Só muita demora no despacho da bagagem. Fiz tudo on line e fiquei em uma fila enorme mesmo tendo me adiantado em tudo. Enfim final de férias acho que o movimento foi grande. Mas no geral tudo positivo. Grata Bia Godinho

A classe econômica premium é muito confortável. A fila para despacho das malas estava enorme e muito demorada, mesmo para quem já tinha feito o check-in.

This made us very late for connecting flight which We just made as they closed the door behind us. People that were slower getting through customs did not make the connection."

We were unable to make our connecting flight because of the delay, but when we arrived in Toronto I had an email waiting to tell me that they had put us on another flight, which was direct, that would get us home at the same time we had been originally scheduled. The agent that we talked to once we got to Toronto also tried to get us on standby to another flight that would have gotten us home two hours earlier! Also, our bags made it home too after all of the changing! Great service, nice to have a charging station on board and the food was edible."
Contras: "That there were a lot of delays, but I'm sure that was beyond Air Canada's control as Toronto airport workers were on strike."

Da atenção dos funcionários de terra ajudarem na questão de resolver os problemas causados pela pandemia com testes exigidos e formulários a preencher etc. Foi uma confusão !

Contras: "We were delayed initially because our jet was given to a different flight which had been delayed due to mechanical problems. Then our incoming flight was first from San Diego, then Los Angeles. The arrival was delayed several times. Then our boarding was delayed several times. By the time we we in the air, we were even later. The flight was so turbulent, there was no food or beverage service, which isn't important anyway since that has become a token gesture by airlines anyway. . If this was an isolated incident, I could ignore it but it seems that this almost always happens when I fly United."
Contras: "Boarding delayed an hour, and another one hour until takeoff. I was late for my meeting for an hour. :("

Contras: "A cada dia que passa , os espaços entre os assentos , diminuem (em todas as Cias) ficando cada vez mais desconfortavel, de viajar, e para pessoas com alguma necessidade especial , pior fica, ou você ganha muito dinheiro e viaja na classe executiva ou está fadado a chegar ao destino totalmente torto. Tenho 4 hérnias de disco, e está ultima viagem foi um verdadeiro terror , ficar expremido nas poltronas da classe economica."
Contras: "Why would United use a 757 when they know that if the plane is full and there is a strong headwind that the fuel capacity won't get them to their destination! Of course this happened to me. We were diverted to Newfoundland to refuel (after spending 3 hours sitting on the tarmac while the captain arranged to redirect). THEN... the flight crew had been working too long and they had to send another crew which took 4 extra hours. 17 hours from Lisbon to Newark is unacceptable! It could have all been avoided with a larger plane."

Sitting in business class and the seats don't recline. No entertainment at all. Food was ok. It was an old Airbus.
Contras: "crew and knowledge on parent control for video, kids safety jacket not distributed and no knowledge or help on connecting flights and no knowledge on car seat use in flight (i was told it was NOT safe to have the child in the car seat for take off and landing)"
Prós: "Aircraft was spacious and modern, food was the best I have had on any trans Atlantic flight in ten years."

Contras: "O am gluten free vegan due to medical issues and they were not able to accommodate me. I could have vegan or gluten free but not both and I would have to pay $18. How hard is it to do gluten free pasta with marinara sauce or veggies over rice? Most of the crew was rude and vary hard to understand and their English was not very good and my German is not very good so it was difficult to communicate. The seats have very little padding and zero lumbar support, thank goodness they give you a mini pillow otherwise my back would have been so bad I wouldn't have been able to walk! I would NOT recommend Condor and will never fly them again!"

