Prós: Safe TO and landing.
Contras: Cramped seat space, warm cabin, must pay for even the first piece of luggage, must pay for any seat selection.

Prós: The crew was very good, really polite and nice and helpful. Pilots or the plane's auto landing system did a good touch down in a hard windy condition at Ohare.
Contras: Cramped seating as usual in economy, but BA's is better than others in most cases. A few extra inches of leg and knee room would make all the difference in the world. Our worst experience is the over zealous highly inefficient very slow tedious carry on bag security system at Heathrow terminal 5.
Prós: Priority checkin at Ezeiza airport.
Contras: The A320 planes was too cramped and it's an older plane.

Contras: The staff was very unprofessional, check in was over 30 minutes and we were charges for the baggage even though we showed a proof that the system didnt let us check in before. While boarding the representative was so stressed she blew air in our faces and took the boarding passes so agresivally we were shocked! On board the flight attended did not speck English or at least didnt want to, so other passenger had to explain us what she was saying. Very very unprofessional, we will never use azul again in the future.

Prós: The flight was supposed to last 1 hour, but we ended up landing nearly 30 minutes later. My entertainment system didn’t work at all. No channels were available.

Prós: In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good.
Contras: Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress.
Prós: unexpectedly comfortable seat on this particular flight, unlike my previous flights to/from USA

I was to continue on the same plane from Miami and Lima to Buenos Aires, however, nobody mentioned I could stay on the same aircraft, so they made me go off the plane out the arriving area hall, again through security, which was a hassle, almost forgot my wrist watch..... all that to end up in the same gate to board the same plane. a total waste of time and energy....

Contras: Flight was delayed for almost 3 hours because they did not have the seating arrangement from Paris. People eventually were told to board and just choose whatever seat they wanted including those of us who had paid for seat choice online and did online check in. The website on how to add luggage is very complicated and took us a long time to figure out. Staff unfriendly. We missed our train connection because of flight delay. Won’t take this airline again. It was chaotic and unfriendly crew.

Contras: Overseas flight seats were tight going and coming, and being that long a flight you feel you are sitting on top of your neighbors. Air quality descends on a long full flight, it became claustrophobic by the end. There was only an option for vegetarian-vegan, but I am not vegan. I won't do that again. My daughter's bag didn't make to SFO, even though we were early to check in.
Prós: This was a 12 hour flight that didn’t feel like 12 hours. They movies and other entertainment was very good with new and older movies that didn’t disappoint. The food was great all the way through to the farewell piece of chocolate.
Contras: The seats on this flight were very tight. I am 5’8 and felt super cramped. The seats themselves were not that bad just small and not a lot of space. If you fly with them don’t expect to kee anything under the seat with you. Also the whole boarding process is a big cluster! There is no real organization to the line or who they are boarding. Make sure you get in the line quickly or you could be waiting awhile.

Prós: Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport

Contras: Very little legroom for a 6'1" guy. Would have liked a bit more space, but I guess I was too tired to let it bug me.

Contras: Everything was incredibly poor. Flight was delayed, entertainment was outdated and the airport staff were rude.
Contras: The boarding is very bad, you can not board 400 people in 15 minutes, the result will be, you will arrive one hour late! Also, Why the crew wear gloves when pick up left overs but not when serving the food? Really the crew training, it is very poor to sat the least. Arlindo.

Contras: My United flight was five hours delayed and I was going to miss my Air Europa flight. I called to see if I could switch flights but that was absolutely not an option and I had to buy a new one way ticket. I would’ve paid the difference, if there was one, but that wasn’t an option.

Furthermore, there were NO snacks available for purchase so you were forced to eat gross food.
Prós: On this prop plane, the takeoff and landing was exceptionally smooth. Again, the crew gave outstanding service.

Prós: We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple.
Contras: The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet.
Contras: This is a complaint regarding a luggage that was not included in my fare ticket. I was not informed from your company Kayak that the luggage was not included in the price. I had to pay extra money on top of the fare ticket of $150 for just one luggage just because was not mention on the fare ticket. Please give me an explanation of your policy in regard, and please advice people in regard of what I just mention otherwise I think your company tricks people without mentioning clearly that suitcases are not included to lower prices

Contras: The service was Appalling, this is supposed to be an international flight, I asked numerous times for the WiFi as there is no entertainment on a long haul flight. I asked for water and wine and was more than happy to pay the staff kept telling me they would return and didn’t. I’m not sure what they were always in a hurry to do other than to avoid providing good service. This was not the cheapest flight when I booked and this airline should come with a warning, poor service, equally disappointing food no drinks and no entertainment. If I had know this I would have paid more or flown with an airline that has an acceptable standard for an international flight and the service that should be provided. I feel at fault as I didn’t know an airline like this existed. I just thought it’s european and international and it will be fine. I was truly so uncomfortable and upset. On my way home I was charged $150 euro for my bags which I was under the impression my bags were included. There was no stating of this high cost, once again I would have flown with another airline if I knew of this and didn’t pay leaving America as it said my bags were covered. I hope something is done to make sure it’s clear to customers that this is a horrible and basic airline and it wasn’t cheap. I’m disappointed in all involved and have learnt a lesson but I am dreading this flight home I am about to take. Regards Hannah
