I lost my outbound flight because the companies, what else can I say?
This flight was excellent. Left and arrives ahead of schedule. The plane was only half full and they actually let people lay down in rows of empty seats. The crew was super kind to a large family with a bunch of kids who wanted to be closer together. I think Delta purposely avoids turbulence more than other airlines because I never experience jarring flights, even the red eyes. They served two meals onboard (which were honestly pretty gross but they are doing their best). Also the newer planes have really cool lighting that helps with jet lag because they mimic the sunset and sunrise colors, and have polarized windows that extend “night time” until they are ready to land in the morning. Pretty cool.

Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Flight attendant was very personable. She was checking some passenger names as some seemed to have switched seats and remembered mine for the rest of the flight. Something you usually get in business class but a first for me in economy. They also came around several times during the flight with water/juice, and snacks. Entertainment was ok. A mixture of newer movies available."
Contras: "Like all economy seating not much space especially when the person in front reclines their seat. This makes getting in and out of the seat a little difficult. Food a bit limited. 2 main meals for this flight (lunch/dinner) - chicken or pasta for the first one and beef or pasta (again) for the pre-landing meal. Also the attendant didn’t know the translation of the pasta dish from German to English so that was a bit disappointing. One thing to note. I flew Hamburg to Frankfurt to connect to the San Francisco flight with a 1 hour layover. You need to go through passport control in FRA and then I hustled to get to the gate. They were boarding as I arrived but maybe 10 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. No issues with the airline just a cautionary note on the layover time. I would likely book an earlier connecting flight to give a bit more time."

Há que repensar para melhorar em muito o conforto de passageiros nas viagens com longos trechos. Cheguei com uma enorme crise de coluna!

New 737 and seats too confining

Travelling from Nigeria was a nightmare. Those thugs at the airport gave my husband and i hell because we had our boarding passes on our phone. We had to keep bribing and begging them to let us through. It is the worse travel experience I’ve ever ever had in my entire life. And I travel a lot

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Assigned seating at the time of purchase and knock offs the Nick and dining to choose a seat. What a bunch of crooks. No mention of this was made when I purchased the flight -EVERY SEAT HAD A FEE! Delayed take off at origin and connection- HIW ABOUT A REFUND FIR MY ANXIETY? Very disappointed.
On time, crew great, could not get boarding passes online was not able to access
The whole experience was miserable. Worst service I’ve ever received. Turkish airlines customer support called me a liar and threatened to hang up on me when the whole issue was due to their delays. They booked me on a different flight arriving two days late without my consent on travel times and then refused changing any of my itinerary. I travel internationally for work every month and this has been by far my worst travel experience. DEPLORABLE service and they simply do not care about their customers
It was impossible to pre-check in and our seats assignments were terrible. Flight from Houston-to-Chicago was over three hours delayed. The flight from Chicago to Houston was also delayed, once again were seats assignments were all over the place. This was not a good experience.
There is nothing to like about Finnair. Zero service, a mediocre aircraft even though it's an Airbus A350-900 it does not have individual fresh air vents which obviously must be a Finnair option when ordering as Qatar Airways A350-900s do indeed have ................ but they ARE a 5* airline and Finnair is very much NOT. Full flight, no A/C running and as I said no fresh air vents, so it was very stuffy and uncomfortable. I had chosen my seat, as I am a fellow One World member (Qatar Airways Gold member), and isolated myself. When I made check in I looked again and repositioned myself, because obviously Finnair doesn't value my OW tier, and yet when I reported to the desk they had re-assigned yet me another seat sat next to a 'mini-whale' - so poor passenger seating allocation. To give a comparison - flew on a very full A380 QR003 DOH-LHR just 3 days earlier and I was informed by cabin crew that there only about 4 empty seats on that flight and yet 'one of those' was next to me !!! That is how you treat a Gold Member .... but not Finnair.
O vôo atrasou 1 hora, até aí tudo bem. Prefiro chegar atrasada e bem do que não chegar. Mas o problema foi o pouso em Helsinki, o avião desceu extremamente rápido, foi assustador, as pessoas se assustaram, o ouvido doeu bastante, o do meu esposo doeu durante 2 dias. Parecia que tinha estourado os tímpanos. Tivemos a sensação de que havia tido uma despressurização. Assustador.
Very nice experience with Finnair, especially transatlantic flights. Professional crew, excellent service, scheduled on time, headache free environment, very clean and looks like new airplane. Only positive emotions. However, the aircrafts on domestic or short range flights look outdated, and definitely there is room for service improvement.

