Contras: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Contras: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Prós: "We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"
Contras: "Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."

The passengers have no regard for safety or rules."

When I showed up at the counter to check in luggage, not inly I was not checked in for the flight but also I had to pay a counter fare for not including the lugagge in the check in on line... . Although very polite, airport personel could not help ne with the provlem created by the airline. No explanation so far to the reason I was not able to check in on line and save 30 Euros... Next time I am flying Iberia. Same price, better service."

Prós: "Acho ridículo não nos oferecerem nem 1 chiclete na viagem"

Prós: "Four hours of delay."

Prós: "The seats are small, but comfortable enough!"

Contras: "Escolhi a easy jet porque considerava que se diferenciava das outras low-cost. A péssima experiência de autêntica caça à bagagem extra por um funcionário dedicado exclusivamente a essa função na fila de embarque provou-me que afinal estava enganado. Deixou de ter a minha preferência."

Contras: "Our flight was cancelled. The level crew was completely unprepared for this. They boarded us on the plane , made us sit for hours , then marched us around the terminal trying to figure out what to do. This is airline the WORST. I want my money back !"

Contras: "More legroom than expected. Large fees for checked bags in my opinion."

Contras: "Assento desconfortavel para dormir."

Contras: "They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this."

Prós: "Absolutely nothing."
Contras: "Our flight was 3 hours delayed, we had to throw away our backpacks because the the crew said we could not bring them on. They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic."

Prós: "Emergency seats with space to stretch the legs."
Contras: "Only one hand luggage"

Prós: "The short flight?"
Contras: "Seriously now, the line, the attitude, the delays, the lack of information, is not "low cost". I fly some low cost companies but easyJet needs to improve. I was stranded once in London and the company never did a thing to help. Sadly, it's not worth it considering how one gets stranded with no real recourses. Try to get a refund from the company and you know what I'm talking about. Now Norwegian Express, that's another good story."

Prós: "Great staff, easy luggage boarding"
Contras: "No free water on board. The mess getting to the plane and no one hour boarding info. Just board now."

Contras: "No free food"

Prós: "Nothing"
Contras: "Late, no service, charged for carry on bags"

Prós: "Normal."
Contras: "Devter um atraso superior a 1:30"

Contras: "Forced to throw our only bags into the hold and wait at the carousel for an hour afterward."

Contras: "I didnt fly bacuse when i book not show me i mist book set In air port dont give my any seat"

Prós: "Waiting area."
Contras: "Heat in airport. Late departure. No enyeryainmeny. Charged even for soda and water. Crew were unfriendly. Overall. Could be worse."

Contras: "Really hard to land past 10pm with 2 young children. Over 3 hours delayed."

Contras: "We had to cancel the trip because my father has recently passed away. We have spent $200+ in phone calls waiting to speak to an agent and to call back for follow up. The agent service is terrible and it’s not fair that we have to call long distance to cancel due to bereavement. I did not think it would be so hard. It’s been very frustrating. We have travel insurance through you and all the paperwork is in French that was emailed to me. The issue is still unresolved and I’m very disappointed."

Prós: "I loved being stuck on the plane for 1 hour with no AC whatsoever and being told that there was drama he to the front hold of the plane. Oh! That’s sounds great!"
Contras: "Rude. HOT . It did smell good. they gave me a hard issue with my luggage and I plan to complain and also request compsensation for such a HORRIBLE experience. Honestly it was not good at all!"

Prós: "Ckean seats"
Contras: "See above. I will not fly easy jet again."

Contras: "Did not like the 60 EUR charge if you have a carryon and a personal item. Seems like both could fit fine. This is a putative charge compared to the the flight cost. Prefer they allow both and just charge a higher fee per person for the trip or make the extra charge extremely clear when booking. That said because Portugal was playing in the World Cup the attendant let us go without a charge that day."

Prós: "Staff was friendly"
Contras: "They need to do a much better job of communicating that baggage is double the day of. We paid almost $100 euros to check our bags 2 hours before the flight."

Contras: "Cancelled flight"

Prós: "The plane departed and arrived on time. The onborad crew was fine as well."
Contras: "The ground staff of easyJet were horrible. During boarding, my girlfriend was instructed to fit a carry-on on the "bag size check thing" and it didn't fit (barely). We we're forced to open the bag and put some of the clothes on to make it fit (the most unnecessary thing, since we're carrying the same weight and volume on the plane anyway). If this was not bad enough, after that, we had to check in the luggage anyway because there was no space in the cabin (making the whole process of removing stuff from the luggage even more irrelevant since volume is no longer an issue). EasyJet goes out of their way to inconvenience its costumers so we are forced to pay more to not be harassed by the staff and their random policies. The flight itself: no leg room and no entertainment."

