I found it a little upsetting that I had a backpack and carry-on luggage and was unable to place the carry-on luggage in the overhead bin because it was full. Therefore, I had to place the carry-on luggae underneath my seat which left me virtually no space, and the gentleman sitting next to me was kind enough to place my backpack under his seat. We also departed 30 minutes late. However, the crew did apologize for the flight delay.

Voo com atraso, Equipe atenciosa. Entretenimento não se aplica. Tivemos problema com a liberação da bagagem, ficamos mais de uma hora na esteira à espera da bagagem sem nenhuma informação. O problema foi com a bagagem de todos os passageiros. Depois de uma hora e trinta quando formou-se uma enorme fila para reclamar as malas a bagagem foi lebrada. Até então nenhuma informação. Muitos passageiros habitantes de Munique foram embora e suas bagagens estavam na esteira.

Lufthansa‘s Crew was exceptionally polite, helpful, quietly serving food and performing tasks placed on them. I appreciate their professional attitude . I loved getting a pillow and a blanket, which had at other airlines been a problem. Food was served quickly, as well as drinks. Thank you for all the work you do!

Desconforto total com cadeiras minúsculas, espaço para as pernas cada vez menores, não emprestam mais travesseiros! Impossível ser um vôo de 11 horas nestas cadeiras,! Há que repensar para melhorar em muito o conforto de passageiros nas viagens com longos trechos. Cheguei com uma enorme crise de coluna!

As minhas malas novinhas chegaram simplesmente destruídas. Impossível utilizar novamente. Amassadas absurdamente, quebradas…

O assento 6A estava um pouco sujo e a comida deixou a desejar (opção faltando, muito peixe/frutos do mar)

Very slow boarding and a huge arrival delay resulted in many missed connecting flights. Luckily we were not one of those. Barely made it to our transfer.

The flight was delayed at least one hour. The bathroom inside the aircraft was really dirty. On the other hand the cabin crew was really nice.

Tenho necessidades especiais de alimentação (doença celíaca) e fiquei com pouca opção para o lanche a bordo no trajeto Amsterdão/Lisboa.

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

A empresa perdeu minha bagagem no aeroporto de Madri e levou mais de 2 horas para encontrar e me devolver. Perdi o transfer que havia contratado e um tempo do de descanso, além do estresse de não saber se conseguiria minha bagagem de volta.

The flight itself ws fine. My issue is with the fact that it was virtually impossible to make the connecting flight the Iberia listed as an option and that I booked. The Madrid airport is so big that you need quite a bit of time to get from one flight to the next. My husband and I missed our connecting flights so had to wait 3-4 hours to get on the flight Iberia re-booked us on.

Já fiz uma avaliação e ao enviar pediram pra fazer de novo. Lá vai. Vou copiar dessa vez. No voo de Mahakesh pra São Paulo a tribulação e especialmente o 👩‍✈️ piloto foi muito boa e educada . Mas na de São Paulo para Mahakesh pareciam mulheres todas com tpm, muito grosseiras. De Mahakesh pra São Paulo a minha tela não funcionava pra nada. Nem para instruções da tripulação, nem para filme. Não foi legal. Me incomodou tbm a mesquinhez na hora de servir sucos e cafés - só um pouquinho em cada xícara. Não é por seguranças porque dava para observar como serviam na Business Class. Parecia uma coisa muito relacionava . Nunca passei tanta sede em avião . Enfim, foi a passagem mais barata que encontrei, mas na dúvida se o aborrecimento compensou .

Minha tela de vídeo não funcionava nem pra as instruções da tribulação , imagine para filmes. Me incomoda muito a mesquinhez na hora de servir - sucos e café são servidos só a metade da xícara. Ficam mal humorados se pedimos água junto com a bebida escolhida Essa tripulação específica de Mahakesh pra São Paulo foi muito gentil, muito boa . A tripulação de São Paulo para Mahakesh foi um horror. Pareciam todas com TPM. Foi a passagem mais barata, mas me deu arrependimento de ter ido por essa companhia .

O voo foi atrasado por 2 vezes, uma vez por motivos técnicos do avião e a segunda por atrasos na chegada da equipe de bordo

Loved the CRJ1000. Quiet and quite confortable.

This was not an Iberia Flight, this was a LEVEL flight (even if you, Kayak, sold it to me as Iberia). The ground hostess was disgraceful, and only because of her nasty behavior towards me and my family, I am planning not to fly LEVEL ever again. I am not sure I will fly through Kayak either. Because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was buying a flight with luggge included, but I wasn’t. I had to pay 550 euros extra in luggage. Are you, Kayak, going to return this money to me? That would be elegant. And also because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was flying Iberia, but I was not, it was Level. It turns out Iberia does take cats on board, but level does not. So once I was at the airport ready to fly with my cat, I was told cats cannot fly level. Overall, a sad and aweful experience.

