Prós: the crew was wonderful, we got a nice Wrap and water, wine or coffee for free, not all airlines serve it anymore, we were on time and I got whatsapp message with updates of the flight

Contras: Vôo atrasado em 2h. Chegamos em Viracopos praticamente dentro do horário, somente com com 25 de atraso mas mesmo assim cancelaram o meu vôo de conexão para Cuiabá o qual eu paguei mais caro por ser um vôo mais cedo e a minha vida ficou toda atrasada por conta disso. Tenho poucos dias de férias com minha família aqui no Brasil e perdi horas preciosas por conta disso .

Prós: Everything was very good: boarding, plain condition, comfort, entertainment and food

Contras: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Contras: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Prós: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Contras: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Contras: Plane was dirty, it took flight attendants 1.5 hour to start service after take-off.

Prós: They have the friendliest crew I have ever seen in an airline. Specially if you have flown with American Airlines who has the rudest crew I have ever seen.

Prós: The pilot and the crews were helpful about the transit. Pilot make up a lot of time.

Contras: Flight was delayed, had to run to my next connection flight.

Prós: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Prós: Crew was very good, one crew member took time to make me coffee as I entered the plane

Contras: The food could have been better, maybe a bit more legroom. But definitely would like better food. The spaghetti and meatballs were good dinner, but I did not like the vegatables. I did, however, like the pudim.

Contras: There was a long delay in the connection at Viracopos/Campinas: there was a technical problem with the airplane. I arrived very late in Curitiba (approximately 1 hour late).

Prós: Food was great, enjoyed watching videos, staff very profession and friendly.

Contras: Boarding was delayed and prolonged My Baggage was not transferred and was not available when I arrived in Dulles.

Contras: One bag delayed as not put on flight and food could be better.

Prós: crew was kind.

Contras: We almost crashed into other planes on the runway while trying to land. The runway was full/ blocked. We had to accelerate suddenly and ascend back into the clouds. Very bumpy and scary. Pilotes should know runway status in advance of descent.

Contras: The crew did not know the law about child safety seats. They tried to inform us we could not use it, even though it is approved for air travel. Then they tried to tell us we had to face it forward, which is illegal and it cannot be secured like this. Then they told us the car seat needed to be against the fuselage, but that all the fuselage seats were taken. They did not offer a solution to this problem. I informed them this was TAP's fault for assigning those seats to us. They said they were not responsible, which is clearly wrong. They could have reassigned us at check-in and avoided the problem. They were very concerned about the ability of the person in front of us to recline their seat, but no interested at all in the safety of our baby. They told us we would not be able to use the seat, although our baby was already asleep. They were trying to find a way to make us leave the plane. Finally, some other passengers volunteered to move so we could sit against the fuselage with nobody in the seats in front of us, so we would not block them from reclining. A solution would not have been found by the crew. Only thanks to generous passengers were we able to stay on the plane, even though we were doing everything completely legally. They made my pregnant wife feel so bad that she cried for the first hour of the flight. Then, as the flight was concluding, our baby got airsick and vomited. They crew did nothing to help aside from bring 3 (!) napkins and then leave again. Incredibly unhelpful, mean, ignorant, and combative cabin crew. Truly appalling.

Prós: Crew was great and seats had footrests.

Contras: Very old plane with outdated entertainment system and no power outlets. Had to take bus to plane, we repeatedly lined up for boarding only to have our flight delayed again and again.

Contras: Multiple delays for my flight. First the departure was delayed which I know can happen. Then we boarded and sat for over an hour before take off. Captain made up a story about the plane needed gas and said we would take off in 15 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later we finally took off.
