Voos para Ponta Delgada (Açores)

Prós: Online booking was nice and easy.

Contras: Plane was small ,seats were not comfortable and plane was not connected with eye so passengees were waiting outside of plane in cold weather.

Contras: Courtoisie, respecté les horaires

Prós: Quick boarding.

Contras: The seats are just not comfortable in the slightest. There is no room. No where to put your legs.

Prós: Boarding was efficient as was disembarking, crew were good

Contras: Nothing, it was better than most other airlines

Prós: The crew and personal were ok.

Contras: They have the most uncomfortable seats in the industry. Seat was literally 5 cm (2 inches) thick and did not recline. Impossible to relax/sleep, I ended up with back pain and legs cramped for 2 full days. Terrible overnight flight. Luggage policy is not clear. Carry on items have to weight less than 8 kg (normally is 12 kg), and to check your bag you have to pay. No personal tv/entertainment.

Contras: Haven't made it there yet still in Lisbon and no way to make it to cruise ship on time.

Contras: Super uncomfortable seats (the most ever) No personal tv/entertainment.

Contras: We ended up with two center seats. Person in front put back her seat so I couldn't even fully unfold my service tray

Prós: Good movie selection

Contras: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.

Prós: New aircraft had free Wi-Fi and lots of movies. Clean.

Contras: First bag fees of $120 per bag one-way were punitive. Anti-customer policy. Cannot recommend flying with them.

Contras: We booked business class. JFK to LIS very nice. Seats were very comfortable and reclined flat. More leg room than in other business class seats. What they called business from LIS to Rome was just regular uncomfortable across economy seats with no one in the middle seat.

Prós: I just loved the moment when I left that Airplane

Contras: Stop charging extra stuff, I payed more money extra apart for my fly, the charged me for the boarding pass €110 and also €50 for the luggage of 10Kg! Such stole company I never in my love will take a flight with this people

Prós: Ryanair works very well if you follow the instructions. Check in day before departure - Don’t bring too big or too many bags onboard. Pretty perfect flight for us.

Contras: Fellow passengers not preparing for check in and bringing too much luggage then complaining for 10 minutes while everyone else has to wait. Ryanair only had one check in / bag drop. Should be automated or more staff. Took forever. (Ok 30min and only 3 ppl ahead of me in queue)

Prós: It was ahead of schedule

Contras: Screwed again for carry on bag which I attempted to upgrade from 7kg to 10kg online, paid my €20 to learn at the gate that it changed from a "carry on" to a "to be checked in" bag. I was td I would have to pay another €25 to take it on board. I just refused and left my bag there with them. Tired of Ryanair deliberately screwing people fo add ons especially when there is no deliberate intention involved in the action. No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,

Prós: The flight itself was standard. Enough leg room to feel comfortable enough. Prices for drinks and snacks were high, even by airline standards.

Contras: I was unable to complete the online check-in due to difficulties with the Ryanair website and app. I was forced to pay an excessive fee because I did not confirm my flight check-in prior to arriving at the airport. The customer service rep was nice enough, but was unable to help with this issue.

Contras: Flight was delayed for hours on the 21 st and then cancelled. I want refund for transportation and loss of income

Prós: Nothing.

Contras: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Contras: It was over an hour late with little information about why. The gate wasn't shared until the last minute. Boarding was awful and confusing. We were stuck sitting at the gate for a long time with no air and the crew didn't deserve the last ten rows any water. The luggage also took forever to get onto the belt. Overall bad

Prós: Clean airplane

Contras: No additional care was given for traveling with children . Specifically had my car seat for my child for the connecting flight checked ar the airplane entrance and was told once I got off it would be inside. Then got a run around nobody knew where it would be . It ended up not being available for our use till our checked luggage in Boston ! Very disappointed

Prós: O voo de Boston para Ponta Delgada contou com um serviço notável e uma comida surpreendentemente tolerável.

Contras: O avião era velho e em um estado de algum disreparo. Estávamos na fila de saída e imediatamente notamos plástico lascado da porta de saída e caixa quebrada cobrindo a alavanca de liberação de emergência. Não tranquilizante, mas chegamos lá em uma peça.

Contras: Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated

Contras: There were no screens and the app didn’t work to watch movies on my iPhone. Also they waited too long to give out drinks

Prós: I had injured my ankle prior to my trip and everyone was so sweet and accommodating-

Contras: The in air entertainment didn’t work and the flight was 2 hours delayed.

Prós: Flight crew was very nice.

Contras: Could not pick seats when buying tickets through website. Had to call airline separately, which we did. However, actual tickets that we received at airport were for different seats. Happened to another couple on our flight as well.

Prós: Seats on the plane are really, really, really uncomfortable. I usually try and avoid using Ryanair because of this. at 6' tall the leg room is only just possible, there is no neck support as the seat back does not cater for tall people and seating being non reclining means that it is impossible to shift the my weight during the flight, bearable for shorthaul, but at 5 hours plus it is a penance. Like I said, I'd fly with any other carrier to avoid this, circumstance meant it had to be ryanair.

Contras: plane seating reclining even 15 degrees.

Contras: The boarding process: everyone crowds into the line without regard of the grouping.

Contras: The crew never announced that the flight was delayed by one hour. Boarding was disorganized even with the plane being half full. The crew is Ok and not taking control of situation.

Prós: new plane with very few passengers

Contras: The flight from Boston to Ponta Delgada was cancelled twice-- More than 30 hour delay

Contras: The entire flight had to wait before two other flights to board that were scheduled to board after us. Flight took an extra hour to reach the destination, and during the flight the crew was constantly banging into me when I had my arms within the arm rests. Once at the airport, our entire flight had to wait for a flight that landed after our’s luggage to come through the conveyor belt. There was only the option of fish for food. Who offers basically microwaved fish on a flight, everyone knows you shouldn’t reheat fish. There was also no entertainment on a 6 1/2 hour flight and the WiFi would not connect.
