Prós: The plane was large and the seats very confy.
Contras: The AirEuropa App, doesn’t work very well with IPhone, getting constantly error signs. I decided to change my seat after getting the boarding pass, but it was impossible. The app didn’t allow me.

Contras: The seat was remarkably uncomfortable. I fly business or first class when traveling overseas (prefer business class) specifically to be able to rest - this was the most uncomfortable I’ve experienced in the last few years.

Contras: My seat was very uncomfortable for such a long flight! It didn't recline and was cramped. Also I have terrible nut allergy and when I tried to communicate that to the flight staff the kept telling me to tell someone else.

They also didn’t make an announcement about our flight being late.

Prós: Because we took a bus to the plane boarding was fast - no boarding groups just whomever got off the bus first (me) got on first (me). I love the small planes with one seat on the left and 2 seats on the right. It's great when you don't know if you want aisle or window, you can get both in one.
Contras: Newark Airport is the worst, and that is not United's fault. However, I'm new to the experience of 'boarding' onto a bus that then takes us to load onto the plane from the Tarmac. Small plane - no frills like wifi, magazines but still a 2+ hour flight.

Contras: My luggage was delayed on the previous leg of trip, so I didn't have it on arrival in Cusco. Also, after booking I was unable to modify the reservation to add 1 checked bag, so I had to pay a large fee at the airport.

Prós: All the way unti dinner everything went fine. Once dinner started all good things up to now everything went down the drain. The crew were rude, unprofessional and disgusting. Everything else was excellent. Arlindo Fernandez

Contras: It was an excellent experience to fly by Air Europa. I will choose this airline next time, and i will recomend to my familiy and friends. Their personal is very professional. Thank you Air Europa.
Contras: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.

Contras: I’m not sure if it was because where we were sitting but it was SO HOT! I had to switch pants mid flight because I was sweating. And these flights are too long for standard seats. Not enough XL seats available
Prós: Bought our tickets a couple of months ahead of time. We've flown with TAM before with our five-pound Yorkie, but this was our first time since their merger with the Argentinian airline. We were attracted by a low price and a nonstop flight from MIA to Rio, and checked with their customer service dept about flying with our dog - they said it wouldn't be a problem, but tocall back two weeks ahead of the flight to confirm that the dog would fly with us. They charged $250 each way for a little dog in the cabin - twice what other carriers charge, but the ticket price made up for it.
Contras: We called two weeks before the flight, and were told to call back again in a couple of days. We called two days later and were told to call back again in a couple of days..... The next day, we called again, and their customer service rep said that dogs were not allowed on the flight. What??? 9 days before our flight, and we've got to scramble to find new tickets. We found tickets with Copa for almost the same price, and hey were happy to fly our little dog in the cabin for half the price that LATAM wanted. We got a $200 total refund from LATAM for seats that they sold to someone else. Never again, Never.
Contras: The meals are 8 hours spaced and very mediocre for the vegetarian plate. Also there aren't flight attendant once you request them. Latan should have better costume service on the phone.
Contras: Latam nowadays, whenever is a problem, instead of help you or solve the problem will ask you to do a claim on their webpage... for me is the worst airline. If you have another option, I sugess you take it
Prós: The croissant given in breakfast was delicious! The crew is really amazing and smiles a lot :)

Contras: I was asked if I’d love to a different seat so that a couple could sit together. I was fine with that but the seat they moved me too had a broken TV so I wasn’t able to watch anything for 9 hrs but the person who took my seat happily watch movies. Also, the seats were horrendous. I will not be flying with LaTam anymore and instead will use Azul.
Prós: Crew was attentive to passenger needs in a quiet way: without fanfare, did all possible to make it a pleasant, comfortable trip. In fact, went out of their way to get me a wheelchair ride to next flight, which I dearly needed
Contras: First flight was delayed due to circumstances outside of airline’s control. They managed to get us there and help me with wheelchair, etc to make flight. Great service and kindness

Contras: The seats are like torture devices. So small and uncomfortable. After 14 hours of travel, my knees were sore from jamming into the seat in front of me, and I'm only average height. When the person in front of you puts their seat back, their headrest is practically under your chin. A disgrace.
