route to the plane. No explanation. The plane left an hour later than scheduled but seemed to arrive close to scheduled time.
Contras: Not really an Air France flight, AF not interested in taking care of their frequent fliers.

Prós: Very comfortable business class. Amazing food prepared on board. Flight crew was very pleasant, helpful and professional. The business class lounge in Istanbul was amazing as well, 2 stories tall with food, drink and entertainment everywhere. Golf simulator, slot cars etc!!!

Contras: The planes floor plan showed bathrooms which I avoided. But there were none at that spot so we lost out on more comfy seats.
Contras: Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing.

Contras: If Air Europa are going to charge customers $150 per bag for long haul international flights, they should mention that when the customer buy the ticket. Was a disgrace and their customer service was non-existent.
Contras: Don’t sit on the isles seat. I kept getting bumped by the staff with no apology. One male flight attendant kept bumping my arm just about every time he passed by. Made no attempt to avoid my arm or shoulder. I got pretty pissed by the third bump.
Prós: Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice

They checked my bags through before i presented a payment receipt, I was not able to pay because I could not afford it. The crew took 2 hours to find my bags and bring them back, I lost all time at the airport (I arrived 3 hours before the flight). was not able to eat, or drink anything before boarding. I made it to the gate 5 minutes before it closed. Food ran out by the time it got to me and the only option was sea food. movie options were old and limited. the plane delayed.
Contras: no clothes for three weeks because my bags were not put on the plane with me. all could of been avoided if permitted to carry on bag as planned. i was able to carry on my bag on other carriers. most inconvenient