I’ve never had a problem with my backpack before, and it fits well within the size restrictions and easily fits in the overhead.. then they were unable to transfer my bag that I payed 40 euro to check, to my connecting flight. Therefore I had to wait two days to receive my luggage at my final destination in Rome.. Overall a really mediocre and frustrating experience."

Ao tentar substituir a refeição, as pessoas da Iberia não te atendem prontamente e quando isso ocorre, informam que a outra opção não tem mais. Um prêmio para a Iberia de como tratar mal seus passageiros, não respeitando inclusive a saúde dos mesmos, servindo uma comida pouco saudável. Ao pedir um vinho branco, as pessoas da Iberia, informam que não tem. Depois você verifica que tem, ou seja, a pessoa da Iberia não falou da verdade. Resumindo, uma total falta de respeito. A pior alimentação servida em toda minha vida. Além da péssima educação da tripulação da Iberia. Eles estão treinados apenas para fazer o serviço operacional, quando surge algum problema, é uma grande decepção."

At the Iberia counter we were put on the next flight out to mallorca, that seemed to be no problem (FYI bags will be late and you may too since iBeria ‘must’ keep thee on time global record) , other than our bags came a day later. UPON arriving 20 days later for our return trip they said our return trip was cancelled because of a ‘no show’ on our original inbound trip. They said they had no proof we were on the next flight and asked for our Receipts to prove it. Said we had to buy new tickets, after 2 hrs, crying, yelling and most of Iberia telling us there was nothing they could do (told us to call BA since they were the co share for them) we finally got a high enough supervisor and they put us on the return flights. I’m sure we would have had to buy new tix if the flights were full. Have been overseas many times and this never happened. Will not use a 3rd party online ticket agency again- will go direct to airline, and not Iberia."

We loaded the flight. Then sat there for over 2 hours. Finally told mechanical problem and plane was unfit to fly. Off loaded into a crammed bus again. Herded to a different gate. Waited for over 3 hours for rebooking. No organization in crowd control. First they said premium passengers first. Didn't happen. Informed that our luggage was on number 9 in baggage. Got there. No luggage. Finally found out that it was retagged for your next day flight. So no clothes or cosmetics for over night in hotel. Had to pay our own taxi to hotel. Ofcourse taxi line very long after being on our feet for hours. I will never again fly TAP.

Espera de 1h para embarcar inaceitável. Sendo que, já dentro do avião ainda esperamos quase meia hora para arrancar.

Talvez se mudassem a ementa de tempo a tempo, as refeições são pasta e frango que são intragáveis, as sobremesas são vomito de alguma coisa, e os lanches finais são horríveis, mais valia que dessem um pastel de nata e um café no final para adoçar a boca aos clientes!

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.

A atenção dos comissários e a comida

They cancelled our tickets after missing the Porto to Lisbon leg. We had car troubles and called emailed and messaged. We were boarding after customs, Covid testing and baggage. We spent 6 hours at the airport just to have to buy full fare replacement tickets.

O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.

Hablaron de la posibilidad de reembolso de dinero y lo que reembolsaron fueron solo 41 dólares de los 147 que costaron los dos tiquetes. Un robo total.

Avião avariado... Atraso de 2h

Ckin and bording were great! Top team in Porto.

Prós: "The seats are comfortable.nice leg room."
Contras: "Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better."
Contras: "Easy checkin, friendly staff, nice quick flight"
Prós: "The crew was super nice. Everything went smoothly."
Contras: "My gluten free meal had a carrot cake... the first ingredient was Wheat! If you have any type of allergy do not trust their food!"
Prós: "Yes"
Prós: "Nice crew."
Contras: "We were waiting for a long time in the bus from the airport to the aircraft. Once we got to the plane, we were waiting inside the bus again."
Contras: "No entertainment. Flight was an hour late due to mechanical problems. They could have kept us better informed."
Contras: "My wife and I paid for a better seat, (online) but when we boarded they told us that was impossible. They kept our money !!!"

