Durante o check in / embarque utilizou uma politica de despacho de bagagens no Brasil e outra na Argentina, onde me efetuou cobranças de bagagens extra sem prévio aviso, além de ter se complicado com os documentos pessoais de minha esposa para o check in.
No início do voo o comissário passou as informações em vários idiomas, inclusive Português e depois não mais e poderia, pois havia muitas pessoas que não entendem outro idioma a não ser o Português.
Já viajei em classe executiva de várias companhias aéreas e a da Suiss é a menos confortável. Colocaram um excesso de poltronas na executiva e as poltronas são muito estreitas com estofado um pouco fino, que da para sentir as base da poltrona ao deitar de lado. No restante tudo bem.
As poltronas da classe executiva deste voo (avião) são estreitas e as pernas ficam fechadas num casulo e ainda meio inclinadas. Já estive em várias outras e o conforto era melhor. Eu que tenho problemas de circulação sofri um pouco.

We fly to Zurich a lot because we have family there and we always take SWISS for a direct flight. They have old planes, the little TVs by the seats may or may not work and although the crew is nice and well trained, they cannot substitute for the discomfort of 10 hours flights in a crammed place. Neither of those were present on this flight. Calling this a business class is a rip off."

We entered the plane last.Our seats not were ready and we were forced to do it all alone.Rudeness and unprofessionalism of SWISS crew.The end of the vacation was spoiled. even with delay upon departure, the crew managed to get us on time to Lux, nice relaxing and generous service.. Classic good quality products. The opening time for the drop off was a bit late.. long queue of passengers waiting already before desk opened.

I wanted an earlier flight which had space and was told if would be £400 (for a one-way, one hour flight to Luxembourg from London. And that was only IF the almighty Reservations people decided to do it. LuxAir has completely disempowered it’s staff in the airports (the ones who have ALL of the customer contact). I’m going to fly BA from now on."

Contras: "Boarding took a LONG time, relative to other airlines. The gate agent had to enter each seat assignment into the computer as he checked our boarding passes -- he had no way to scan and automatically record each passenger's arrival. First class passengers universally arrived later than the rest of us -- with one gate agent, economy class passengers frequently stopped and waited until the agent verified the first-class passengers' phone-based boarding passes against their passports and entered their seats into the computer. The flight was rough. We spent 5-8 minutes taxiing from our tarmac "gate" to the air strip -- and it was a very rough, bumpy, uncomfortable ride. The landing was atrocious. The weather was apparently calm, and there were no apparent crosswinds; we landed hard, and both bounced and shook. The aircraft (Bombadier Q400), a turbo-prop, was roomy enough for us -- we're average-height people who aren't very big -- I saw taller people scraping the overhead (ceiling) when they stood in the passageway/aisle. I've ridden in much smoother turbo-props in the past. We had to wait an extra 5 minutes on the ground so that hand-carried luggage could be off-loaded before passengers. We had no "checked" hand-luggage, so it felt like a nonessential delay for us. We aren't terribly upset with Luxair, as this was a "local" commuter flight -- we won't be traveling on this aircraft again if we can help it."

The crew are usually pretty nice, and they do serve drinks and a sandwich"
Contras: "Ayant fait le check in online pour un vol GVA-LUX la veille, l'ordinateur m'avait attribué la place 4A. À lembarquement on mappelle pour me dire quon mavait attribué une autre place, la 18C. Je voyage toujours côté hublot, jamais couloir. lorsque je demandai pourquoi on m'avait changé de place la préposée me dit, sèchement , que l'avion devait être équilibré car tout me monde "était assis à l'avant. Insatisfaite de sa réponse, je lui dit que le systeme m'avait attribué cette place et que je ne voulais pas être à l'arrière de l'appareil . Peut lui importait puisque de toute façon elle me remit mon billet avec le 4A biffé et remplacé par 18C au stylo, en me disant que je pourrais changer de place apres le décollage. Or il sest trouve que ma place initiale, 4A avait simplement ete réatribuée a une autre passager! J'étais furieuse de m'être fait mentir de façon aussi effrontée, car de toute évidence la préposée à l'embarquement savait très bien la vraie raison de cette réaffectation a un nouveau siege. J'organise des concerts et jai souvent à acheter des billets pour des musiciens qui viennent au Luxembourg. Je n'ai franchement plus l'envie , après m'être fait prendre pour une idiote, de les faire voler sur luxair."

A comida e entretenimento não posso avaliar. Quanto à companhia aérea TAP, queria agradecer por ter resolvido o meu problema com o voo anterior tão depressa quanto possível o que permitiu eu conseguir embarcar no voo seguinte. A hora do voo tinha mudado e não consegui embarcar no voo inicial.

Bom espaço na aeronave e fácil embarque. Porém houve atraso no voo e demora na comunicação do número do gate (cheguei muito mais cedo do que o necessário no aeroporto). Zero entretenimento on the plane.
Poltronas pequenas e espaço entre poltronas bem reduzido.
Talvez se mudassem a ementa de tempo a tempo, as refeições são pasta e frango que são intragáveis, as sobremesas são vomito de alguma coisa, e os lanches finais são horríveis, mais valia que dessem um pastel de nata e um café no final para adoçar a boca aos clientes!

Embarque atrasou 40 minutos. Poderiam ter avisado, estávamos na Louge da TAP e ficamos na fila desde o horário previsto ( 22: 45) até 23:25. Gostamos do conforto, menu e atendimento da equipe. Vamos voltar a usar a executiva da TAP.
A atenção dos comissários e a comida
Atraso significativo, mais de uma hora. Não é servida qualquer refeição a bordo, apenas oferecem uma miniatura de chocolate.

