Prós: Treated us with respect and very helpful when we missed our flight and had to be bumped on to the next flight.

Contras: The seats were too close especially when reclined. The lady next to me got into an argument 3 times with the man behind her and no one assisted the situation. The second security check needs a better signifier that it was done. It almost made me and another man miss our flight. Miserable attendants

Contras: The flight and its crew did well but I will NEVER use it again if it has to transit in Brussels. We were bussed to the T terminal ( ‘incidentally’ where were all the AFRICAN flights transit) were we had a 5 hour layover, which is fine with me, but the terminal has no restaurant or any decent stores.
Prós: The plane was clean and seats were comfortable considering 2.5. hour flight; all crew members were nice and friendly; there was some food available for purchase but we didn't buy it since we ate at the airport before the flight. I would definitely fly again.
Contras: no TV or other entertainment options so make sure to bring your own device or a book.

Prós: To check in took so long . I could have used the automated check in but my code was not recognised. Travelling as a couple we were given separate seats .The staff did not even see fit to even tell us.Poor meals. the cabin crew looked harassed.

Contras: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.

They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!

Prós: From start to finish, Sevdije was in great hands. She had to be in a wheelchair, and there were three connecting flights in countries where she doesn't speak the language. It could have been so complicated, and everyone made it SO EASY. She was all smiles when she arrived in Boston. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Prós: EI-GSH, we were on one of Ryanair's newest planes at only six months old. Seats were comfy and flying at night, everything was well organised. Crew were helpful and approachable.
Contras: I was aiming to buy something from the gifts trolley on-board (the small 1:200 scale Ryanair plane) but they didn't have any available. Fair enough as they were days away from shifting stock to the summer magazine, fingers crossed it'll make it to the new selection!

Contras: Flight was delayed four hours, and while that happens sometimes, what really upset me was the compete lack of help and competence from the staff. It seemed to me nobody knew what to do or what was going on. I tried to talk to three different desks and the cabin crew and nobody could help at all.
Prós: Seat not too cramped. We didn't get lost - as BA flight did recently!

Contras: Like all budget airlines, Wizzair has low fares and anything else is a nickel and dime game. When did a cup of coffee cost anything? Is this the norm? I would not know. I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not...
Prós: Staff was nice and felt bad for their company’s policy.
Contras: I was charged $45 US dollars to print my boarding pass!!! I’m used to only being able to check in 24 hours before my flight. I found out that I cannot print my boarding pass within 48 hours of my flight. I was monitarily RAPED and will be disputing these charges! Boo on you Wizz Air....aka f*ckwads.

Contras: Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it.
Contras: The flight was delayed and there was even no information about it. Gate number was changed after boarding time and we didn’t hear any appologize not even receive some meal vouchers or food on board. We arrived more then 1 hour later- I can not evalute this as a good service.

Contras: On our flight from Lisbon to Paris Orly the baggage took two hours become it was delivered. We were later told the baggage crew forgot some of the bags.

Prós: Nothing went wrong so it is good enough for me
Prós: The crew were very friendly and attentive, there was a delay to boarding and departure but they were very apologetic about it. Service was attentive on the plane and bags promptly delivered at the baggage carousel.
Contras: I upgraded at the airport to Executive class, which is really a bit of a scam to be honest. It’s just the first two rows of the plane and the middle seat kept free... the seats were no different to economy. Not worth the 109€ upgrade fee.

Contras: They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this.

Contras: Delayed with no information. Boarding bit chaotic and once on board no food left to buy as everything has been sold out. Despite me being in row 1 and the first customer to be served. Plane arrived at low cost Barcelona terminal and we had to wait quite long for our luggage. Eurowings race to the bottom.
Prós: Very speedily boarding, crew dealt with a passenger with a large bag well.

Contras: Our flight was delayed three hours for no readily apparent reason. The food served on-board was inedible. When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future.