Contras: "They turned the air conditioner to a higher temp to accommodate a few complaints and the rest of us suffered. First and cabin crew had it at a refreshing temp . For the last 20 minutes of the flight they turned it down again. To late"
Prós: "The crew was good. The plane was clean. The snacks provided were good."
Contras: "The flight was delayed so that could improve. There were no entertainment options. It was a short flight but at least they should have a audio channel or something."
Contras: "sonho com um dia crianças menores de 4 ter local separado para viajar. Neste voo, mais uma vez, sempre tinha uma criança chorando. 80% do voo chorando. Um tremendo desrespeito com outros viajantes."
Prós: "Da comida."
Contras: "O cumprimento do horário."
Prós: "Nada de extraordinário para elogiar."
Contras: "O voo partiu com mais de 1 hora e meia de atraso e o serviço de bordo poderia ser melhor. Tive fome durante o voo. E os comissários de bordo poderiam ser mais gentis."

Contras: "O atendimento é bastante impessoal, e eu, como sou muito tímido, tenho receio de pedir um copo de água e ser negado. A utilização dos banheiros após as primeiras quatro horas de voo fica impossível"

Prós: "Would appreciate a voucher for how bad the Flight was. Seriously UAL is using a plane last built in 2004? UAL only cares about taking people’s money not a wonderful flying experience!!!"

Espaço para a mala de cabine

A pontualidade podia ter corrido melhor.

Business class was regular seat with nobody sitting next to you. Wouldn’t book business for such a flight. No entertainment.

Service was good.

Contras: "Super"
Prós: "the only thing that stands out was the agent who checked me in at Entebbe. She was pleasant and helpful. Most things were ok, but not special."
Contras: "Because I require oxygen onboard, I was not allowed to check in on line. consequently, my wife and I got middle seats that were very tight. At least one of them was an aisle."
Prós: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Contras: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."
Prós: "One of the crew member who served our food seemed in a rush and just dropped our food on our trays :( There was a lack of communication at the counter for travelers like us who was making this connecting flight. We were there four two hours and nobody bother to tell us we needed to check-in again."
Contras: "Better communication for people making a connection. Not to wait until you are showing your boarding pass and then telling us we needed to check-in again,"
Contras: "Would have been nice if you didn't have to pay for the soft drink."
Contras: "600€ for tiny space in the plane!!"
Contras: "Reject luggage when it fits is aggravating unacceptable Refuse to get cup of coffee when trapped by sleeping passenger Reject cuz luggage 1 lb over when they sent the other luggage on I could have tfr’d l lb to. Check in totally unhelpful 3 security checks by you is hassle and people rude .. tr"
Prós: "Short and timely. Flight attendant was great with kids."
Prós: "More space that on competitors."
Contras: "The crew was not particularly pleasant to deal with. Also, the seat kept reclining itself without me ever pressing the button. Had to constantly adjust it."

Prós: "There's nothing much to like. You're lucky if you have a nice crew which was the case. It's extremely expensive for a low-cost airline who pretends to be a full service airlines because they have a "business class" cabin. Seats are ok. Same as LH or LX"
Contras: "Be like Swiss or Lufthansa. Charge less and give free water and snacks"
Prós: "The crew was amazing. Brand new airplane and service was excellent. Bathrooms were kept clean."
Prós: "On our longer flight, we were thrilled- nice crew, delicious food, spacious, great pilot, and enjoyable entertainment experience. However, on our shorter flight from Brussels to telaviv, not only was the crew completely inattentive, but they were intentive to some very disturbing things including children who were pulling the hair of other customers and jumping up-and-down in the aisles of the airplane. There was no available entertainment whatsoever. In addition the food was extremely expensive and not particularly tasty. The plane was uncomfortable and smelled atrocious. These 2 vastly different experiences almost made me feel like I was taking 2 different airlines. Please keep consistency."
Contras: "I didn't like the inconsistency of the 2 different planes that I was on. If you are going to have entertainment you should have some form of it on all of your airplanes. The idea that food that you need to buy is so expensive is absurd. I was really blown away by how badly the plane smelled. It was almost as if I was in a bathroom. And on top of that I really felt very unsafe with children jumping up-and-down kicking people pulling their hair etc. While it isn't the job of the flight attendants to be parents, they certainly need to be aware of safety concerns for the rest of the passengers."
Prós: "I was not at all pleased with the overall experience. Most of the staff was very nice though. The flight staff was nice, the airport staff was not."
Contras: "Flight was delayed without notice. They waited until after we were lined up to board to put this up on the board, leaving us standing around for an hour. They never announced it on the overhead. The boarding process took an obscene amount of time which seems to have been attributed to having one worker confirm passports after we had already been checked at the desk. He moved very slowly. Actual flight was quick and easy. No food or entertainment as it was only an hour."
Prós: "We were delayed boarding slightly, delayed sat on a steaming gate shuttle then sat on the tarmac for a couple of hours while storms passed. But the crew gave regular updates, provided food and water, allowed us to walk about. It was as plesent as such a situation could be."
Prós: "clean plane and nice crew"
Contras: "plane was an hour late, there was no lounge access and no where to sit my pregnant wife in the departure hall"
Prós: "We did not die."
Contras: "Packed in like sardines. Flight attendant would not take the half full cup of coffee from me about 30 minutes before landing so I had to deal with not spilling it during deplaning. Connecting flight was 1hr and 40 min and they refused to give us water! Got to Budapest to find that the ticket Agent had routed three of our 4 bags to Budapest and one to Prague! How much worse could it possibly get!"
Prós: "The crew was kind and respectful. The flight was on time and the food was OK."
Contras: "Nothing to complain about on this flight."

