Prós: on time, food
Contras: I asked male attendant for pillow and blanket , he said no!!!!!!!!!!! foot rest would not stay in upright position, I could not remove remote from back of chair, outlet for headphones was broke.
Prós: TAP airline didn’t charge me for a checked bag on my flight to Lisbon. On the way back to Rome I was met with blank faces and no options. They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst
Contras: Full airline policies up front.
Prós: We really enjoyed TAP Air Portugal and expect to fly with them again. Comfortable seats, pillow, blanket, and MEALS! Good ones with actual silver! USB charging port at every seat, with a good selection of movies. Great airline for a great price!
Prós: Mechanical delays leaving London, missed flight connection to New York, now TAP wants to charge me for rescheduling!
Prós: The crew were very friendly and attentive, there was a delay to boarding and departure but they were very apologetic about it. Service was attentive on the plane and bags promptly delivered at the baggage carousel.
Contras: I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee.
Prós: Leg room was good
Contras: We were prevented from bringing water on board and then only provided with small glasses three times during the long flight.
Contras: This flight was excellent, but the in the flight from Monrovia to Casablanca the Captain was smoking in the bathroom!!!! That’s insane....
Contras: Service was poor and the flight got delayed
Prós: Flight was okay for a 2 hour distance.
Contras: Why bothering having an in-flight Sky-RAM Player app if it never works. Tried to connect ALL FLIGHT but no chance
Contras: Very disappointed that there were only junk food options on the snacks served. Same goes for the drinks. And no option to buy anything healthy either. Arrived hungry at 1:20am!
Prós: There's actually footrests that fold out like a lawn chair in economy and there's lots of leg room so you can actually put your legs up and sleep. First time I ACTUALLY slept on a long haul flight. Chairs seemed to be made of soft leather or some other super comfy material. Puts the older US-based planes to absolute shame. Super soft fluffy blankets, the flight attendants were amazing, courteous, hospitable, the food and drinks were awesome, loved the movies. 10/10 would fly again.

Prós: Business accommodations were great and the staff was fantastic
Prós: Bus service from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 was clearly marked and frequent. The flight crew members were all helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the drink (especially suco de maracuja) and snack offerings. As I spoke only limited Portuguese, I greatly appreciated the attempts made by the ground staff and flight crew to communicate with me, both in English and via hand gestures. I am certain that no domestic airline would be so helpful to non-English speakers in the USA!
Contras: I realize Azul cannot help being stuck in Terminal 2, but it's not the most comfortable place to wait for a flight. Also, after I walked through the gate, several boarding flights merged confusingly in a single passageway with exits to multiple planes and many people got lost and ended up (temporarily!) on the wrong airplane, despite heroic attempts by the ground crew to direct passenger traffic. There must be a better method than having everyone follow colored lines to the planes - it wasn't working!
Prós: Seats were acceptable. Crew was competent and prompt.
Contras: Boarding was adjacent to C04 with the Aerolineas flight leaving 5 minutes before us. This congested the boarding but was well handled.
Prós: The entertainment options were good, my device connected immediately, and the movie started right away (while the boarding process was being completed).
Contras: More vegetarian options in the menu.

Contras: La temperatura interna dentro del avión era muy baja. Ni siquiera tenían una manta en todo el avión, la azafata intentó buscar una y dijo que NO tenía. El resfrío es camino por ese motivo. Y la comida era un pedazo de pan con algún tipo de fiambre dentro , sin gusto y pura Harina.
Prós: Crew was quite polite and sympatic
Contras: The aircrafts is very old and small for all the passengers they put inside, and the food is really bad in quality and taste.
Prós: The plane was large and the seats very confy.
Contras: The AirEuropa App, doesn’t work very well with IPhone, getting constantly error signs. I decided to change my seat after getting the boarding pass, but it was impossible. The app didn’t allow me.
Prós: Trip was short.