Contras: "Aterrou com 1 hora de atrasado, excesso de bagagens de cabine, uma comissária de bordo mal educada."

Prós: "Staff was friendly and happy."
Contras: "Seats are not the most comfortable."

Prós: "It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service."

Prós: "I got me there and back"

Contras: "Was told I needed to check my bag when there was plenty of overhead space once we boarded the plane. The entire zone system seems to be fake, as they boarded zone 1 and then went to all zones, skipping 2 & 3."

Contras: "they don't provide even water for the passengers"

Contras: "The flight was an hour late with no announcements made in the terminal"

Prós: "Inexpensive"
Contras: "We had to spend €50 to check a bag that we can carry on to other flights due to weight restriction. There was terrible communication about a gate change. The flight was late and no one seemed to care or acknowledge that. The seats were very uncomfortable."

Prós: "Quick flight"
Contras: "Had to exist and renter via departure and go through security again because there was no direct transfer, it was horrible having to go through security again."

Prós: "Quick, cheap, and convenient"
Contras: "Like riding a park bench through the sky"

Prós: "Empty plane so I could switch to exit row. The other rows do not have enough room for someone 186cm tall"

Prós: "It was a very efficient flight. On time"
Contras: "It was raining when we boarded the plane and some people were stuck outside for a little bit."

Contras: "Entertainment options."

Contras: "For the price it's OK, its a low budget airline."

Contras: "A bit late getting underway but flight crew courteous, plane clean, deboarding efficient. Overall, reasonably comfortable efficient budget airline"

Contras: "Na escala no aeroporto de Oslo tivemos de sair porque as máquinas para check in automático só permitem fazer o check in de algumas companhias."

Prós: "Straight check in and boarding process. Even the flight was delayed we arrived on time"

Contras: "I have not gotten my baggage for my flight I have been here 3 days after I landed"

Prós: "You need to add an N/A option, we didn't eat anything"

Prós: "Smooth, simple, organized No good, no entertainment, of course Had only hand luggage, no problems"

Prós: "Clean, nice crew"
Contras: "More than 1 hour delay"

Prós: "This was the first time I travel with Vueling and the crew was so nice! and the plane so clean! Loved it. Much better than LATAM for example that was my next flight."
Contras: "My bag took to long to get out I got a little scared it didn’t get to Barcelona, but everything was ok at the end so as an overall everything was perfect!"

Prós: "Nothing."
Contras: "Flight was delayed by about five hours. Had to do a mad dash to city airport from Luton just to stand a chance of making my meeting. I will never be using Vueling again."

Prós: "Boarded from front and back of plane"
Contras: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"

Prós: "La compagnie a tenté de prévenir régulièrement du retard, par sms et mail."
Contras: "Retard de plusieurs heures, un voucher de 6€ censé permettre de « dîner » à l’aéroport... rien à boire ni manger une fois dans l’avion, et pas de compensation une fois arrivé à Paris CDG où nous en avons eu pour 45€ de Uber pour rentrer puisqu’il n’y avait plus de RER..."

Contras: "One hour delay. Very long wait for luggage. Our outsize luggage was just dumped in a corner without anyone informing us."

Prós: "Furious, Vueling is always late!!!"
Contras: "Always late,, they don't care!!"

Prós: "Great flight once I was in the air. Didn’t like the drama getting to my plane!"

Prós: "Great cabin crew"
Contras: "We were left waiting without any information regarding he delay, how long it’d be, nothing!"

Prós: "Quick flight"
Contras: "Everything else! Where am I supposed to put my legs?"

Contras: "My luggage was taken from me and put in inside of the plane. Your staff told me that I can collect it in Rome coming out of the plane. Instead I had to go outside and collect it despite I had connecting flight which I've missed because of this!!!"

Prós: "I like very much weather of Barcelona which is ideal for me.people of spain very cooperative with excellent attitude."

Prós: "I didn’t have the issues checking in that many have mentioned. I did have pay 140€ to check my bags because it wasn’t included in my fare. My advice is prepay for baggage, it’s much cheaper."

Contras: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."

Prós: "Flight arrived back in Manchester 20mins early - bonus"
Contras: "not much choice for food"

Contras: "You take money from my card and you send me confirmation when I go to the counter they said that I don't have any reservation I will complain about that you are the bad company ever"

Prós: "We got to our destination smoothly and a few mins early."
Contras: "The seats and space on the plane were extremely small, there was no space to breath or sit. The seats did not recline back. There were no complementary drinks. The shuttle to the flight had way too many people. We had to print our boarding passes before checking in or we would be charged 15 Euros."
