Prós: Everything except the delay was fine, not extraordinary.

Contras: 7-hour flight delay. If this was a European flight we would have been entitled to at least $250 for our inconvenience. We were not offered anything to compensate us for a 7hour delay, which was ridiculous.

Prós: Good amount of space on the plane, lots of movies to watch, good food and drink.

Prós: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Contras: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Prós: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Contras: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Prós: The crews were pretty great!

Contras: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Contras: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Contras: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Prós: When my initial flight was delayed significantly, the gate agents went above and beyond to help me get on an earlier flight so I didn't get home too late.

Prós: Very uncomfortable seats and careless crew

Contras: The worst food and service ever. Very disappointed

Prós: The Delta flight service was much better than the Air France flight I took on the previous leg.

Contras: Boarding (by bus) was a total chaos. I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off.

Contras: I dint like the way you guys sold me the tickets with only one bag to check in with when I went to the airport I’ve got to pay 58 pounds extra I was not happy with you guys so next time you have to tell your customers before they buy the tickets that’ it’s one bag check

Prós: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Contras: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Prós: Service and crew amazing friendly and went out of the way to Make u feel special even the pilots gave updates thru out the flight

Contras: Not being to help on the ground in Copenhagen with delta issues

Prós: economy plus seats were nice, great movie selection, especially international movies

Contras: crew was not friendly, i had to ask for water many times, usually water person walk the aisle. food was terrible. other carriers food were better

Prós: Exit row seat had much more space for legs, very much worth the upcharge for this seat.

Contras: Cabin temperature was very cool for me. Never used a blanket on an international flight before, and used a blanke on this whole 9 hour flight. Maybe a function of the seat location? Not sure but I was cold.

Contras: They made me check my carryon rolly which is allowed on every other plane in the world, which meant going all the way back into a chaos of hundreds of people to check in. Because I had a connecting flight to New York in London, the check in caused many problems...and everything inside soaking wet

Prós: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Contras: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Contras: even though I was in Delta One -- the seats in the reclined position were kind of narrow, arm rests in the way made it difficult to turn over, IF I were trying to sleep. but i loved being in first class -- the only way to go on a long flight :)

Prós: I've never been on a flight with such narrow seat and thin cushion. There was no entertainment offered for the almost 4 hour flight. There was no means of charging any electronic gears. The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform.

Contras: Very narrow seats and thim cushion. No entertainment offered an do means of recharging electronic devices.

Prós: The seat was very comfortable.

Contras: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Contras: Lack of ventilation in cabin, and staff refusal to turn heaters down (in September), very limited entertainment options.
