Prós: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.

Contras: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Prós: Due to the corona19 virus I was not able to travel and the airline phone lines have been so busy that I’m not sure if I will be able to change my ticket.

Prós: Nothing!

Contras: Racists bastards!

Prós: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Contras: Don’t sell an unrealistic connection time

Contras: Lufthansa would not reschedule my flight to Rome on March 5th 2020 despite the fact that the CDC was at level 3 alert and telling all travelers to avoid the entire country of Italy. At the same time every public facility in Italy had already been closed. At the same time, AK Airlines in the United States is offering free cancellations of domestic flights and we hardly have the virus in country. Next year when I go to Rome, it will be with another airline that cares about people’s safety.

Prós: I missed my flight.

Contras: Helped me get a different flight. I got zero help getting another flight. Or any credit.

Prós: Arrived early, nice bus. Class lounges

Contras: Friendly flight attendants, more comfort . Better food. Faster service

Prós: Space, seats, movies.

Contras: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Contras: Your crew didn't smile. They didn't seem very happy. The food was ok, but different from normal American cuisine. I didn't appreciate the crew's comments to some of my fellow passengers about how they we wouldn't eat the food. I would have liked to have been offered more to drink. Additionally I'm glad the crew is fond of one another, but they were loud and distracting. They were nicer to one another than the people flying. I didn't like being barked at and being given confusing directions regarding exiting the plane. Overall I wasn't impressed and would prefer to not fly with your airline again.

Prós: Everything but not the food

Contras: Food was horrible

Contras: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Prós: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Contras: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.

Contras: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Prós: There was nothing really special or to write home about on this particular Lufthansa flight: it got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Contras: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Prós: nothing really. There were so many rude staff members at this airline. I saw people get yelled at by staff members. They were just trying to get information on the late flights and missed connections. It happened repeatedly. this company has the worst customer service I have seen probably ever.

Contras: They need to care about their customers and care for their customers better. They have a lot to be ashamed of.

Prós: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Contras: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.
