Prós: Crew attentive. The delay was due to airport conditions in FCO, cannot be blamed on Air France.

Contras: Food. For a 2-hour plus flight, from 11am to 1:30pm, we got 20gr pretzel sticks. This is ridiculous. Don't pretend you are not low-cost! Formerly, before the Joon failed (thank God) venture, Air France had real sandwiches around that time of the day on that line.

Contras: the tray was broken and the water felt all over. the flight was 1 hr delayed. All of us stood the 1 hr waiting to know what's next. We could sit.

Prós: Entertainment programs

Prós: The seat was very comfortable.

Contras: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Prós: Nothing! Horrible!

Contras: I had small carry on And there were nowhere to put them. The cabin for the carry one were full and my carry on had to be placed somewhere else, and knowing I had personal information in my bag. Very disappointed

Contras: The pitch between seats was extremely narrow! It was impossible to pick up things that fall down on the floor when the next seat was reclined. The screen in the back of next seat row (my entertainment screen) does not have an adjustment making it difficult to view when the front passenger leans the back of his seat

Prós: Crew and pilot great.

Contras: Toilet was dirty.

Contras: Not have to have cabin bags taken off us when we were literally first on, loads of people after us putting cases above our seats

Contras: They cancelled and did nothing to help via 2 hours of phone calls. I was heading to conference and they did nothing In Hong Kong the BA first class service was fabulous and got my travel arranged The idiots on the phone sounded like they had never flown

Contras: Seats are too small, I don't have space for my upper legs.

Contras: Economy is not very comfortable and still expensive. Espescially when the person in front lowers their seat.

Prós: The food and very professional and friendly service.

Prós: Great smooth flight, crew were friendly and many movies and shoes to choose from.

Contras: Seats are tight and not much leg room for the unfortunate ones who fly Economy class. Food was ok.

Contras: The crew was extremely rude. One in particular was very racist in the way we were treated and the way she would talk to white travellers. My 3 year old child was not provided meal after 2 reminders and I had to argue and fight for it. I was forcefully given Asian vegetarian meal when I had made no special meal requests.

Prós: Nothing. The flight was delayed and I missed my connection

Prós: The crew, leg room with seats! The flight crew was extremely nice!!!!

Contras: Everything was pleasant....I wouldn’t change anything.

Contras: It would have been better had we not had a delay of 50 Minutes

Prós: Crew was a top notch, very focused and carrying. I am loyal lufthansa fan and been flying with them with more than 20 years.

Contras: Guys, we need to do something with these outdated business class seats, infotainment system. Omg, last century, movie selection bottom poor :( We are always playing catch up game in terms of interior. How long it took you to offer padding & decent blankets in business.

Prós: The seats were nice and the food was unusually good

Contras: More water brought to the seats. The landing was strange. The pilot pulled up on the first approach and when the second approach was completed the steering was stuck. They ultimately got the steering to work.

Prós: Planes were comfortable and well maintained.

Contras: The ticket price is expensive

Contras: Long delays leaving NY JFK and leaving Casablanca (waiting for passengers on a connecting flight) and after landing at JFK. This makes it a very long day returning to NYC. Everything else was excellent (crew, equipment, entertainment, food).

Contras: The flight was cancelled and the gate information was never updated to reflect the new time. My luggage was also lost.

Prós: Excellent crew, good food & movie selection.

Contras: Half the screens were not working - crew were made aware but nothing was done. Vegetarian choices were poor to non-existent ; I witnessed crew insist to a passenger that there were no vegetarian options! They finally cobbled something together for him but not a pleasant experience

Contras: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Contras: 2 hours delays from LAX to CDG then additional two hours delay from CDG to CAI, this is disappointing

Prós: The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again

Contras: I'd appreciate a better selection of food and drinks, even if I have to pay for the drinks.

Prós: The crew at Juliaca was pretty rude, inefficient and dishonest. Charge me an extra $30 for a carry on, which i couldn't even take on board, according to the woman at desk who was not accommodating at all. Seats are most uncomfortable we've sat in decades. Slowww check in staff.

Contras: Everything, starting with efficient and friendly enployees. To better quality planes and better amenities on board.

Prós: Nice crew, easy on line and airport check in. Flight slightly delayed but arrived on time.

Contras: The San Andrés airport was way too small for all the passengers. People sitting in the aisles, clogging up fire exits, Very unsafe. The AC was too low, locals were fanning themselves. Gate was changed, crowds pushing to line up. I’ve never wanted to get on a plane and OUT of the airport so much.

Contras: Legroom

Prós: Comfort and cleanliness of flight.

Contras: Both flights did not have any general vegetarian options in snack or main courses. There was no option online to submit a meal request and as booking last minute travel and in a foreign country, it was not possible to contact Air Portugal via phone. If the flight offers snack and two meal options, at least one should be vegetarian to accommodate this common population of passengers.

Contras: It was a very old plane with two movie options that were just running from the start of the flight on a scratchy screen.

Contras: . The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat.

Prós: modern plane, large overhead bins, comfy seat with adjustable headrest, very good entertainment system

Contras: There was a broken restroom on the plane in the main section, so then, they should keep an eye on the remaining restrooms as they get dirtier sooner. Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized.

Contras: Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go.

Prós: The crew were friendly and helpful and the flight arrived early, even though we left a little bit late - as such - I was very happy with the flight. The onboard entertainment system was wifi based and there was a USB charging port in the seat too - modern aircraft.

Contras: I had no complaints - the flight was just what it should have been ie no issues

Prós: From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again.

Contras: If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue.
