Surpreendente serviço de atendimento ao cliente.
ótima localizaçao e custo beneficio interessante
Ótima localização, perto do metrô (estação Ikebukuro).
O cofre no quarto é realmente conveniente.
Localização excelente, ótimo café-da-manhã, funcionários cordatos, flexibilidade no atendimento.
Great location, close to the night life and train station
The stall was really helpful and was the only hotel that I stayed in Japan that provided soft pillows... This hotel was the most expense one that I stayed in Japan, around US$185,00 and for that price I was expecting a much better room. The bathroom was disgusting with visible mold all around probably because the exhaust fan wasn't efficient enough to keep the moist out of it.. The toilet bowl underneath the seat was all black mold... The shower walls is getting yellowish probably because no scrubbing it's been done.. I saw a single room keeper guy cleaning the whole building floor when I got there but he was cleaning alone at least 18 rooms in that floor as I noticed the rooms doors was all wide open and he was running between those rooms with vaccum and cleaning supplies and etc... The blocks/area around of this hotel have lots of "massage" business places and lots of guys hanging around the walkway corners to offer girls to do a "special" job if you interesting... Definitely not a family hotel to stay ! Few blocks away from the opposite side of the Shinjuku Train Station I stayed at Sun Route Hotel of Shinjuku that was much much better location in the area and a family hotel with quality and breakfast include for under US$120,00. Hope this review helps lots of visitors.
This hotel cannot be beat for location and value. There are nicer and/or cheaper hotels in Shinjuku but I will be staying at the prince from now on.
Just about everything was as expected. Only complaint was that room was too warm (March stay) we couldn't get the air conditioner to cool the room adequately and couldn't open the windows to cool it down to an acceptable level.
Tokyo area was greate.
- Cleanliness - Spacious Space - Amenities - Friendly Staff - Service - Shuttle to Shinjuku Station - A bit far from Shinjuku Station by walking - Underground (Metro) does not have full escalator (a bit difficult if carry lots of stuff)
Staff is extremely helpful with everything . I have requested to make a reservation at many famous restaurants and the concierge staff did a very professional job securing a seat for me . They have planned everything for me better than I have planned by myself .
Location was good near Shinkuku station (one one the biggest) The hotel has a gymn and a pool but you have to pay 2,100.00 yens (US$ 26.00) / person / day. The staff speaks poor english. Check out at 11h00am so not good if you have a late flight (30% of the daily rate to stay to 03h00 pm).
Classic or dated, whatever your preference, but well maintained and spotless. Large rooms, for Japan. Staff is marvelous. Very close to the US Embassy and train stations. All staff speak English sufficient to get the job done. Booking through Kayak got a reasonable rate for Tokyo. Couldn't control the heat in the room, which was 79F. WiFi connects but can be erratic on mobile devices. Food in the hotel is outrageously expensive, but a 2 minute walk gets you to reasonable options. Gym is excellent but there is a substantial extra charge to use it.
My November stay in Tokyo was switched from Okura Hotel to Sheraton Miyako Hotel, because Okura was demolished in May this year for a new hotel building to be reopened in 2018. So all the evaluations given here are for Miyako Hotel. The hotel is excellent, very roomy and update. It offers all what a ordinary traveler needs and beyond. Its location is great right in the middle of several subway stations, only Meguro station and takaniwa station are within walking distance. But, scheduled hotel buses taking hotel guests to Meguro and Shinagawa station is an excellent way to help hotel guests move around. Do your homework and find out what time the airport limousine bus can take you from airports to Miyako Hotel before you buy airline tickets. Because the bus schedule is very odd. I came to Miyako from Tokyo Haneda Airport, the airport limousine bus only runs twice in the morning and once in the late evening (Good for red eyed flight guests). If you come to the hotel any time between those schedules, you need to find out what is the nearest hotel or subway stations to Miyako the airport bus can take you to, then take taxi from there to Miyako.
Just short and sweet.... Excellent all around... very helpful, polite, and Friendly staff. comfortable room... a bit small, but very very nice... very comfortable bed!! Great view of the Ginza... very convienent to subway, and just walk close by. I will stay here again when I go back to Tokyo!!
I stay here quite often on trips to Tokyo, and although it's not as fancy as its non-Annex neighbour, the staff is always courteous and welcoming, the rooms spotless, and the location absolutely cannot be beat, especially for the price. The rooms are small by U.S. standards but larger than many other Tokyo-area hotels. In-room (wired) internet is fast and the hot water kettle is a great touch.
