Contras: I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem.
Prós: All good
Contras: Boarding slightly convoluted but ok

Contras: Sandwich was a bit dry, no mayonnaise or other condiments.
Prós: The flight was not full and without prompting an attendant took a look at my long legs and led me to a row of seats for myself. A simple gesture that was greatly appreciated.
Prós: Great seats with ample space! Crew was very attentive.
Contras: Boarding seemed bit chaotic ..... no onboard entertainment .
Prós: I liked the Dreamliner aircraft over Atlantic.
Contras: The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure.
Prós: They were helping an elderly like it was their grandma.

Contras: The hidden baggage fees was a surprise when checking in. I have never not been allowed one check in bag for an flight from Europe to the US. The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights.

Contras: I did not like the fact that you Kayak did not put notes in booking about having to buy a SEAT AND TO PAY FOR HAVING TO PAY FOR CHECKING A BAG. YOU NEED TO TELL PEOPLE UP FRONT WHEN WE BUY A TICKET THAT IS A LOW PRICE ALL THESE EXTRAS HAD TO BE PAID. PLUS THE TICKET COUNTER DOES NOT TAKE PAYMENT FOR BAGS IN MARCO POLO AIRPORT. I HAD TO HO UPSTAIRS TO A SEPARATE COMPANY AND WAIT TO PAY! ON TOP OF THAT. THE AGENTS CHECKING HAD A BAD COMPUTER. 2 AGENTS TO CHECK IN 120 PEOPLE. I KNOW YOU WON'T GIVE THIS INFO OUT SO I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN.
Contras: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.
Contras: Delayed first leg, missed connection 3 hours delayed AND they lost my baggage

Contras: when i purchased the tickets excess baggage was 80 USD, when I got to the airport it was 250 USD even though the website said 200 USD. They checked my bags through before i presented a payment receipt, I was not able to pay because I could not afford it. The crew took 2 hours to find my bags and bring them back, I lost all time at the airport (I arrived 3 hours before the flight). was not able to eat, or drink anything before boarding. I made it to the gate 5 minutes before it closed. Food ran out by the time it got to me and the only option was sea food. movie options were old and limited. the plane delayed.

Prós: Zee was our flight attendant and she was absolutely wonderful. Personable, attentive, and she made sure each and every person on the plane was comfortable and happy, going so far as to move solo passengers to empty rows so they could have more space. I wish she could be on every flight I take.

People loosing time and money.. 9 people couldn’t get seat on the play they paid for... tomorrows flight is same sting... this is last time fling delta... and we are silver medallions... who fly a lot!!!

Prós: It was IBERIA Flight: -Seating was good--very nice reclining seats. -Flight left and arrived on time..
Contras: It was IBERIA Flight: -Video remote did not work well and the touch screen did not work well. -There was no vegetarian option for food--and food was not that good. -There was a check in for Business class but then for actual boarding there was only 1 line and it took almost 30 minutes to Board and we waited in long line. -Maybe the crew did not understand English so well. Prós: Loved the staff. As far as my experience flying Iberia for the first time is concerned, the the staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was not bad either as it was pretty good and included many beverage options. Would like to see how they do for flights lasting longer than 8 hours. Mine was only about 5 and a half hours from Madrid to Tel Aviv.

Contras: I was asked if I’d love to a different seat so that a couple could sit together. I was fine with that but the seat they moved me too had a broken TV so I wasn’t able to watch anything for 9 hrs but the person who took my seat happily watch movies. Also, the seats were horrendous. I will not be flying with LaTam anymore and instead will use Azul.
Prós: The plane was comfortable the free drinks and food and crew were friendly.

Contras: The vegetarian food was horrible and lacked variety. Feel like TAP makes food choices harder than it needs to be. How hard is it to just have a pasta option. Instead we got tofu croquettes.....

Prós: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Contras: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Prós: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.
Contras: All was perfect! Thank you.

Prós: Cabin Crews was extremely good and hospital. Transfer point staff buggy / wheal Chair was good and second to none.
Contras: Transfer point needs upgrade.
Contras: The overall travel was good, no wifi and the entertainment system had a faulty headphone connection, and no place to charge devices other than through a USB port

Contras: Only ham sandwiches on offer! I'm not demanding and would have been happy with cheese.
Prós: The crew was generously serving me and the price was more reasonable than any other.
Contras: I had a huge passenger next to me who took most of my space the whole time during the flight and ended up hurting my neck and back. I understand it had nothing to do with the crew, but not comfortable at all. Besides, there was no entertainment and even outlet available.
Prós: I would def use this airline again.

Contras: Cramped seat space, warm cabin, must pay for even the first piece of luggage, must pay for any seat selection.

Contras: Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat.
Prós: Crew was great, the rest was average
Contras: My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover.

Prós: Really liked the new touch screens (with very good responsiveness). Also liked the food selection (the champagne was nice, so was the menu we were given).

Contras: Plane was late which caused a 5 hour layover in Paris CDG. Food not very good. Entertainment system clumsy to operate.

Contras: Leg room was really bad in economy and the only upgrade option was to business for $10,000 so of course not affordable for the average person.
Contras: Swiss does not know how to handle their own problems and hurt passengers in the process.