Contras: On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?
Prós: It was very comfortable and service was great and good food and drink

Contras: Food was quite expensive - vegetarian sandwiches were underwhelming. Disabled mother had to stand and wait to get on plane despite being told that she wouldnt have to.

Contras: Getting through customs in UK and getting luggage tags to Dublin was a nightmare. Took over 2 hours, went through 4 lines to get luggage tags and given misinformation. Poorest travel experience in 40 years of traveling. Brits need to learn how to expedite processing.

Contras: Placed in last row w/ non-reclining seats, even though bought tix 7 months early. We travel w/ only carry-on bags. AF allows 35 kg each but only 12 kg in cabin. I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags.
Prós: Good food and crew
Contras: Plane was old and seats were super tiny. Even an average guy would be uncomfortable in it. Can’t sit in one spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.
Prós: Flight itself was smooth.
Contras: Not enough staff to check people in. Then boarding was severely delayed, even if the plane arrived slightly late. They began boarding then held everyone in a kind of enclosure between the gate desk and the jetway. Then when landed in Porto, took a really long time to get checked bags.
Contras: I take this flight 1-2month...this airline is better than Air Algerie, but only because you feel slightly safer in thier aircraft. As far as service it's terrible with no order or priority. Complete circus as usual and late as well.
Prós: Ground and flying staff were really nice
Contras: The organization for the check-in was messy at best and there was mo clear indication to direct passengers to their flight. Everything in Orly Siuth is narrow and a single waiting line would block almost all traffic, creating further confusion and frustration. Borading on the bus to take us to our plane was not very pleasant to say the least. The passengers were packed like sardines and as many as possible were packed in. The heat was intense, in excess of 30 degrees celsius. There was no air conditioning and for some perverse reason the driver took a malicious pleasure driving around the airport, even coming around to the same exit we departed from. We arrived in sweat. The rest of the flight was uneventful but the landing was a bit rough.
Prós: Taken us by bus as the cool weather and the people used satires to go down to take the bus
Contras: What every said in the first time with regard the taken bus I hope the company change this way by using the bridge

Contras: Screens need a serious upgrade, my seat didn’t recline all the way nor could it be restored to an upright position. Not very comfortable and I paid for a seat upgrade.
Contras: The air conditioners fan was bad and they had to fix it in London which took over 40 minutes off travel time...we arrived much later than expected in Lagos
Prós: well mannered and attentive crew - good supply of complimentary food/drink - good over all comfort
Contras: boarding was running very far behind - considering this is mainly a hub operations carrier - resulted in several passengers missing their connecting flights -
Contras: This was just a short commuter flight from Lyon to Amsterdam for connection.

Contras: Really need to look at a more efficient way to board the passengers. Was pretty chaotic and the gate was way too small for so many people. Feel like the passengers with carry on luggage were thrown to the wolves while those with backpacks were treated way better.
Contras: Food timing, displays for video tiny and no selection possivble.

Contras: Paid for preselected seat in front part of plane, but got assigned to seat in the rear when I checked in on the airport, was there 3 hours before flight. No online check-in for this flight.
Contras: The business class seats were not comfortable. The volume on my tv was not working . Food was dry and bland. The dressing to the salad was so thick it didn’t come out of the bottle .
Prós: The selection of tv shows (Game of Thrones)
Contras: Not much leg room (I’m six feet tall)

Contras: My wife’s hand luggage was taken off her and put into the hold, against her wishes. When we arrived in São Paulo, the bag handle had been totally destroyed and the bag dented. During the flight we were only given water, the toilet had no paper or soap. Very poor
Prós: I purchased tickets but there weren't any actual seats available for us on this plane so we got bumped to a later flight (8 hrs later). Our baggage was also delayed getting to us.
Prós: The crew was awful, they did not let me board my flight despite me getting there at a reasonable time.
Contras: They could have let me board my flight. I missed my international flight because of this and had to pay a heavy fee.
Contras: Many delays.
