Contras: "Luggage....it is allowed to charge but they shouldn’t charge. During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Contras: "Check in process is a disaster. The passenger is asked to even weight the luggage to be said by the machine to gonto a counter without good reason: the only thing missing with LATAM is to pilote the plane. Awful."

Contras: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

Prós: "Crew were helpful. I was given the wrong seat number and they helped sort it out. They also did priority boarding for us when the queue was ridiculous"
Contras: "The check in process was a mess with people going from all queues and it took far too long. They also have me the wrong seat number for boarding causing lots of confusion"

Prós: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Contras: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

Prós: "I missed my flight, latam's computer was down, I stayed at the airport for 16 hours with them telling me I can't refund, I can't reschedule, pretty much they took my money and left me stuck in Houston. I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam"
Contras: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

Contras: "I have time toget the other flight but they already have every thing ready to let us in Sao Pablo, I have to stay 1 day. That was very bad."

Contras: "We booked flights with more than 75 mins connection time in Madrid but then the airline changed their schedule which reduced our connection to less than 55 mins. I was traveling alone with my 5 & 7 year old and we had to run non-stop from our 1st domestic flight to the international one, changing terminals, passing passport control (huge lines), and another security. No help from Iberia at all in terms of providing any assistance like a shuttle bus, quick passage thru passport or security. And they were nonchalant in terms of “if you miss your connecting flight, it’s your problem...”. Come on, we paid $4,500 for 3 tickets, and deserve better customer service than this, specially when you changed the flight schedule for your operational reasons!"

Contras: "Seats small and uncomfortable. My seat did not recline for 8 1/2-9 hours (middle seat-even after told it was a good seat). My sons entertainment screen did not work for the last 3 1/2 hours. The stewardess’ didn’t even respond to the call light and after myself and sister walked back there, nothing was done. Stewardess’ sat and talked in the back and never walked around. When the finally brought drinks, never even asked why the light was on. They also were extremely unfriendly because our incoming flight from Malaga was late . All 4 pieces of luggage missed the flight and in NYC we had to ask for robes to sleep in and tooth brushes. we felt horrible flying the next day. Three pieces of luggage came 2 days later that we had to go back to airport to get. The fourth was delivered one week later with only 3 wheels!"

Contras: "I paid extra for a seat in the exit row and as soon as we took off someone from another row snuck into the exit row without paying and the flight attendants totally ignored him and he sat there the entire flight for free. They don’t give you so much as a glass of water for free and the luggage took 45 minutes to appear after landing. I certainly wouldn’t chose to fly them again if I had an alternative tho they are better than that horror Vueling whose seats were so close together that I was unable to sit with my legs straight because the leg room was so little."

Contras: "Quando chegámos de Figari e fomos logo fazer o check in não quiseram aceitar-nos porque o avião estava overbooked e tivemos que esperar até todos os passageiros estarem sentados sempre com o risco de nao embarcarmos, o que acabou por não acontecer. A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "The check-in crew gave terrible service. We almost missed our flight because they wouldn’t check us in. There was no one directing people on where to line up for whatever departure time they had. Just overall a bad experience with Air Europa."

Contras: "I cancelled the flight within hours of booking and got the ticket refunded three weeks later, not the 5-7 business days they promised, but I never got a refund for the luggage fee. Will do my best to avoid them in the future"

Prós: "The crew was bilingual and very friendly."
Contras: "The TVs did not work. The sandwiches we had for breakfast were underwhelming, especially after having a 4.5 hour delay prior to boarding"

Prós: "Trip was short."

Contras: "Boarding was approximately 40 minutes late. Food wasn't that good. For breakfast it appeared the crew was running late because the plane was to land within the hour. The crew were passimg the meal quickly and didn't pick up mine or some of the passengers garbage telling us to leave it in front of the seat."

Contras: "Boarded flight and then let us sitting on the tarmac for ninety minutes with no water or air conditioning.Once flight under way no food available.DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE!!!!"

Contras: "The flight was a little uncomfortable for me (seating) and TV shows and movies did not have many options."

Contras: "The entertainment center requires you to download an app before departure but nobody tells you to do so until you're onboard and might not have access to the Internet. Then it requires an update that never gets installed... It's over all too complicated. Dinner wasn't very generous."

Prós: "Air Europa's fare was cheap, but not as cheap as Latam but I was traveling with a friend who had already bought his ticket. The 5 hr flight from Tel Aviv to Madrid was in a super aircraft. Extremely comfortable flight."
Contras: "The flight to São Paulo was in an older aircraft, more cramped and no personal entertainment consuls. All in all the flight was fine being an overnight flight, but I would have expected the better aircraft on the long haul flight and the less comfortable aircraft on the short haul. Still good value for money and I'm would definitely fly Air Europa again!"

Prós: "I was able to back to home"
Contras: "The plane doesn't have a entertainement system for each one, instead it was a tiny screen on teh top of some seats. Food is average"

Prós: "Very helpful crew. Courtious."
Contras: "I had the chicken. Not very good. Also. In Rome Alitalia employees were doing checkin and it was a bit chaotic and disorganized."

Prós: "We didn’t crash"
Contras: "Aggressive, offensive, regimented staff almost strip searched people to assure no one violated their carry on ( one item, no purse) rule. We fortunately complied, but they humiliated an entire family for minor violations"

Prós: "I was put on standby because I wasn’t able to check in before getting to the airport. They were overbooked."

