We only stayed at the Threadneedles hotel for one night (Saturday night). We wished we would have stayed there during our entire stay in London. The May Fair Hotel (in the May Fair district) wasn't nearly as nice and/or personable. They really know how to threat a guest and exceeded our every expectation. Somewhat off the beaten path, but I'm now a firm believer that smaller boutique hotels are the way to go.
The staff were very helpful with everything we needed very nice hotel in a nice area. Close to the Tube.
Very clean. Accessible. Not noisy. Bar has good food/drinks/dessert. Excellent breakfast!
The staff are professional, warm and friendly. Location - wish it were closer to Victoria Train Station.

Exceptional staff, amenities and location. US plugs were a bonus.
Comfortable room, great location Matress was a little soft and springy. Starting to look a little worn inside the rooms themselves
The hotel was quite impressive, and fairly close to public transportation. It was a great value for the price.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very well appointed. The hotel is upgrading the heating system. We were mistakenly placed in a room that could not be heated to a reasonable temperature. It took multiple telephone calls before the manager was contacted and we were moved to another room.
Beautiful ckean room, with a great big bathroom (sepárate deep tub and shower)
Location was perfect, comfort of a five star boutique hotel, fast service, front desk very helpful Room service only till 11pm I believe and no restaurant on Sunday evening. Not uncommon for London on a Sunday night as most hotel restaurants weren't open either and most local restaurant to were also closed. There were a couple of good alternatives
Loved it 💞
