Prós: "Never got on the plane due to weather restrictions in the connecting flight prior to this flight. Called SWISS customer service on a Russian line, were told to get a paper from another Russian airport that no flights were leaving the city. Did that. when arrived to Moscow no SWISS customer representatives were at the stations and had to end up buying a completely new ticket to get home."
Contras: "Have customer service representative available at the airport 24/7 knowing that some people arrive from all parts of the country."

Prós: "From Geneva to Athens we use the AEGEAN AIRLINES and the flight was very good over all. We had to use the AEGEAN because we missed the SWISS flight due to United's delays."

Não houve o cuidado de deixar sair os passageiros com conexão primeiro. Nem havia staff do aeroporto para ajudar os passageiros a chegar ao outro terminal. Fiquei num hotel 2*. Pelo que ouvia da swiss nunca pensei que fosse ter uma experiência tão desagradável"

Prós: "The space of the seat is wide. Nice chocolate."
Contras: "First, they announced that they need some passengers to voluntarily give up the booking in exchange for 280 refunds (a slightly higher rate which not worth to do it) and 1 stopover the fight to Rome which will arrive at 22.00 instead (our flight is 17.35). About 15 minutes before boarding time, they announced flight delaying. Around 17.45, they announced gate changing from B to A which located at opposite side of the the airport so all passengers run there because of everyone afraid that their booking might be canceled because no one agrees to give up. At both gates, many people try to jump in the queue which no staff comes in the manage the queue. During waiting on the board, the air condition seems to be closed, hard to breathe. Around 19.00, the plane took off the Zurich airport eventually, finish the 1.5 hours delay. The captain announced that it cause by the technical problem of the flight earlier but my thinking it cause from over-booking."

Contras: "Voo com atraso de 40 minutos. Não deixaram os passageiros com conceção sair primeiro. Não havia ninguém para nos acompanhar. Ninguem sabia dar informações viemos para o hotel sem bagagem porque ninguém sabia quando chegava."

Contras: "Não pude fazer o vôo por falha grave da swiss que atrasou e não teve o cuidado de fazer com que os passageiros chegassem à sua conceção atempadamente. Senti-me muito desamparada."

Prós: "Liked nothing. Stewards were no help. Seating was extremely tight. I am disabled and use a small travel scooter. They removed the batteries even though they are not lithium or spillable. I called months in advance with all specifications and still they were clueless. We will never fly Swiss again. I am disabled and received no help. They removed the batteries of my scooter and we had to carry them on our lap. I had to tell them to put the batteries back in the scooter. They failed in every facet."

Contras: "Kayak sold me a “lite” ticket on Swiss, but never mentioned that it didn’t include baggage. Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

Contras: "Economy seats in business. Also baby strollers took ages to come out at Heathrow, should have come to the door, but instead came at baggage claim about half an hour after our baggage, so pretty poor service in that aspect"

Prós: "Our flight on Swiss was excellent. On time, courteous crew, and loved the morning Croisant and the chocolate. As my wife and I are both retired flight attendants with TWA and American, we tend to notice customer service at all levels of an airline’s operation. Both our flight out of LHR to GVA and our return were smooth as can be. Nice job, Swiss!"

Contras: "Boarding started 20 mins late, once on board was moved to accommodate a family to sit together. No objection to them sitting together but how is it possible that they’re in that situation to begin with. Flight was overbooked so crew offering cash to delay for a later flight, which on a Sunday evening is an unappetising proposect"

Contras: "The queues at Heathrow for passport control were long. The non-EU q was awful. Luckily the tube was running all night on those lines we needed."

Contras: "flight crew were snippy. Had to ask for tea in between meals. Was assigned a middle seat when there were so many empty seats. The idea that we had to pay for seat assignments."

Contras: "Had 1 day for quick trip to London. Two hours through security In Geneva and 4 hours late arrival on Swiss at LHR. I can tell you this, the Geneva Airport and Swiss DO NOT run like Swiss Watches. They both get F's."

Prós: "I never used Swiss Airline before but my friends told me crews are very professional and clean... She is right!!!Their crews, Foods, and very clean environments.... had a wonderful experiences"

Air Canada took nearly 4 days to get my baggage to me in Toronto, as a result of which I was unable to attend a funeral in Chicago. I was lied to over and over by air Canada. The entire experience was horrible."

Prós: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

The worst thing was that in transiting from the SAA flight to the Lufthansa flight we were obliged to go through security which seems unnecessary. The security staff were awful. Bullying, rude and totally unsympathetic to the fact that having brought water from the first plane to the second plane we had to either drink it or throw it away. One guy in particular, a tall greying man evoked the worst stereotypes of brutal secret policemen. Perhaps he formerly worked for Stasi or he was having testosterone problems. Totally unacceptable behaviour."

Contras: "The slimline seats were not very comfortable. I would hesitate to fly Lufthansa's narrow bodies for flights greater than 2 hours."

