Contras: Long lines ( about 40 min) to get into transfer zone at the airport. I guess this is not aircompanu fault, but airport.
Prós: The crew was great and the food was pretty good. The crew did a great job of keeping the lavatories clean and stocked. It was a 10.5 hr flight and they gave us one meal, a snack and a treat. Not a lot but since we were just sitting it was enough food. We had to stop for a meal on the way home from the airport.
Contras: The seats in the economy cabin are cramped together. If the person in front of your leans back you are almost trapped in your seat. There is little leg room and the cushioning is not enough for a long distance flight. There is no boarding control. People just line up and get on the plane in any order.
Contras: I was asked to check my carry-on. I have used this carry-on more than 50x without an issue. I have even put it in the smaller compartments on smaller Bombardier jets. I don't have an issue with being asked to check luggage, but I resent being asked when others are allowed to take their carry-on onto to the plane without issue. Right in front of me while I was waiting for a baggage tag, others were being checked in with carry-on equal to mine and allowed to take it onto the plane. I can only surmise that my ticket limited me to one bag onto the plane, although they would not tell me this. This was not clear when I booked the ticket nor when I checked in on-line. I had a 40 minute connection in Zurich so was very concerned that my luggage would not make it. Luckily, it did make it to my next stop. Swiss Air seems to have different restrictions than other airlines which I have encountered before. I take ownership that I should be aware of a tickets restrictions but this was a multi-leg trip (5). However, I will tend to avoid Swiss air in the future, to avoid having to research their unique restrictions.
Contras: I wanted to get some work done on my flight but I couldn't even open my laptop screen more than a few inches.
Prós: They have a policy of letting kids under 5 board early which was a boon to us! The veggie pasta was really delicious.
Contras: The delay to fly was the only issue

Contras: Plane was very cold. We had the last row of seats which meant the flight attendants were making a tremendous amount of noise behind us for the majority of the flight. Crew was not friendly at all. They were more interested in the other crew members than the guests.
Prós: smooth as silk flight, beautiful clean comfy airplane. Roomy seats. great entertainment system. Excellent friendly staff. Pretty darn good food. Excellent value.
Contras: having to come back from vacation!!
Prós: Service on the DFW-->FRA leg was phenomenal (ratio of attendants to fliers). Food was delicious and seats very comfortable.
Contras: Boarding process and organization could have been a bit better in communicating access and groups. Not super critical, but the goal in in process is to be as efficient as possible.
Prós: Loved the German touches like real silverware, good wine, and German movies with English subtitles! Also appreciated lots of liquids and never had to go searching for hydration.
Contras: Everything was great until we landed and I stood up in the aisle. A woman two rows behind opened the overhead compartment and pulled her huge backpack out, landing it right on my head! OUCH! I scolded her and she apologized, but, REALLY? Perhaps the crew needs to reiterate how dangerous this is to do! My head still hurts a little on top, almost a week later. Ugh.

Contras: There was 2 choices for food either pork or chicken But when I asked for chicken they told us no more chicken Then they took the pork from the tray and I had to eat the rest without the main course. Also all the seats were taken by the people who bought the tickets directly from JAL,but there was few seats left all in the middle for people who purchase tickets from travel agents.
Prós: Entertainment was good
Contras: PA system was used excessively.

Contras: The staff at the check in at the front desk were not helpful. Some personnel do not even have the training how to handle the passengers who have already checked in and have the boarding pass with them and even not polite.
Prós: Quick check in online, efficient auto bag check with helpful staff available, Quick efficient boarding, quiet flight less than half full.
Contras: Being bumped to an earlier flight (7:15 from 11:20), not sure that was BA or the booking agent, but caused alteration of plans and hotel being booked.
Contras: Taking off is too slow. We were late with our connecting flights.

Prós: Aeroflot made it a comfortable flight, pillows, blankets and slippers included in economy. Nice meals and non alcoholic drink options.
Contras: They have those old school dual pin headphone jacks, bring a converter for your own headset because the airline issued ones are muffled. Keep an eye out for the (female body) objectifying promotional safety video, yikes Aeroflot. Moscow airport really leaves a lot to be desired. I spent two 4-hour layovers there on this trip and walk away with a higher sympathy for Ed Snowden, poor guy.