Contras: "I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen."
Prós: "The safety instructions movie was entertaining the first time. The crew was friendly overall."
Contras: "Both my luggage items were lost on the way there and one on the way back. No free food or drink although the flight price is not that low."

Contras: "The service and constant mistakes on rebooking a cancelled flight that ended in more than 6 hours delays and luggage lost"

Contras: "Sardine tin bus transfers from hell."
Contras: "Paid extra to secure aisle seat booking, reconfirmed byne two days before flight, at check-in was reassigned to a middle seat, without explanatiob or apology. Had to be uncomfortably adamant about paid aisle seat reservation for them to put me in one of the several still available."
Prós: "The crew were very nice."
Contras: "It was a small plane with only 1 bathroom which was not available for the flight due to long lines. There was no food or even a drink of water without payment. there was no in flight entertainment."
Contras: "The transatlantic flight from JFK took off about an hour late and we missed the connecting flight. This was very disappointing since half of the people on our flight were gong to Munich and I would have expected the airline to hold the plane for an extra 15 - 20 minutes so we could have made the flight. Instead, an almost empty plane must have taken off on time and we are only able to fly to Munch 5 hours later. Unacceptable from Brussel Airlines / Lufthansa. They should not sell this connection as a flight to Munich or should have held the plane."
Prós: "The pilot was good and made a smooth landing. The seat was comfortable enough because I had a pillow."
Contras: "My checked luggage got lost on a direct flight. That is unacceptable."
Prós: "Que sendo uma AEROLINHAS low cost possa levar uma mala de23Kg. Isso foi excelente."
Contras: "Que o vôo demorou e perdi meu trem para ir desde Nice Saint Augustin até Nice Ville. Outra coisa que detestei, não sei culpa de quem foi...Se da aerolinha ou do aeroporto, foi a mudança de Gate umas 3x. Isso foi uma piada."
Contras: "Very dirty plane, limited space poor customer service. Took pictures of stained trays, seats. Very gross."
Prós: "No frills quick boarding and helpful attendants, great English. Don't spill drinks on you unlike certain airlines (looking at you Air France) Decent in-flight entertainment system and comfortable plane (well, as far as you can get in an economy) Basically everything related to the actual flight was great."
Contras: "The fish entree was oversalted, but maybe that's how they eat fish in Belgium. In general airplane food took a huge nosedive in the last 10 years, so I'm not surprised."
Prós: "They remembered my special meal requested."
Contras: "Not a very informative crew, service seemed rushed - I only got 2 small cups of choice of beverage offered on a 6.5 hour flight, which was disappointing as I was unable to purchase a bottle of water in the airport terminal prior to boarding as I was just there for a layover and did not have euros to buy one from the machine."

But that was it."

Prós: "The seats were great, we were seated in an exit row, so loads of legroom, we are tall so this is very important. Crew was very friendly and helpful."
Contras: "No fault of the airlines, but I was seated next to a very large family with little kids and a baby. I'm usually pretty tolerant, but the back of my seat was kicked for 8 hours and the kids kept running right in front of me causing me to constantly move my legs. Ugh. Food was ok, nothing special, it edible."
Prós: "On time Polite crew They gave an "express pass" for people with short connection"
Prós: "Good movies , decent food"
Contras: "Boarding took forever and cause a departure delayed of 1 hour."
Prós: "Pleasant crew,good ice cream"
Contras: "Meals are OK by repetitive if you have several long flights in one day."
Prós: "The seats in the plane were amazing. Maybe older but better than the new ones."
Contras: "No infotainment screen"
Prós: "Service"
Contras: "We paid extra for economy plus, but they completely messed up that part of the reservation. Multiple phone calls and run around at the airport. The "upgrade " is a nice one but the hassle was stressful and still not sure if I'll get the $ straightened. Front of plane warm, but back cold."
Contras: "Not allowing free seat selection when the ticket is purchased."