Contras: "4/4 flights with involuntary stop-overs were delayed, causing 4 panics and 2 missed flights. Given their proclivity for busing passengers to distant planes in Herman efforts, a 50-minute allowance for changing planes, when added to the frequent Kate departures, is just not sufficient. They should acknowledge it and sell only flights that allow for 80-90 minutes in the airports that are so woefully managed (eg, Frankfurt and Munich). It’s back to BA for me!"

Contras: "The flight was very late leaving meaning I arrived in London over an hour late! With knock on problems!"

Contras: "The crew didn't seem particularly interested in helping anyone and worked hard to avoid eye contact. This was an unpleasant flight at best and given the option I will not likely fly Lufthansa again if given the option. I wish that I had better news to report from this flight. :("

Contras: "None of the flights arrived on schedule. That caused other problems. Overall the trip was terrible. Not sure if I will fly lufthansa again nor recommen."

Prós: "The on board crew worked hard to make up for the 2 hour delay. I was happy to be fed in the right hour flight, but the food was not very good. I did not download the app for inflight entertainment so I can't rate it."

Contras: "Unaccompanied minor flying to Lisbon overnight. Bag was lost. No real effort to assist. Bags of unaccompanied minor should be treated with priority."

Prós: "crew were absolutely delightful, full of smiles and doing everything to make you comfortable. seats were fine enough and got some work done and a bit of sleep. first lunch was fresh and tasty, but the second, a burger, was edible, but not much more."
Contras: "tv screens are dated so movies are not as crisp as you find in newer planes. you need a 2 prong audio adapter to use your own headphones."

No hay un teléfono a donde hablar, la web está desactualizada y con información equivocada. Direccionan a usar canales de twitter y facebook que no responden. Primer experiencia en KLM y no pienso nunca más usar esta aerolínea. Llevar el equipaje o resolver un problema sobre valijas es de lo más básico de una aerolínea y no lo hacen."

Contras: "Old airplane with not really comfy seats. No outlets for charging devices. Very old entertainment screen."

Contras: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Contras: "Amsterdam customs is the most disorganized I have ever seen. With the number of tourists entering the country you would think they would have done something about it. There were only 2 customs agents!! One for all passports and 1 for all passports. We were in the customs hall longer than we were in flight!"

Contras: "That I was forced to check my baggage. I never received a chain ticket for my luggage. The flight has a 32 hour layover and KLM lost my luggage and it was not found until a week after my arrival back home. I still have not received my bag at this time. The boarding crew was manually tracking who boarded and who didn't. It was a cluster."

Contras: "Crew is awful. Disrespectful desinterested in customers find themselves very important. No service mentality whatsoever. No respectful airline would hire such arrogant self centered personalities in a service role"

Prós: "The flight was delayed by 40 minutes initially then a further 20 making it an hour late. Sitting at the gate there was then suddenly a last call to board the flight and a mad rush for everyone to get on. I appreciate that delays happen but the lack of communication ragardinh altered boarding times didn't make the situation any easier"

Prós: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."

Prós: "From checkin to luggage collection - the flight was easy and without hassle. We left slightly later than scheduled but arrived slightly earlier than scheduled. Staff from check in to those onboard we polite and professional. The aircraft was clean, bright and appeared in good order."

Contras: "These jerks delayed our flight because our plane was late in arriving. Fine. They give us zero information on what’s going on as we stand in line forever. Then they load us onto the jet and apologize for the delay. Then the jerks announced a new delay. This time a flight in Palermo had technical difficulties, so we would take on their passengers. After another hour sitting in this tin can and our own flight passengers now missing there connections due to this double delay the pilot announced he has no clue what’s going on. He hasn’t heard from the company!!! The passengers were mad! Another time elapsed. Captain says we can’t wait. Let’s go. Now half of us missed our connections!! Air Malta I have a message to you. Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

Staff couldn’t seem to get food service down. Constant running up and down aisle trying to sort out and sandwiches. Trying to nap on aisle seat with constant shouting was impossible. Seatbelt sign also sounds alarm constantly."

Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Is to the plane and walk up the stairs, which seems like unnecessary delays."

Contras: "Once were on board our pilot informed us there would be a 1 hour hold time by the tower. After 20 minutes, things changed and we left. We arrived late, but it was Terminal 3 to Terminal 3. Fast right? Nope. Walked for days and then we got to go through security again. Arrived to gate. More of room with in access, but no out access. Good thing there were bathrooms in there - oh no wait - there weren't. Good long wait with kids before we could board."

Prós: "The captain was very open about why we were delayed and when we were due to arrive. Each time our time slot got moved up he let us know."

Contras: "They lost all 8 pieces of luggage we had. Then to submit a claim at the airport I had to wait on s line for over 2 hours because this airline seems to lose everyone's bags."