Prós: This is a great way to travel from Helsinki to Tampere and avoid the railway and train changing.
Contras: The plane is not comfortable, but the flight is very short. It balances out.

I found it difficult to get wine and black tea (they served green) - both of which are essentials for a long-haul flight. Flight was a little late. The security lines for transfers at the Beijing airport is a complete mess, which was the most stressful part of the trip.

Contras: the shops at air port are expensive the toilet sinks were slopping and did not drain well the airline apologizing for the lack of food choice before each service pl advise airline to ask for choice at the check-in or at least make a note of the preference through email, makes life easier for them and the passengers. announcements were in chinese and the english ones were not very clear . it would be good if the announcements also came up on the seat screens CLEANLINESS WAS AN ISSUE with the overhead lockers not clean to the pull up table and magazine spaces not clean
Prós: The crew was very nice and the aircraft was decent. The pilots very good . All landings and takeoffs were very very smooth
Contras: Beijing airport and the Chinese customs system but of course that is not the fault of air China

Contras: The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something.

Contras: We lost an item and while we are in airport waiting for next flight even though we know it would have got recovered by airport staff there is no way of getting it back unless we download a form online , print , fill the form and sign , scan and send it in email to lost and found team. This is unlikely and complex process for anyone while in airport to get access to print, scan etc. we wish this was more simpler process Cabin was too cold and staff deny bluntly to make any adjustment saying some other set of passengers complained that cabin is warm.. I have not seen anyone who could sit around with out blanket on them and we had to get double blankets and wrap ourselves in there

Contras: Original flight cancelled so rebooked ojba floght five hours later - then with one hour to go until that second flight, that was cancelled as well. Totally unhelpful ground staff, who were oblivious to the fact that I had a work commitment the next day so couldn’t overnight in some random hotel at an airport to suit Austrian’s policies. Eventually routed via Lisbon which meant literally flying all night to arrive at 0600. Lufthansa and Austrian have some serious faults to correct.
Prós: Nothing at all.
Contras: Couldn’t get on the flight due to two cancellations of prior connecting flights. Utterly, totally unacceptable - and no explanation of why.
Prós: It got me where I wanted to go, non-stop, for a reasonable price.
Contras: The economy seats seem to be narrower than they are on other airlines.

Contras: We were charged 100 Euros extra as they indicated the 2 pieces laugage was not included. They didn't respect the seats that where assigned in the reservation claiming we jus reserved the sits but didng pay for them.

Contras: Plane arrived late so boarded late. Crew was ridiculously slow with drink/snack cart. They served only 5 rows so we never got a drink.

Prós: The plane was new. The in flight entertainment system was good, although I never got to experience it fully because the Flight attendant kept switching it off, as I had paid extra (an arm and a leg) for a “bulkhead seat”
Contras: The service was beyond awful! The Flight Attendants had a “could care less” attitude. I had special ordered a meal, and they gave me the wrong one. I did not want to make a big deal, so I just ate it. Then they did not offer any beverages when the meal came! I literally had to beg them to make me their famous “Singapore sling”. Shocking really!!. When I had my coffee, my request for cream and sugar went ignored THREE times. Finally they grudgingly gave me only cream, rendering my coffee undrinkable. .....And the list goes on. Never ever will I travel on this horrid airline again!

Prós: I'm happy that CZ retains 777-300ER economy seating 3x3x3. This makes for confortable seating and space on a long haul flight. I ordered special meals and they always get it right.
Contras: It would be nice if inflight floated more frequently during these long flights. I'm disappointed that there is not more control during main cabin boarding. They have the stancions and signage available to help avoid the crush and provide some order with groups by row numbers and enforcing it.
Contras: The worse airport of my 22 years experience. Almost everyone there have no english. Unprofessional and kind of disrespectful. The worse of all is too many documents processing. Taking atleast 15 minutes to be cleared just 1. 1h 45 minutes to finish everything. Wuhan haha next time free flight i will not bother. Ohh 1 more thing. They use the Communist system in the international airport
