Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Contras: "Upon arriving to Frankfurt airport (gate Z) from Boston, i had an hour to make it to gate A including passport control. Once I got to to gates A50-69 I was told that i had to turn back and go through a different passport control as the one close to gates A50-69 was too busy/full. So I turned back although i had no specific gate number where the passport control was. Once I got there, after 10 mins walking (around gate Z20) around and asking lufthansa staff I came across a rather long queue. At that point I only had 30 mins until my flight to Budapest was boarding. I knew I would not get through that queue on time and there was no assistance. So I decided to turn nack and go back to gates A50-69 assport cobtrol where luckily there was no queue at all. I do not understand why i was turned away by staff the very first time I got to that passport control and why there was no assistance by airport staff. Not happy at all about that."

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

O voo com 3 horas de atraso sem justificação por parte de ninguem da TAP. Estivemos mais 30 minutos parados na pista à espera de autorização de descolagem. A TAP ofereceu um copo de água de 100ml servido por uma garrafa por uma comissária muito preocupada que a garrafa de água não chegava e tinha de ir abrir outra, uma vergonha. Depois mal o avião descola é um ataque para venderem comida. O bilhete é o mais caro comparado com outras companhias com um serviço medíocre.

I always try to book on TAP. Every single flight I’ve had with them has always been flawless. They’re more expensive than the pure budget airlines, but not much. That extra little bit I pay is worth it 100x.

Atraso significativo, mais de uma hora. Não é servida qualquer refeição a bordo, apenas oferecem uma miniatura de chocolate.
Excelente companhia. Houve atraso e turbulência no início do voo por conta da chuva forte em BH, mas não era culpa deles :) Ótima comida e entretenimento de bordo.
Não gostei muito do tratamento recebido pela tripulação. Os achei sem paciência, pouco atenciosos… esperava muito mais. Exemplo: chamei para pedir uma água e não vi que tinha outra garrafinha ali ao meu lado. O rapaz me mostrou, sem paciência e foi logo saindo, sem perguntar se ainda assim eu gostaria que ele trouxesse mais (poderia ser o caso). Depois chamei novamente para pedir snacks e a moça logo me interrompeu dizendo que já iam servir a comida e se retirou… sem perguntar de ainda assim eu queria que trouxessem o snack. Deveria ficar a meu critério, não? Todas as vezes que uma das tripulantes passava ela embarrava no meu cobertor e poltrona, me acordando (sendo que havia espaço suficiente). E o que mais me incomodou: todas as vezes que passavam por mim, mexiam na televisão e colocavam na posição padrão, tirando da posição que eu estava assistindo. Sem pe perguntar antes e não era nem decolagem nem pouso, mas no meio do vôo.

Contras: "TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever."

The crew was efficient and welcoming. Boarding was a bit messy, some delay in the cleaning, it seems. All the rest was accordingly the flight tipology.

Contras: "The last minute gate change where I imagine may be necessary, there were no announcements or follow up info, save the alert I received from the kayak.com app on my phone. This could've presented a big problem had my mobile not been charged."
Contras: "Once again,1,5 hours delayed !!! Not the first time !!! Not the first time. It's not funny with a5 month ago kid!"

Boarding was easy and fast . Flight crew was courteous and professional
The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.

Prós: "The crew reacted good to the change of plane"
Contras: "Needed to replace plane because of technical problem, that should have detected earlier. The business seats are standard seats. No water through the flights. Very bad experience"
Contras: "Departure was slightly late (passengers still exiting the plane when gate was called)"
Prós: "On board service and entertainment. The plane itself was clean and comfortable."
Contras: "The check in process was slow and inefficient. One of our bags was routed on another flight (we’re still waiting for it). Ridiculous amount charged for chech in luggage for an international flight!"

Contras: "the only thing i dislike about etihad airlines is they didn’t provide me accommodation for 19 hours long stay over ..! even i met one of the lay incharge of etihad she told me that it’s your problem you have to look out for ...she didn’t help me at all"

Contras: "I am handicap, I travel with a scooter. We let them know months in advance and still they did not plan or assist. My scooter was not brought up in Brussels or DC, I refused to leave the plane in DC until they finally brought it to plane. They sat me in row 38...I can only walk a few feet so the airline failed in every aspect...epuc fail. I will never fly Brussels airlines again."
Contras: "Missed my connecting flight from Toronto to Houston. No reason given for late arrival. Yes, they gave me another flight...six hours later! Will be asking for compensation. At least for spending money on airport food. After arriving in Houston, i had already planned on renting a vehicle to my final destination. Because of first delay, i had to drive in the middle of the night and finally arrive at finat destination at 4 am on Oct 5. Im going to bed now."
Prós: "Edficient boarding and pleasant onboard service"

Prós: "The boarding area was spacious and clearly labeled; the plane seats were comfortable, and the flight crew was pleasant."
Contras: "1. The boarding process was chaotic - it was not clear where a line was to form or if there was an ordered process for boarding. 2. As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."
Prós: "Food was good. That is pretty much it. Well, Brussels airport shopping and food was good too."
Contras: "I travel a lot, and I've used many airlines before. This was my first and last time I use Brussels airlines. The cabin crew is not friendly. The entertainment was poor. The checking process was horrible (the airport is not properly designed, managed, poor information systems) I will gladly go through the mad house in Heathrow, or long walks at Schiphol, but not interested in Brussels."

Thank God éthiopien Airline was more affordable."

Contras: "Que o vôo demorou e perdi meu trem para ir desde Nice Saint Augustin até Nice Ville. Outra coisa que detestei, não sei culpa de quem foi...Se da aerolinha ou do aeroporto, foi a mudança de Gate umas 3x. Isso foi uma piada."
Prós: "The crew members were kind and friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful."
Contras: "The entertainment screen was about 6 inches wide and there were only four movies to choose from (one that was older than the hills). The screen wasn't clear. Hard to believe that there was such poor technology for a flight from the U.S. to Europe. Also, there were no ports to charge phones or tablets which made it near impossible to watch entertainment on a phone or tablet due to low battery levels. The wi-fi was not strong. I typically like food on an airplane, but this food was not something to be enjoyed. I hope to not fly Brussels Airlines/United again. I'll stick with British Airways and American."
Contras: "I Think is important a little meal or something about ...all its bussines...it's a Fly that not diferent... Brussels Airlines can be a experience....Not JUST a service like all Airlines....marketing its off in this point!"

Contras: "The flight left 30 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. In addition, when we landed, they weren't prepared for us. We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."

Contras: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."
Prós: "The team was nice, the flight took off on time and arrived a few minutes early"
Contras: "Even though I'm a star Alliance frequent traveler status holder, and the status grants an extra bag on economy class I was forced to pay for my first checked in bag. Furthermore, since I assumed I'll be getting my checked in luggage for free (as it states on the miles and more website) I didn't pay for it in advance a fee of 35$, meaning they made me pay 65$ in the airport."
Contras: "The on flight entertainment and the very few meals. (In the second flight, there was not even offered coffee!)"
Prós: "The space between the seats was good"
Contras: "No entertainment at al, no charger for the phone, nothing to drink unless payed! Not even water!! They were 1,5 h late"
