Prós: The staff was very helpful and helped us to upgrade our car, as we found out the chosen car wouldn't be big enough.
Contras: The quoted price could have been lower, as we double checked it on a later date with an Alamo employee at the Monterey airport desk and we were able to lower it with minor adjustments.

Prós: Ease of the process, friendly staff, ease of choosing a vehicle, great competitive price, and easy car return.
Contras: Vehicle could have been a bit cleaner on the inside.

Contras: Upon returning the car, I turned right one block too soon because the signage wasn't great. Only lost 1 minute- no big deal.