Great location and great value for the money. The rooms were on the small side but still very nice. All amenities were provided in our room. We had a fabulous time. Small and quaint boutique feeling hotel. Across the street from the grander Dai Ichi hotel. A convenient bus service direct from narita stops at the Dai Ichi (across the street). Definitely no complaints here! My husband and I would come back to this same property next time were in Tokyo.
Despite the weak dollar, the price per night was reasonable for a hotel in Tokyo. The central location made it easy to get to the train station, walk to the Ginza. I was pleased to be greeted by an English speaking staff member. The room was well appointed and clean. The restaurant was okay, but their were good ones nearby. The fitness center required going outside to an adjoining building.
The hotel is very well located - in Ginza district. Get off the Shimbasha subway station \nand the hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance. (By the way, you can take the subway from Narita airport to Shimbasha station. Airport Limousine will also drop you off near the hotel for 3000 yen.) \nThe room is of decent size - with room to plonk down your luggage (say, 2\nlarge suitcases) on the floor. \nThe staff is super-courteous, very very helpful and nice. \nThe carpet in the room, and the wall paper are another matter - the carpet is quite old, and stained. I would not call it very clean. The wallpaper was ripped in the room I stayed in. These are not deal breakers for business travel or vacation travel, but may be so for honeymooners. \nThe TV carried CNN and BBC, so I was happy.
Hard to say hideaway situated right on the edges of business and shopping, but we found the Dai-Ichi Hotel Annex quiet, understated and very civilized. First thing, after a tiring plane trip and train ride, there was HOT water waiting for us to make tea and our instant soups (bought at a local shop right near the hotel). We're both tall people, and found the robes and beds comfortable and more than adequate. This was my first time in Tokyo, so I'm probably overawed by the culture, but it was small touches in the way the bed was made, linens folded (and the ever present hot tea water filled each day) that really helped to make our rest time from sightseeing pleasurable and an experience. The hotel is situated a convenient short walk from Shimbashi station (also accessible from the hotel via underground passage), or a bit longer walk from Tokyo Station. Lots of small seafood and other restaurants close by under the train tracks (we had a rollicking great last dinner at a yakatori joint f...
I stayed here for 2.5 weeks, and will be back the next time I visit Tokyo. The staff is excellent and do speak English. The Annex is across the street from the flag ship hotel. It is very close to the Shimbashi station, and walking distance to the Shidome station. I stayed on the no-smoking, 7th floor and was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair propped up in front of the flat screen television. This was great to relieve the soreness in my back and calf muscles after walking all over Tokyo. The rooms are small relative to those found in the states, but that was expected as the Annex caters more to business folks in town to make deals. The free internet access was a plus and a key decision to staying here as well. The lights and curtains are controlled from a panel conveniently located at bedside. Every morning, there was a copy of the English newspaper, Daily Yomimuri, attached to my door. My only complaint is that the temperature of the room could not be lowered below 18 degre...
Excellent Location!Rooms are small (common in japan) but pretty much comfortables-!!!The Best Feature of this hotel... definitely the STAFF (especially the concergie)
Moderno e bem mantido - fantástica vista do quarto.
Free upgrade to a larger room (we checked in fairly late). Late check out. Unfortunately, they only had smoking rooms.
Convenient location, subway connection to city areas, good service and comfortable beds. Language gap with some reception staff.
This is a really convenient location for travelers. It's directly across the street from Akasaka-mitsuke Station, lots of Japanese and non-Japanese food options and some historic sites. If you can managed to get a room on the back side of the hotel, I would recommend it. My room was so quiet. It was perfect. The hotel staff were very nice. They were able to direct me to where I needed to go when I had to buy a few things for my trip. Getting there from Narita airport was easy. I just bought a ticket on the appropriate limousine bus for 3100 yen. Yes, that's slightly more expensive than the Keisei Skyliner, but it drops you off at the front door of this hotel. It's worth the extra 600 yen to not have to carry my luggage through the train stations from where the Keisei Line drops you off. And it's way cheaper than a cab. Breakfast downstairs is quite pricey (about 2800 yen or so). Of course, it's not like you have to eat at the hotel. It's literally 4 doors down from a Tully's coffeeshop where you can have a decent breakfast and coffee for less than 700 yen.