Contras: "The arm rest between seats doesn't raise to the full upright position, only one-half way. The TV needed to be reset by the purser due to it being stuck on kiddie mode. If you're a snacker, bring food."

Contras: "Seats are too close and not enough space for my legs. I am 187 (6'2"). No outlets to charge your phone. For me it is important on the long flight."
Prós: "I'm alive. The plane did not implode. No crashes! The crew was polite. Plane was very late leaving. Not a good thing."
Contras: "Had to pay more for extra baggage than a person with the "right" ticket #'s. How to know this trivia in Feb. when buying ticket? My starting #'s did not allow me to prepay online. Instead, rush to airport, pay more by having to pay in person. 2. I also could NOT get my boarding pass online. Instead, forced to drive to airport day before just to be sure I'd be on plane! Finnair counter, Hannele politely double-checked all's well, handed me boarding pass. Hannele told to buy extra baggage online being cheaper. This promise, not accurate. Absurd!"
Prós: "I flew in economy. 9+ hours from ORD to HEL. The seat was average size. We were provided with a pillow, blanket and headphones. I did not use the in-flight entertainment, which was on an LCD screen. It was warm, so i didn't use the blanket. I also brought a neck-pillow, which is vital on overnight flights. They served a full dinner shortly after takeoff: I had meat lasagna which wasn't that bad, along with corn, a roll w/ butter, two saltine crackers with decent cheese and a chocolate pudding. Upon waking, I ate the breakfast, which was scrambled eggs and two sausages and a roasted tomato, a roll with butter, fruit cup and orange juice, coffee on the side. All pretty good, it was nice to have a meal before deplaning in Helsinki and waiting to get through passport control. Attendants on this flight were quite friendly. Check-in was run very efficiently. No problems with luggage. All in all, a real bargain price, and I got more than I bargained for."
Contras: "As for the downside, I had no significant disappointments on the long leg of my flight on Finnair. I hope my return flights will be just as good."
Prós: "Everyone was polite and helpful and did everything to make flight comfortable"

Contras: "i get sit 57 E both way forvard and come back. My travel was very long - 4 flyds. One of them t his is 11 hours. I am very very tired."
Prós: "The crew was friendly and helpful. There were multiple runs for drinks and the meal was delicious. The entertainment tablet offered good movies and tv shows."
Contras: "The lights where not lowered down to make it easy for people to rest and make it easier to fall sleep."
Prós: "Pilots did a great job at Helsinki. There were a strong wind and rain. Crew was really sweet."
Contras: "There was a confusion with boarding passes in Helsinki. Some of passengers were waiting almost until beginning of boarding with no seat number. Also was a delay because they're waiting for a some passenger from a connecting flight . Seats haven't enough leg room for person 5"8 but crew and food was amazing."

Contras: "It was cold and very little leg room. Food was barely warm"
Contras: "I don't live in Riga and had pick up scheduled in Rigas airport to take me home to Telsiai, Lithuania. Because flight was delayed and I had to fly to Talin and then to RigaI I arrived at 10pm plus took me another 30min to figure out what happened with my luggage. I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("
Prós: "Staff was nice, seats were comfortable unlike other flights I have been on the past two weeks."
Contras: "I think the pilot made a wrong turn and made erratic movements of the plane close to the end of the flight. Not sure what happened but it was a little scary."
Prós: "We had a very reasonable fare that included two meals a glass of wine and movies. We weren't expecting any thing more than a plane ride. Thank you FinnAir."

Contras: "rude crew- the crew was impolite to all passengers."