Excelente companhia. Houve atraso e turbulência no início do voo por conta da chuva forte em BH, mas não era culpa deles :) Ótima comida e entretenimento de bordo.
considerei um absurdo que passageiros da classe executiva que pagam muito mais caro, serem tratados exatamente como os que compraram classe econômica, NÃO teve fila para classe executiva, nos colocaram no último assento do avião e mesmo pagando quase U$ 6 mil dólares o tratamento foi o mesmo de quem pagou U$ 400 dólares ... vou compartilhar com todas as minhas redes sociais ...
O que eu mais gostei foi do atendimento da equipe de bordo. Poderia melhorar a limpeza dos banheiros durante o voo.

O que podia ter corrido melhor: Estava super satisfeita com lugares que nos foram atribuídos aquando da compra dos bilhetes e chegados ao avião, Alteraram os nosso lugares.
O comandante foi sensacional, saudou os passageiros olhando para todos. Explicou o motivo do atraso. Foi extremamente simpático convidando crianças e depois "crianças grandes" a visitarem a cabine enquanto aguardávamos a liberação da decolagem! Sensacional!!!
Voo impecável. Houve uma senhora que se sentiu mal, com ataques de pânico. Podiam ter levado para uma área do avião mais confortável mas não sei se há. Um dos tripulantes nao a largou e cuidou dela e do bebé, foi super!

Tivemos um atraso de mais de uma hora. É inaceitável tendo em conta que era o voo inaugural da rota para Porto Santo.
Nos últimos tempo tenho viajado na companhia easyjet, tem sido uma ótima escolha para os meus destinos !

Contras: "Escolhi a easy jet porque considerava que se diferenciava das outras low-cost. A péssima experiência de autêntica caça à bagagem extra por um funcionário dedicado exclusivamente a essa função na fila de embarque provou-me que afinal estava enganado. Deixou de ter a minha preferência."
Contras: "More legroom than expected. Large fees for checked bags in my opinion."

Contras: "They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this."

Contras: "Our flight was 3 hours delayed, we had to throw away our backpacks because the the crew said we could not bring them on. They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic."

Não embarquei pois o vôo anterior atrasou, pra não ficar preso. Dublin preferi ficar no porto.
Não pude embarcar pois a tripulação disse-me que o vôo estava atrasado e que eles não poderiam me realocar em outro vôo, tive que comprar outra passagem e não tive direito nem sequer a reembolso.
Atrasado, equipe antes do embarque mal educada
É ridículo viajarem duas pessoas e cada uma ficar em lugares opostos na aeronave.
Sinceramente foi o pior serviço de todas as companhias aereas que jà viajei. Fico só por aqui senao tenho horrores para dizer
Boa tarde . Infelizmente aconteceu nos um incidente e enganamo -nos no aeroporto . Chegamos ao aeroporto as 20h , o nosso voo seria as 21:30 . Por meia hora de atraso não nos foi permitido fazer o check in nos balcões e tivemos que pagar 55 por pessoa . E de facto lamentável , não há necessidade de manterem trabalhadores vossos nos balcões se para além de pagarmos o voo ainda temos que pagar mais 55€ para nós fazerem o check in quando ainda falta 1h e 30h pra o nosso voo partir ! Uma companhia como a ryanair peca muito por este tipo de atitudes . Não volto a viajar com a ryanair .

Contras: "Desde a organização das informações para realização do Check-in até o atendimento durante o voo, a empresa deixa muito a desejar. Principalmente no quesito bagagem. Prestem muita atenção, pois eles não informam adequadamente sobre o despacho de bagagem, fazendo com que você desembolse valores absurdos no aeroporto."

Prós: "Chegamos ao aeroporto 2 horas e 15 minutos antes do vôo. Tentamos fazer o check-in mas ainda não estava aberto. Na hora que abriram, fomos para a fila. Na nossa vez disseram que teríamos que pagar para poder fazer o check in no aeroporto, um valor absurdo de quase 100 euros. Não disseram em nenhum momento isso por e-mail. Não fomos avisados. Ontem, recebi uma e-mail da Cia, apenas falando sobre o procedimento da bagagem e nada mais. Não vou arcar com esse prejuízo, porque eles não avisaram que o check in tinha que ser online obrigatoriamente ou teríamos que pagar."
Prós: "Price"
Contras: "Horrible experience. Queued on foot at gate for ages including 15 mins waiting on tarmac outside plane in blazing sun. Luggage took one and a half hours to appear after landing. Ridiculous baggage arrangements which seem to be designed to save Ryanair airport handling charges. You take your bag through security as hand baggage which means no liquids but then it’s put in the hold and you have to wait for it on arriving. As usual with Ryanair, maximum inconvenience to passengers."
Contras: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Contras: "The guy at the boarding did not know the procedures for a non EU passport and kept me waiting for so long because he had not sure if my visa was real. He did not even check my passport if I had a visa. I paid for priority and ended as a lat person in the queue. Then a woman came and checked my passport and saw the visa and could not see any problem with it. I want to know why did a pay for priority services if the person at the boarding does not even know anything. Is the company going to reimburse the company for the time waiting and bring the last one?"
Prós: "Segurança"
Contras: "1- A comida parece a Comida servida nos Anos 70, muito básica com sabor Indústrial típico da Aviação. Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