The location is very good, subway station is just in front of the hotel, krispy Kreme just opposit I booked non smoking room , but they provided me a smoking room, whi
1. The metro subway is very convenient. 2. The access of food nearby is plentiful. 3.7-11 downstairs is located at its best.
Convenient location, opposite subway station, 7-11 downstair, many restaurants across the street, well- English spoken staffs, big twin beds, great bathroom facilities, esp. auto warming toilet seat. Bad wi-fi signal in rooms, uncomfortable duvet cover.
nespresso machine in the room and speeker for lap top no wifi in the room
Clean room, convenient location No wireless connection available. Japanese style breakfast only, with very limited variety.
the service quality , the fully equiped room with small attentions like free shaves ,toothbrushes and also a wardrobe , the modern look and the cleanlyness of the room , the wonderful kindness of the staff no complain - standart rooms are just a bit small according to european standarts
warmth of the hotel too hot in the rooms
This is a great hotel in a good location. Very near to the subway so access to all the main sights of Tokyo are easy to get to. Rooms are small but it didnt distract from the overall experience of the hotel. Could be a problem if you have large luggage. Free internet in the lobby too.
Excellent room Nice bathroom Clean Staff spoke decent English Lots of restaurants near the hotel. Uphill (horribly on one side, not so bad on the other), somewhat hard to find without phone/gps, and about a 13 minute walk from the subway station. Room isn't very big. Prepare to keep your things organized to maintain space. Not good with large bags. Minimal to do close to the hotel. No rose petals on the bed.
Very modern and nice desig, well equipped toilet and super multifunctional shower... The hotel room was very small - we couldn't open fully the suitcase
helpful staff, lovely clean room with all the comfort i could wish for, even the sophisticated Toto toilets and very fast free wifi the room was really tiny
Pretty convenient location to akasaka metro station. Great rates for tokyo. The rooms are really small.
The area of the hotel is very convenient. Easy access to the metro and walking distance to a very interesting area of Tokyo. Recommended for a first visit to the city, we will probably go the there again in the future!
Excellent hotel for an overnight stay or a business trip. Within decent connection distance to Narita airport (need to take underground close by) and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. Vibrant area. Rooms are quite small for the price
Rooms are very well equiped. Not to big hotel. Hall is a typical japonese design No chocolate poweder to make a chocolate milk for breakfast
Although we were late to check in (past 8:00pm) the staff recognized us immediately and we received prompt and courteous welcome and checkin. Room was better than expected - large enough for our needs and equipped as we requested. It was spotlessly clean. The room could use some closet space or more wall hooks to hang a few things up. The small rod provided on the wall with 3 hangers is not adequate. Oherwise it was perfect for our needs.
changing linen every single day, fast and no-problem internet (though not in the room) dirty walls and floor, no room internet, limited choice of TV channels
It was near Daimon station and JR Hammatsucho very easy to reach other parts of Tokyo.
good location near subway and jr lines
Walking distance from JR station
Location was great. Room size as expected. Easily accessible to subway and direct monorail to Haneda airport along with direct Airport Limosine bus pickup and dropoff to Narita Airpot. All Tourist trips have pickup from your hotel.
The hotel was comfortable and with good location to railway and subway stations. It was easy to reach from Haneda airport. no gym
Sraff were very helpful High rates, no breakfast, tea stuff not sufficent
Absolutely loved the heated toilet seat and bidet No wifi in room. Unclear instructions on accessing computer in business centre which is in seperate building
The customer seervice was outstanding and the design, layout and size of the room was excellent
Boa localizacao, com facil acesso a estacoes de metro e restaurantes com vista (near subway stations and near restaurants and izakayas at the Shinjuku skiscrapers) A descricao no site que promove "vista para a cidade" eh erronea, pois no andar 11 via outro predio, o que foi um ponto baixo da estadia (the description that the room offers city view is uncorrect, as from my 11th floor view I could only see a building, which was sad )
Bem perto da linha de metrô. Ótimos restaurantes e bares. Excelente spa.
Massive room for Tokyo standards with a lovely large washroom. Excellent staff service. Laundromat in first floor was appreciated as we were on a 6 week trip. No
Very cool room clean n enough space just the location not ideal Location walking to subway ok but station is at least one transfer from most destination