Contras: "Seating is very tight even for a petite 5’1” person like me. My boyfriend was 5’8” and he was definitely uncomfortable with the lack of leg space. If the passengers in front of you decided to put their seats back? You’ve lost even more space and feel closed in. Thankfully the aisle seat next to us was empty so we tried to stretch out a little bit without spilling into the seat entirely. Entertainment was eh. Two movies from the early 2000s (Alvin & the Chipmunks and What happens in Vegas) and an episode of Tom & Jerry and an episode of Modern Family but from Season 5? Not great if you’ve never watched the series.. About their hospitality... My boyfriend and I were completely disregarded and ignored by a stewardess with blonde hair and thick black glasses... Flight: DE2102 that left September 8th from Frankfurt to San Juan. We received our meals from her AFTER she handed meals to the people behind us - this was not the case for other passengers that spoke German, everyone’s meals up until ours was handed in order.. When it was time to pick up the trays she skipped us both times (with our trays ready in our hands to hand to her) - I watched her pick up the trays from the passengers before and after us. My boyfriend did say “Excuse me” but she ignored him - she probably would’ve paid attention if he asked in German.. She even looked at us as she passed by which blew my mind. Her coworker on the other side had to pick up her slack and was very kind enough to pick up our trays even though we weren’t his assigned aisle. It confused me because she was so pleasant with the German passengers but ignored us even when we made eye contact and smile for her attention.. I hate to say this because I give everyone the benefit of the doubt but to be honest I felt discriminated.. My boyfriend is German (speaks fluent German and English) but I felt because of my ethnicity (Asian) he had to suffer for that.. I felt terrible that he was suffering because of me. No one wants that for their significant other or anyone. Another occasion was when another stewardess was handing us our drinks. My boyfriend’s cup was broken and as she passed it over me it spilled all over my shirt. I did gasp from surprise. No apologies whatsoever.. She seemed impatient and grabbed the cup back over only to put another cup under it. I asked for a Sprite but they only had Cola or Fanta so I was totally okay with Cola “Cola bitte”. My German isn’t that great but I did hear her coworker ask why I gasped and she told her that it was because I was surprised they didn’t have Sprite - very untrue. I was shocked and I couldn’t respond. I have never been so disappointed in a flight and the hospitality. I am very forgiving if an incident happens once or twice, but when I see it happen in front of me over and over and over again? That’s where my tolerance unfortunately crumbles. I was on the verge of tears by the end of the flight. I hope I never fly Condor again."
Prós: "The boarding was smooth and efficient. We left and landed on time."
Contras: "One of the flight attendants was crabby and didn't want to provide a drink for my husband and myself, so we just dealt with a different attendant."
Contras: "Paying extra for Entertainment on a long-haul flight"
Contras: "small uncomfortable seat,poor air circulation. Could not book my checked bag through final destination, impossible to collect and recheck in time, lost the bag finally got it two days later. Condor needs to coordinate with other airlines for bag flow. Very unimpressed with Condor will avoid in the future."
Prós: "Very efficient at doing their jobs. Made up time in the air. Seats fairly comfortable. Good temp maintained."
Contras: "Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. This happens sometimes, of course, however a gesture of not charging €10 for an upgrade from the mesely two tv shows/movies would’ve been an appropriate approach to treating customers right. Food was decent, but don’t have any allergies as the accommodations are definitely lacking. Crew was polite, but not overly social or friendly."
Prós: "The flight crew made the best of an inconvenient situation and seemed genuinely apologetic for what they clearly knew were exploitative policies."
Contras: "Our flight was delayed due to a mechanical issue, but instead of updating the schedule to reflect this, the airline had us standing indefinitely in the queue to board; this was probably about 45 minutes in which we could have sat down or grabbed some food, or literally done ANYTHING other than waiting as we did. Because of this delay, we were offered hard candies. In all honesty, I would have preferred to be offered water, which at €2.50 on an international, several hours long flight is borderline criminal. I have been skeptical about low-cost, "budget" airlines in the past, and this experience confirmed that if the price of the flight seems too good to be true, it probably is. The difference in cost was more than paid for by the hidden fees, the quality of service, and the denial of basic human dignities like not having your knees crushed against the seat in front of you, or God forbid--a cup of tap water."
Prós: "The cabin crew was friendly and helpful. The seats on the plane are nice and wide, plenty of leg room."
Contras: "We left from the far end of the terminal, and there was no gate. The one shop for buying a beverage and magazine there was closed. The supposedly more comfortable seats are not that great for a short person. The food and drink on board was fine but nothing special."
Contras: "An extra fee for in-flight entertainment on international flight? In route to Frankfurt we were told visa machine wasn’t working and if you didn’t have cash you were not able to watch any but the 2 free family movies offerrred. Seems to me if the visa machine is not working the passenger should be given free in-flight entertainment but then again I think that one should get free movies on an international flight. The food was poor and we were not seated together as a family Without cajoling the staff. There was no apology given for separating us. We were placed on standby on our return flight and we’re not told until five minutes before boarding that we were getting on the flight. I would never fly this airline again unless I had no other option. If you fly this airline pay extra for premium seating so you can get an assigned seat and get decent food and in-flight entertainment"
Prós: "The price was reasonable and the schedule was great - leaving late evening and arriving in the morning was perfect. Non-stop from BWI was also a big plus. Checkin online was easy and there were no hitches with luggage. We had an on time takeoff and arrival and our luggage arrived with us."
Contras: "The food was bland and there weren't any options, getting refills on beverages was impossible. The seats were cramped and absolutely EVERYTHING that might improve comfort was extra. Fortunately, I always travel with a variety of earphones, to we didn't have to pay for theirs. Paying for the pitiful selection of entertainment options would have added insult to injury."

