As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

I paid nearly $4,500 for an economy ticket from New York to New Delhi. The first leg of the flight, from New York to Zurich was delayed long enough that I made my connecting flight to Delhi within seconds of them closing the gate and as a result my baggage was lost. Once I got to Delhi I had to take a connecting flight to Goa and then drive an hour to my destination, where I was attending a good friend's wedding. All of my baggage was lost during transit by the airline, and unfortunately they never delivered by baggage to my hotel...so I was without formal clothes and normal clothes for the wedding for 4 days. The customer service line was no help, and the airline refused to deliver the baggage to me...the closest they would bring it was the Goa airport which was an hour and a half away."

This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

I flew business class. But nothing compare to business class. Lounge closed in Vienna. Not exist at all in Tel Aviv. Priority boarding not exist in Tel Aviv despite available business counter. Nobody in front of me was checked in to Business or with Senator status. No welcome drinks. All overall awful experience.

NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

Some movies were only trailers. The food quality was not good. One of flight attendants was a little rude (in Teh-Fra flight). The flight was really smooth. It was on time
We didn’t get to go directly to Munich because our first flight was operated by Air Canada and arrived late. We were rebooked through London. Lufthansa was unsympathetic and not helpful. Since I paid for the tickets that Lufthansa sold us we had a contract and Lufthansa did not hold up their part.
The Eurowings (Lufthansa) crew was very professional and accommodating. From checkin to luggage delivery the interactions were welcoming and respectful. The plane was impeccable. We were delayed leaving Tampa and in serious jeopardy of missing our connection to Barcelona. However, we were very relieved that our connection was “waiting “ even though we arrived at the gate at departure time.

O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Lufthansa‘s Crew was exceptionally polite, helpful, quietly serving food and performing tasks placed on them. I appreciate their professional attitude . I loved getting a pillow and a blanket, which had at other airlines been a problem. Food was served quickly, as well as drinks. Thank you for all the work you do!

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.
The flight that you gave us, JQ7 from Melbourne did not exist. Therefore we had to stay in Melbourne for another 24 hours and find another new route and flights to return to Heathrow. All a strain and stress. Your service to us for the return journey useless. So far, I have not found that you have corrected any of your failings and therefore it could also happen again to others tomorrow, next week, or next month. The return journey was a total disaster.

I was booked in economy and was upgraded to business class by bidding for the upgrade. The business class experience was excellent. The seat was very spacious and comfortable. The meal service was provided by trolley service so each course was chosen at your seat so you could view each selection. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The only negative thing was the entertainment selection. There were few movies to choose from in comparison to other airlines I have flown.
The seats were very comfortable and there was a really nice amount of legroom in the basic seats. It was, also, easy to upgrade seating on the website. I would fly SAS anywhere.

Contras: "That we had to pay for checked bagage on the return flight (Copenhagen to Newark) was an unpleasant and expensive surprise. In the 25+ years I have flown trans Atlantic with SAS, this is the first time that I’ve had to pay for luggage. No pre-warning .... :-(."

Hambur airport was like a greenhouse. and all passengers there were like roasted turkeys inside a giant hot oven! Worst airport experience ever!"

Contras: "My husband was unable to check in on line. SAS when contacted by phone which was difficult to do because it is hard to locate their number had no explanation other than maybe due to security. We missed a tour due to the time spent (unsuccessfully) trying to solve this problem."
Prós: "We traveled with our 11 month old and the crew was super helpful. It was an 8.5hr flight, we got a middle seat to give him space to play and the staff had a lot of fun engaging with him. They even gave him a couple of toys to play with. Food was just ok, but better than most airline meals I've had. We flew Premium Economy which was a comfortable experience as well."
Contras: "Checking in took too long, but that's more due to the new US-bound flight restrictions and process that's supporting that."

Contras: "Checkin was a disaster, girl was not aware of anything she was doing and after over ten minutes of explainatiin she still put me and my bags on a wrong flight. Lady at the boarding gate tried to help and finally managed to send me and my bag in the same flight. Even bigger disappointment was that I booked a business class seat and paid three times more money then a normal economy ticket, there wasn't any business class seat and all seats were occupied in the front rows. Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Contras: "I was charged 500 DKK (about $80) to check a single suitcase. I was assuming an allowance of one bag on an international flight - I guess I should have read the fine print. What was most annoying though is the fact that the bag didn't even make it to destination (on a direct flight, this is hard to accept)."

Contras: "8 years ago on similar flight from Lax to got, we had to retrieve checked bags in Sto, and then go through security. It was not clear at all on this trip if it was the same. SK agent at lax seemed unsure, Arlanda customer service agents at baggage in Arlanda also seemed unsure. We then learned from another airport worker at baggage they would go all the way through. It is very important to know since turn around time is very short, and I almost missed flight 8 years ago, and bags did miss it last time. Tks"
