Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.

No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

Prós: "I really liked the "About my flight" application on the viewing screens because it always gave me an idea of what we were flying over and how much longer we woulld be in the air. The food was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised that I could have wine with dinner or any time the attendants offered beveragess. The attendants were always professional and helpful. They all were fluent in English as well as several other languages. It was a nice touch when the attendant wore white gloves when he or she was collecting passengers' trash after meals and/or beverage service. I loved the cheese that was served at dinner."

Todas as despesas de hotel, alimentação e transporte em Brasília foram custeadas por mim. Não recomendo comprar passagens internacionais pela Decolar.com. Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Contras: "Over an hour delay before boarding due to supposedly bad weather. Because flight was overbooked they were offering $400 gift card to change to standby on another flight. If you didn’t make that flight (evening), you’d be confirmed on a flight the following morning with one stop in Detroit (we booked a nonstop to Chicago). Uh, no thanks. Then to top it off, we’ve landed and been told that it will be at least an hour before we can deplane due to no availability at the gate (it’s 1145 pm right now). All this plus their new policy of not allowing us to select our seats because we bought the cheapest tickets. Really Delta? You go ahead and cater to the rich and I’ll choose to fly with another airline."

Gostei particularmente da configuração da aeronave e a alimentação é péssima. Para servir aquele sanduiche é melhor não oferecer nada!!
Vôo convencional sem nada de especial
Meu embarque foi adiado por overbooking, ficamos várias pessoas, e dos que sobraram embarcaram várias senhoritas jovens e belas e deixaram dois homens , sendo eu com 66 anos e viajando só. Foi extremamente constrangedor e revoltante, e para piorar acharam que eu estava faminto oferecendo um burgking.é evidente que foi uma falta de respeito.
Ocorre que na conexão para amman, fizera overbooking, e os comissários do aeroporto, apesar de eu ter chegado antes e ser idoso, preferiram dar prioridade às mocinhas , e simplesmente me ignoraram, porém muito gentilmente me ofereceram um burger king.(isso é pra moleque de 10 anos) eu tenho 65 anos. O que me irritou, é a falta de atenção que eu e outro senhor recebemos. Totalmente groceiros e despreparados. Tinha horário para pegar um carro locado e hotel.
Companhia muito boa, aeromoças atendem com alegria e cordialidade. Comida boa.

Others in Greece and Italy tried to assist as well and found same and when calling 800 numbers the calls were not going thru or hold time was overly extreme. Was told at Athens check in to upgrade in Instanbul and to go to transfer desk to get upgrade. An upgrade of $1200.00 Euro's is extreme Being packed like sardines for a 10 plus hour flight is not good. It is also unhealthy. Turkish Airlines should consider something other then the 777 for any international flying."

Contras: "This was the worst I have ever experienced. My flight arrived into Istanbul and 45 minutes until the departure I was told it had already left. I later found out something very similar had happened to a man from London, a couple from Boston, three people from Ghana, and many more that were taken advantage of in an attempt to sell tickets for them to go home. Never in my life have I seen such corruption first hand in a business that claims to be professional. I travel with them roughly twice a year so I'm not really a huge spender when it comes to their service, however I have suggested many to use their airlines. Never again will I make this mistake, and never again will I fly with them. I think I would rather spend the few extra hundred dollars than to have to experience that again. Turkish airlines you have lost my service and my respect."

Após o desembarque em São Paulo, quase perdi a conexão esperei horas até conseguir recuperará minha mala, não havia nenhum funcionário da turkish ou avíanca para me orientar nem me ajudar a recuperar bagagens. Tive q contar com ajuda de seguranças do aeroporto que já haviam visto aquela situação . Não houve pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma assistência."

Prós: "Crew accommodated at seat change so I had a space between me and the next passenger and I got a row seat."
Contras: "Trying to reclaim our laptops at the end of the trip was a nightmare. They confiscated all electronic devices larger than a cellphone due to new Trump regulations (not their fault). Fine. But they were so disorganized about the process. When trying to reclaim the devices after the flight utter chaos ensued. That was their fault. Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

Food was good, seats were comfortable, and entertainment was good. For the money and time spent on this flight we felt we got an extremely good deal and would take this airline again, and recommend."
Contras: "The planes were pretty warm/hot for most of our flights. I'm not sure if air condition was available, but I know some people asked. It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)
A diferença pra mim foi em relação a tripulação. Estavam sempre muito gentis, alegres, atenderam a todos com rapidez e atenção.Parabéns para a equipe!
Aeroporto de amstedam colapsou Evitar
O atendimento foi ótimo, seja no embarque seja no avião, todos muito atenciosos...
Voo atrasou uma hora para aguardar passageiros em conexão.
Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

Contras: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

A comida era medíocre. Enfim, jamais pague um voo de executiva pela Lufthansa nessa rota."

There was a pretty long stretch of bad turbulence and the pilot talked to us to let us know what's going on and reassure us, which, as someone who freaks out in these situations, I really appreciate. There were a few good movies to choose from."