Mais grave as luzes de leitura da poltrona ao lado queimaram em acesso e nao apagaram durante 10h de vôo. Era impossível dormir e chegamos quebradas. Banheiro sem manutenção, sempre sujo."
Contras: "Poor legroom, seat did not recline. And why make ne pay 8 euros for movies?"

Contras: "Carrier at origin Transcaribbean which kyak booked me on left when it decided to without any notification as to why it was delaying. They made us go through security and sit in the gate until almost an hour after it's original departure time. No announcements. The plane sat on the tarmac in front of us the entire time. Most likely they wanted to only make one flight instead of multiple flights to save themselves. Instead of arriving with 2hrs to make my connection to frankfurt I arrived with less than 30 mins even after I rushed to get to their check in point."
Contras: "We were required to go through FIVE SECURITY SCREENING CHECKPOINTS while changing from flight from Athens to Munich on Lufthansa to the flight from Munich to Seattle on Condor airlines. - EACH LINE WAS SINGLE FILE AND SLOW... - SCREENERS WERE NOT IN SYNC WITH ONE ANOTHER... ONE SCREENER TELLING US TO DO ONE THING AND THEN OTHER SCREENERS REQUIRING US TO GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE FOR THEIR MISTAKE... THE FLIGHT THEN LEFT MORE THAN AN HOUR LATE... TERRIBLE MOVIE SELECTION WAS VERY POOR..."
Prós: "Just another average flight. Entertainment system worked. Friendly crew."
Contras: "There is no way to get comfortable in those seats when you are 1,90m 6ft3 Charge to watch movies. Some of them pretty racy especially if you have little kids close to you"
Prós: "Flight attendants made the trip as comfortable as possible."
Contras: "Stood in line for two hours before even getting to the concourse. Then sat on the plane another 1.5 hours while luggage was removed for passengers who did not clear security. Leg room was terrible and I am not particularly tall. When passenger in front of me reclined her seat it knocked my Kindle out of my hand and about took out a knee."
Prós: "Premium economy is far better than economy - economy has far less leg room, and as I'm 5'11" that made a big difference. It also provides you with more movie options (15 v. 2). All in all it was a good flight."
Contras: "The food, even the upgraded version in premium economy, is not good. Also, for boarding, everyone really boarded at once and you had to go through additional security to get to the gate so you were basically stuck in a waiting room until your flight left with only vending machines (but there were bathrooms so that was good!)."
Prós: "Cabin crew was wonderful."
Contras: "I paid extra for more leg room but then didn't get it and In fact my husbands seat hadn't been switched to sit next to me even though I had booked that online through condors website. Absolutely no leg room for tall people- insane for such a long flight and this is the main reason I will never fly condor again. Also think it's ridiculous to pay for movies on such a long flight."
Prós: "Ewerything great"
Contras: "I did not like that my flight with Air Dolomiti did not leave on time."
Prós: "Great price for the flight, very nice plane with excellent service and amenities. You have to pay for many extras (Picking your seat, access to movies), but you can pay for ALL these things and still pay less than a typical flight, not to mention that the basic meals and check bag are included in the price tag."
Prós: "Being fed. Attentive flight attendants. In-flight entertainment. Phone chargers"
Contras: "I arrived in Seattle on time expecting a 2.5 hour lay over for our 5:15 p.m Condor flight to Munich. All the reader board said was Condor Flight to Munich-Canceled with no other information provided. The condor website said the flight was on time as scheduled. We roamed around the Seattle airport for over an hour trying to find a Condor booth, apparently they don't have a permanent one. When we finally found a Condor booth I was told, "The good news is the flight isn't cancelled, it's just delayed." It was delayed 18 HOURS to 11:15 the following morning. We were told we would have to exit the airport and go to the Condor ticket booth for more information. I nervously exited the airport, because I knew I couldn't get back in without a ticket. I waited in line for over TWO HOURS to find out the plane was still in Germany! No other information was given. I was told I was going to be provided a hotel along with meal vouchers for dinner and breakfast. I was told to come back by 8:00 a.m. in the morning to get my ticket to Munich. Why? BECAUSE THEY WOULD ONLY BE AT THEIR BOOTH UNTIL 10:00 a.m. I was given a room at Days Inn Tukwilla which is right outside the South Center Mall and was in a very sketchy part of town. I did not feel safe there. The room was dirty, the lights didn't work, the deadbolt didn't work and when I tried to charge my phone the plug fell out of the outlet. Also, the front desk staff had no idea I was coming and did not know anything about meal vouchers. I got up early and arrived at 7:30 a.m. No one from Condor even showed up until 8:15 a.m. I finally got my ticket to Munich which was delayed another THREE HOURS to 2:15 p.m. Again, with no notice. I asked for my connecting flight info because I from Munich I was going to Rome. I was told that someone would be helping me with that once I landed in Germany. I was also told I would be able to file a claim for my meals once in Germany. When I debarked the plane in Germany there was an angry worker hurriedly yelling at us to get on the bus if our connecting flight was with Lufthansa, which mine was. I was not helped with filing a claim at all. I finally arrived in Rome and the airline had lost my luggage. So if you fly with condor expect the first two days of your vacation/travel plans to be ruined and expect three days for your luggage to get sent to you. I will never ever book a flight with Condor again. They ruined the first four days of my 10 day vacation."
Prós: "The staff on the flight was friendly. That was about it."
Contras: "The boarding staff were extremely poor. Totally disorganized - failed to explain the multiple lines, made everyone go through a separate line just to ask us if we'd give up our seats. Then had to move to another line to check our boarding passes and passports for the 4th time. Staff was extremely unhelpful and rude. Will not be flying condor again."
Contras: "Condor knew this flight would be delayed by at least 19 hours. They did not notify any passesngers ahead of them. On the contrary, 1.5 hours before takeoff we all received an email that everything was on time. after standing in line for 3 hours, we got a coupon for a hotel in Renton, that was extremely shabby and if poor standard. After calling condor directly in order to completely cancel my flight, as a 20 hour delay nullified the reason for my trip, I was told snarkily that there is nothing they can do, and I should contact the checking personnel. The checkin personnel had no access to computers and could also no help. Just terrible."
Prós: "Painless boarding, adequate albeit sometimes crowded lavatories."
Contras: "Very poor entertainment in economy without spending money on premium features. The last meal of the flight was served still frozen."

