Prós: Nothing! I do it because I need the flight in that moment.
Contras: Keeping the middle seat open

Contras: A WELL INFORMED TICKETING AGENT!! I almost missed my flight because the agent at the ticketing counter did not want to let me on the plane because he insisted that I had the wrong COVID 19 TEST to enter my country (Guatemala). I told him multiple times that the test was accepted and that other family members flying on other airlines had no problems entering Guatemala with that test. I even spoke with a Supervisor and the result was the same. It was until I was able to talk to the manager who gave me the time of day and actually read over what I had for the TEST and said it was ok for me to get on the plane. I had no problems what so ever getting into Guatemala with my test results, my fligh was #243 from FLL-GUA on 27/10/20
Prós: I like the wider front seats. Plenty of room and comfortable
Contras: On the return trip I wasn't able to purchase the wider seats since they are only 8 of them. I sat on the third row and it was quite uncomfortable even for a small person like me
Prós: Absolutely nothing.
Contras: The flight going to Atlanta one of the crew members didn’t wear the mask properly. Ppl where talking and didn’t care about having they mask on. They told me is 50lbs suitcase and on Atlanta they something different and what to charge me more. Boarding time they do not respect the family with small child first.
Contras: No Covid 19 safety. No one was wearing masks. Staff didn’t stop anyone from taking them off. And the flight was packed.
Prós: Nothing about this flight was good. Rude workers. Confusing bag policies. This airline is terrible & I will NEVER fly with them again.

Prós: Crew was amazing. Flight felt safe. Overall for the price point, would definitely fly spirit again.

Contras: People around me kept taking off their masks. The crew corrected them twice, but I think they could have done a better job of it.
Contras: Crew did a terrible job enforcing mask rule. There was only one announcement made. One crew persons did not have his nose covered. One crew member was talking to 3 passengers while facing them from her seat at row 10 and not ever bother to tell them to pull up or even put on a mask. Most passengers had their noses stick out, some had mask sit on their chins.
Prós: Flight was fine, landing was fine
Contras: Spirit Airlines sucks. The bag they recommend I buy as a free bag, they know arbitrarily call a check bag and charge me for.
Prós: Crew was great. Flight landed 20 minutes early.

Prós: Almost nothing. First time flying Spirit airlines and will never do so again. Everything was an extra charge and there was no service or comfort at all.
Contras: Ummm ... just about everything could have been better. Never again.
Prós: Crew was very helpful and made the flight quite enjoyable. Would use again.
Contras: Flight delay which they promised a $50 voucher, have yet to see it though

Contras: The splited charges are insane. At the end it is like they charge you at fort to catch up your business but then they charge everything. At the end no major savings. I had a over night flight ( in the same reservation all together) an they charge me twice the bags. I ask at the counter registering at the first flight and they didn’t provide me with the accurate information . It seems that personal at the counter need more training on that.
Prós: Accommodating fast and great landing.

Contras: I do not feel like the plane was even cleaned prior to boarding let alone sanitized. There were crumbs in the seats and hair. No social distancing was observed at all. Instead of calling rows to deplane, the crew “suggested waiting until the row in front of you deplaned.” My flight to LAX was much more organized and ran more professionally.
Prós: Uneventful trip and arrived slightly early.
Contras: The flight was packed! No empty seats between people to heed the Covid-19 suggestions! First flight since Covid and not happy! Plane was out of refreshments and only had water

Contras: No one wore masks and people were up walking around when we taxi. Flight attendant asking whole plane to be ready to deport when we land since it’s their last flight of the day!
Contras: Everything, Spirit is the most poor airline
Prós: Nonstop direct flight. Appropriate spacing / distancing from other passengers.
Contras: Departure was late. Seats are too narrow.
Prós: The seats were comfortable to me.
Contras: There wasn’t any entertainment, not really a lot of space, tray to put food or your laptop on was really small.

Contras: There was 4 people in my row, one of them was a toddler who sat on her mothers lap. Normally this would be acceptable but during everything going on with this pandemic the airline dropped the ball on this.
Face mask guidelines should be more clear about what is a acceptable face covering. Customers should not be charged $3.00 for face masks

Contras: Crew service could be better. On my first flight to Houston from Detroit, one particular crew member could be better. I was sitting in between my family & had taken my mask off for minute & one of the agents (who was a person of color) had told me to put my mask on which is 100% completely fair because it is the rule, so yes she was right. BUT there was a person next, in front and diagonally all with their mask off as well (also people of color like the agent) and the agent did not tell them to put their mask on except for me which I thought that was discrimination & did not appreciate that. Also that same agent, I was looking at the food menu & after she told me I can’t use cash (that’s all I had) she walks away before I even finishing speaking. This agent was not pleasant AT ALL.
Contras: In covid times, passengers were literally on top of each other as flight was full.
No consideration given to social distancing.
Contras: Nothing the flight was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever been in
