Contras: The email we received with our reservation it included a personal belonging and carry on, however at the counter they said in their system it was not registered like that and even though we showed them the confirmation email, they charged us for the carry on.

Prós: nothing, it was awful

Contras: 4 hour delay for no reason, no vouchers for food or anything.

Prós: Nice crew, easy on line and airport check in. Flight slightly delayed but arrived on time.

Contras: The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much.

Prós: nothing, it was awful

Prós: Very pleasant and professional crew.

Prós: I arrived safely and so did my bags

Prós: Seats were fairly comfortable. Almost all seats on planes are tightly crammed together.

Contras: More options of TV shows to watch.

Prós: The crew at Juliaca was pretty rude, inefficient and dishonest. Charge me an extra $30 for a carry on, which i couldn't even take on board, according to the woman at desk who was not accommodating at all. Seats are most uncomfortable we've sat in decades. Slowww check in staff.

Contras: Everything, starting with efficient and friendly enployees. To better quality planes and better amenities on board.

Contras: Don’t charge for seat selection. Every passenger deserves to choose their own comfort.

Prós: Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop.

Contras: LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”

Prós: Crew were excellent

Contras: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Prós: 15 years ago I told myself not to fly Delta anymore. But these 2 flights Detroit to Amsterdam and back changed my mind. I enjoyed the flight very much and I'm looking forward to the next one.

Contras: When its rain we shouldn’t walk to the air plain

Prós: O entretenimento e a rapidez do voo.

Contras: Para despachar a bagagem foi muito confuso e a comida é fraca. Alimentos processados e pouco saudáveis.

Prós: The crew was excellent, and the entertainment was good.

Contras: The boarding of the connection flight was a little messy. Also, the table on the seccond flight was a bit lower than the first, but enough that I couldn't pull it down if I didn't put my knees to each side.

Prós: They have the friendliest crew I have ever seen in an airline. Specially if you have flown with American Airlines who has the rudest crew I have ever seen.

Contras: Definitely the food. Pretty tasteless and unappealing

Contras: They force the passengers to tag our bagagge ourself and give wrong directions to do this. And they tried yo force you to pay to change sits.

Prós: Everything was very good: boarding, plain condition, comfort, entertainment and food

Prós: The crew were very friendly and attentive. Most of them spoke English and Spanish in addition to Portuguese.

Contras: The snacks could have been healthier and the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Prós: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Contras: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Contras: The seats and IFE were a bit outdated. Comfortable, but outdated. My family had issues with their screens and one had to use the remote as the touch screen was no longer functional.

Prós: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Contras: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Prós: Flight and the crew!

Contras: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra 130 euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!!

Contras: The flight was originally scheduled to depart at 0915 hours but the departure time was changed to 0635 hours without notification. Fortunately I checked my baggage the night before and discovered the change. Not a good deal.