Didn't most ever international company has free drinks no here and very limited selection Would think twice before ever bookends a long international Flt with CONDOR"
Contras: "Boarding was late due to airport staff not being available. Not enough legroom to be comfortable on a long haul flight. Baggage was lost."
Contras: "terrible food, confusing what's included the service price, most of all Customer service agents at the gate very ruth and not helpfull, delayed-not given time frame why or when the boarding will start, feels like you don't care about your customers satisfactions at all. Never will fly again on Condor Ailines!"

Contras: "The seats are very small especially when people recline. The need to request special meals for allergies ahead of time was not clear and there are very few snacks of any substance to purchase. The check in process and security process at Frankfurt are one of the least efficient I've ever seen."

Prós: "Entertainment was good and the flight was very smooth."
Contras: "Crew was very unorganized. Did not come to give food until an hour before we landed and we're rushing to pick up all the trays as we were landing. No vegetarian options even though I saw gluten free options the crew member would give me one even though I saw dozens on his trolly before he went back to retire that trolly and get the main meal. The young male crew member didn't know what he was doing and cause tension between the other crew members. Not a comfortable experience and the worst food I've had on a plane."
Prós: "I wrote my critique of the long flight under the short flight."
Prós: "The seats were surprisingly comfortable. The staff was pleasant."
Contras: "The food was 80's style pasta and everyone got the same. The entertainment system, even if you pay, is lacking in decent content."
Prós: "again very pleasant"
