Contras: We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines

Prós: Crew were amazing arrived early

Prós: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Prós: The seat was fairly comfortable. The pilot communicated with the passengers about the reason for the delay, due to mechanical issue.

Contras: I was not made aware, until I got to the gate and was boarding, that a personal item (that was small enough to easily fit under my seat), would not be allowed on the plane without incurring a $60 Euro charge. Luckily, I was quickly able to squeeze it into my carry-on suitcase. One of the flight attendants wasn't very friendly (young, male, possibly Middle Eastern, French speaking). The other 3 were fine.

Prós: Crew and pilots appeared competent. The plane was clean, the air conditioning worked well, even when we boarded in Crete.

Contras: The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in.

Prós: That it was a short flight.

Contras: Old interior. no legroom, American credit card doesn't work to purchase anything. Bad coffee, but flight crew was excellent.

Prós: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.

Contras: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob

Contras: Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible.

Prós: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Contras: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Prós: Pretty efficient check in. Crowded boarding hall, with few places to sit. No entertainment during 3 hrs flight

Prós: the date I take my flight, my father makes accident and I find no time to travel on the date of reservation

Contras: I have contact customer service to make the change of the date, it is answer me that I have not the right

Contras: Came a bit late but the frontdesk said we could still check in with our luggage. After that disaster ensued, staff was slow and eventually missed out flight due to poor communication,.

Contras: Very slow to clear the waste cups and litter away. Only one run of drinks service. Very slow to get off the plane at Rotterdam, had to wait for geriatrics and disabled to get off the plane first and took forever.