Prós: "Because of the delay taking off and refueling, they provisioned for an extra meal service. Choices were limited, but the food was decent. Crew was generally cordial and efficient. Even though there were only 13 empty seats, they made an effort to find us a place with an empty seat between us."
Contras: "We were stopped and grilled by AA personnel as if we were potential terrorists, even though we had TSA Pre-check clearly listed on our boarding cards. flight was 1 hr delayed boarding. Since the plane was a 747 and there were stronger than average headwinds, we had to stop in Bangot to refuel. Net result: 2 3/4 hr late arrival."
Prós: "Comfortable smooth flight, quiet in the large modern BA A380 aircraft"
Contras: "Usual boarding with people in rear having to get past people in lower row numbers having been boarded first."
Contras: "Whoever designed and built this airplane should literally be INDICTED - AND I AM NOT KIDDING! We were in disbelief the moment we boarded and saw the airplane. 10 people across jammed into the row??!! - and on an long international flight?? - are you kidding??!! Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"
Prós: "The fact the plane didn't crash"
Contras: "Couldn't check in online- extremely slow at counters to get my checked bags, forced a meal of curry since I was in back of plane and there were no more 'non-vegan meals'- smelled NASTY! Ignored a lot by attendants bc rushed to get to back of plane attendant area and chat. Tv could barely be seen from window and then volume/distortion was awful while flying. The attendants were gaga about a screaming baby but ignored the rest of us"
Prós: "Great flight and nice people"
Contras: "Because the flight was through british airways, extra baggage was $90 much more expensive than Finnair's prices. After paying that before departure to London I recieved an email from British Airways that stated an extra bag for both my flight to London and return flight to San Francisco had been fully paid for. At the airport I was told by British Airways employees that I would have to pay another $90 regardless of what my email said because their official prices are $90 each way not both. I showed them the confirmation I had recieved and all they could say was "that is confusing". There was very little empathy or attempt to help. As a result I was forced to leave the suitcase behind with my acquaintance in London and do an in airport shuffle of all of my belongings. The flight was great but beware emails that may not match up with online info."
Contras: "I missed my flight from Chicago to Paris. Because I purchased it through Kayak instead of directly through Finnair or American Airlines, their 'hands were tied' and they could not reroute nor reschedule me. Not only that, but because I was not on the flight to Paris, my returning flights were automatically cancelled. While this is probably included in the fine print etc., I find it ridiculous. There should be a better alternative for people who miss their flights than forcing them to pay a lump sum that is higher than the original ticket price in order to reschedule their ticket. Moral of the story: BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY THROUGH KAYAK OR SIMILAR AGENCIES, BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS."
Contras: "Had to rush to my next flight and the gates were far apart."
Contras: "The crew moved me to another seat on the return flight which allowed me entertainment but I hadThe entertainment console at my seat location on both flights to and from London did not work. That's 10 hours! to move away from my companions."
Prós: "Best price from Dallas to Barcelona, and then Madrid to Dallas."
Prós: "9 month old A380 with dedicated flight crew - everything on time - what more is there to ask for?"
Contras: "Airplane meals tend to be carb-heavy and the food service was no exception. Always a roll or bread but this is normal."
Prós: "The service was remarkable. Everyone was very attentive and friendly which is exactly what you would want for a long flight. The crew came around frequently to provide beverages and left you alone to sleep."
Contras: "The boarding process was a bit hectic. The flight was full which I completely understand. After everyone was settled in the plane it took another 25 minutes to leave the runway."
Prós: "Other than the fact that it's a direct flight from jfk to Helsinki, there's not much else to like about it"
Contras: "Even though we paid extra for comfort seats, the seats were extremely uncomfortable! Not just the lack of sufficient leg room (especially when the person in front reclined) but most importantly the quality of the cushions. They were like cardboard and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. We were not able to sleep at all due to the discomfort! Additionally, they lost my luggage. It has been more than 24 hrs since I landed and I still haven't heard anything from them as to where my luggage was, when I should expect it why it still hasn't been delivered. Overall, a terrible experience."
Contras: "In-flight entertainment was not working. Made and 11hr flight seem light 20 hrs."
Prós: "The only thing I liked was the ice cream that was served on the flight. And the Kerry Gold butter."
Contras: "What didn't I like? I didn't like that I bought a ticket from Finnair, got emails from Finnair, for some reason couldn't check in early on the Finnair website, arrived at the airport, waited in the absurdly long check-in line for Finnair only to find out that they had no record of me and I wasn't flying Finnair. Actually, I was on an American Airlines flight."
Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.
The space for economy was reasonable. The flight was delayed 2 hours, changed gates 3 times, the food was mediocre, the entertainment was outdated, the worst part of the flight was the service by the crew , total lack of hospitality, bad manners, lack of care.

Contras: "The food was not as usual."
Prós: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Contras: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."
Prós: "The crew was astounding"
Contras: "I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

Contras: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Contras: "Unorganized boarding process and minimal info or announcements regarding delay. Failure to respect SkyPriority status at boarding were disappointing. (Staff allowed it to be a bit pushy and chaotic and people were able to force their way in line, ahead of those who had been waiting in line.) Seats were okay but no recline and underseat storage was small. (Backpack wouldn't fit underseat and had to be stored in overhead.) Passengers crowding from back of plane upon arrival made it hard to deplane and felt rude."
Contras: "Movies were dated. Crew spoke limited and broken English, not good enough for international flights."