Contras: "There was a delay getting into the plane and then it was still super hot in the plane. Also baggage wasn't clear in terms of buying checked in baggage."

Prós: "Prompt boarding. Clean plane. Attendants worked to accommodate passengers specifically one with a young baby who wanted an extra seat."

Prós: "No había nada que me agradara de este vuelo."
Contras: "Nuestro vuelo entre Boston y Lisboa arriba llegó con retraso a su destino, Lisboa. En Lisboa, las maletas se retrasaron más de 1 hora. Debido a ambos retrasos, perdimos el vuelo de conexión entre Lisboa y Oviedo. En Lisboa, los empleados del mostrador de Air Europa ni nos miraron a la cara. No se disculparon ni hicieron ningún ademán de ayuda. No había otros vuelos entre Lisboa y Oviedo hasta el día siguiente. Tuvimos que rehacer los billetes de avión en el aeropuerto de Lisboa, encontrar un hotel en Lisboa y cenar allí por el retraso del avión de su compañia y el indebido manejo de equipajes. Aunque las compañias aereas entre Boston y Lisboa y Lisboa y Oviedo fuesen distintintas, el asunto de " no es nuestro problema" " no es una sloución" al viajero, especialmente cuando se trata de vuelos internacionales. Lo menos que Air Europa podría haber hecho por nosotros es habernos facilitado un voucher para pasar la noche en Lisboa. Por decirlo claramente, rehacer los billetes a Oviedo y pasar la noche en Lisboa sumó otros 1000 dólares. Ni que decir que en Oviedo tuvimos que rehacer todo lo demás,porque nuestro vuelo no salió hasta las 4 de la tarde del día siguente. La vuelta del día 21 de Julio desde Lisboa a Boston aconteció iigualmente con otras dos horas de retraso. La compañia Delta en Boston e ofreció a montarnos en un avión Bostón-Atlanta más tarde sin gasto alguno. Su compañia en cambio se disculpó en un vuelo internacional. Su lema "No es nuestro problema". De poco sirve esto ahora de vuelta en mi casa, exceptuando que esta familia no utilizará en el futuro su compañia en ningún vuelo internacional, ni recomendará su aerolinea a otras personas. Nunca Iberia,Delta, Air France, British Airways, Tap ni American se han comportado de este modo a lo largo de nuestro recorrido por el mundo."

Contras: "We were an hour late taking off after boarding"

Prós: "Decent seats and well lit toilet. Flight landed a little early, which was convenient. The price of the ticket was competitive."
Contras: "Boarding was disorganized and a flight attendant was cranky most of the time. It seemed that most flight attendants did not speak or understand English. There was no entertainment, though this was a transatlantic flight. We were offered the rental of iPads with movies and music for 10€."

Prós: "Boeing 787 is a pleasant t airplane."
Contras: "Cabin crew not very friendly. Coffee not good."

Contras: "The line for checking in with previous online check in is redicouslously long, what is the point with doind online check in if you have to be standing 1 hour just to drop the bags? It happened in both flights to rhe point that we almost lost our flight from madrid to lisbon"

Prós: "Shorter flight"
Contras: "No water offered"

Contras: "Bad food"

Prós: "11 hours flight with no movies. Flight attendants very rude. Bad food. Seats doesn't stay where you want them to stay. They move by itself. Very disorganized embarkation, landing and takeout procedures. I had 3 delayed flights. Very bad experience. I don't recommend at all. Dirty cabin. I found someone else's hair when I opened the pillow."

Prós: "This time Air Europa make us field like nothing before. The check in at the airport, to get in, but specially the time in the fly, they need to improve. The food cold and very bad. We asked for an upgrade do to my health condition and ready to pay the different, nothing."
Contras: "In other words, never againg. Thank you Kayak for the opportunity to express my experience."

Prós: "Pretty standard experience on this flight for what you pay."
Contras: "Delayed. No transparency. Not a single detail with the passengers despite waiting for 2 hours at the airport."

Prós: "I'm six feet tall with long legs and I was actually comfortable for the flight. It was nice for a change."
Contras: "It was a connecting flight for a lot of people but the crew didn't say where to go for connections. I know that's not really their job, but many people (ourselves included) were running through the airport to first find then travel to our connections. A simple "go right for connections" could have sufficed because in a very un-airport-like move, there were no signs about connections, just gates, and our boarding pass for the connection said Gate ABC--which meant it was either Gate A (60 options), Gate B (60 options), or Gate C (60 options) and Gate A was slightly left and the other two were about a 30 minute run/walk. We had 45 minutes between flights, which we thought was reasonable, but we spent 15 of them trying to figure out where to go and asking airport employees who said follow the gate number and when we showed them Gate ABC, became confused because there was no gate number."

Prós: "The airplane was neat and the crew nice also, I don't have complains about that."
Contras: "Too little space between seats, always has the person behind putting their knees in my back! Also the food is not that great, and had to pay even for the earphones!"

Prós: "On time!"
Contras: "The food is not good. Little space between seats."

Contras: "The flight was delayed 3 hours and the boarding was quite disorganized."

Contras: "The staff was not professional and extremely rude. After the flights were delayed and canceled...they were not accomodating and staff barely could speak my language English. It was very terrifying not being able to get help all alone in a foreign country."
