Contras: Maybe free beer ??? But know ,all sound
Contras: Whether the type of aircraft or the plane itself the pressure system did not work. It has been years since I have had to deal with clogged painful ears, but for 30 minutes this was the case. The flight was over 40 minutes delayed and no announcements were made. Boarding and deplaning was chaotic.

Contras: There was an altercation between two passengers on the flight that escalated to four people being involved. The crew did little to nothing to resolve the situation. As a result, screaming persisted for multiple minutes until the passengers stopped themselves.
Prós: Fast boarding
Prós: Nothing, they cancelled my flight and rebooked me to another city
Contras: Everything. I had to buy 2 new tickets because they cancelled my flight
Prós: Brussels airlines business class seats were the most comfortable I have sat in.
Contras: The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room.
Prós: Crew was friendly, seats were ok
Contras: Flight was delayed for almost 2 hours, there was no explanation, just an apology.

Prós: Seats super comfy. Ended up with 3 seats to myself that formed a bed for the lap Uk to NZ. Very nice!
Contras: I was seated next to the restroom, which is not a pleasant experience for an international flight.
Prós: Crew was helpful and food was very good
Contras: There was no entertainment on the flight from Vancouver to Amsterdam and this on top of a two hour delay in taking off which led us to have to literally run to our gate in Amsterdam to make the connection to Mumbai

Contras: Passenger who needed wheelchair assistance it took KLM 50 minutes to get him off plane which delayed our boarding. KLM not prepared to handle passengers with needs
Prós: The bed was comfortable. Entertainment selection and large TV screen was good. The KLM crew is amazing, as usual.
Contras: Food quality was not so good.
Contras: So many delays, no real info provided. When we had to stay overnight they didn’t mention it would take 4 hours to get our bags which actually never came. Airline industry sucks and deltas one of the worst.

Prós: The food and service during the flight was great. Enjoyed the meals and they offered drinks frequently. Complementary wine is also a big plus compared to other airlines.
Contras: The luggage situation. We were very annoyed that we didn’t get a carry on bag and had to pay $92 each for every checked bag. I travel frequently and have never experienced this with another airline.
Contras: Aircraft left an hour late after rushing us through the terminal. The cabin was freezing, the food was bad. 13 hours was a very long time.
Prós: Everything very professional and high quality.
Contras: The queue for the check-in / bagagge drop-off took almost an hour; only towards the end a second regular counter (besides the premium) was opened.
Contras: Seat I had was terrible .. not comfortable

Contras: They lost my luggage and we barely made it to our connecting flight

Contras: had to pay for wine- first time in 25 years of flying international and it was very expensive flight, oh well, will skip Condor next time

Prós: Speech from the pilot. Only person to explain the situation during the 4hour delay
Contras: Everything. Poor customer service. Atrocious service. Would not recommend
Contras: The flight was delayed 2 hours. As a very tall person, I was put in the backmost seat, which is the only row which doesn't recline.
Contras: Boarding was haphazard, food had to be paid for, even water and the flight was delayed
Prós: Very attentive cabin crew. Great service, great pilot and cockpit crew. All flight information was very well communicated. Smooth landing effort during thunderstorm activity.
Contras: Boarding process was not as effective at Gatwick airport as expected.
Prós: Fantastic gate agents!

Prós: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.
Contras: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Contras: The food!! The lights could be dimmed as it was a night flight.

Contras: Too hot inside the aircraft
Prós: Great entertainment selection.
Contras: I had two flights that day: TAP Portugal: greeters, assistance loading carry-on, fish with potatoes and spinach, glass of wine, pudding, sandwich, carrot cake bite, coffee and a blanket. Jet Blue: water three hours in, (unhealthy) bag of chips.
Contras: It was cancelled with less than 12hrs notice !! I had to rebook on another airline costing more than twice as much !!
Contras: We were not able to board the plane. We left our morning flight from Madrid on time and arrived as expected. We hurried through the airport and went exactly where we were directed. Despite this, the gates closed on us while we were running to the gate. TAP sold us a service they could not provide.
