The boarding process was a bit crazed, we were put on buses in no particular priority order and dropped off at the plane to all board at the same time!"

Contras: "I had a carry on and a laptop case that fit under the seat. The laptop case has wheels and a handle. The gate agent said I need to check one bag, even though I could show that the laptop case was within the specs for fitting under the seat. When I tried to argue with her, she said, "One of your bags is going to be checked--which one is it going to be?" Bad attitude."

I got to Dallas I was furious complain to customer relations. I at least wanted them to let me in to the admirals club so I could be comfortable for the next four hours. They refuse that but one lady at the customer relations apartment did give me a meal voucher which made me feel a little better."

I looked him squarely in the eyes abs I said, OK I'll wing it, but I trust you! He said no worries."

Allowing people with children to board first and get off the plane first would make things better for all passengers. Planes are also outdated. We have been traveling with other airlines that have individual screens. Much easier for people to travel on long flights when they have individual entertainment."

At the time they switched gates there was no notification that the flight was also delayed by nearly or should I say over an hour. This causing people to scramble, run and drag children to make sure they weren't late for boarding then when everyone arrives to the new gate, they flight is delayed by 30! Minutes. That alone pisses people off but then after waiting that time, it's delayed again at least another 30 minutes. Just not well managed!!!"
