Certa frieza do pessoal.
Alguns pormenores limpeza do quarto (pó)
Localização e o conforto do quarto.
A localização é perfeita.
the sice of the roome and the location. the bed was very poor.
The room was very comfortable and of a good size There was no food served in the hotel at all - this was very inconvenient for a sole traveller on business.
Staff very friendly and helpful, good location and very good value for money.
friendly staff, clean rooms, ambiente, the bar, breakfast was small but enough!
They serve an excellent cappuccino. Hotel staff is very kind.
The amazing staff and beautiful room. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was also fab. It was all brilliant
Room was clean and modern. Location excellent.Having a balcony was a huge asset, as the complimentary mineral water. Bar and breakfast excellent. Shower wonderful and worked perfectly, as did hairdryer! The stairs and firedoors made accessing the room difficult. We are returning in September and would love to have Room 20 again. Front of house staff varied. Car booked for airport quoted at 45 pounds cost 75 pounds - inexcusable! papers arrived some days, not others. Service should be much sharper.
The staff is welcoming and the location is convenient, to visit London and do some shopping.
Close to the center of London where the shops and good restaurants are. The rooms are fine. Not really
Cheap wifi and excellent signal strength Water wasn't very hot for morning shower
Due to airline delays, our exhausted family of three arrived at the Pelham after midnight and was met with a warm welcome and beautifully appointed room (with a comfortable extra bed set up as requested for our son). Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. The Pelham could not have been lovelier, and the location is a perfect home base for exploring London.
Everything was state of the art. Staff were very helpful. Location is great with the underground close by and a bus stop out front. Prime location in an outstanding area of London
Everything...gorgeous facility, interesting decorations, lovely staff, fabulous location...just shy of perfection!Q Rooms are not huge, but still loved loved loved the hotel
The location is perfect being steps from the South Kensington tube station and close to museums, shops, food, etc but not right next to the major tourist stops so you don't feel you are surrounded only by tourists. Plus, free drinks in the mini fridge The rooms were on the small side but what would be expected in London.
Location and layout. Hotel is located right beside tube station and within a lot of great amenities and attractions.
I like location and the interior design very much. And the staff is great. Bit limited on spaces (room and public place)
I liked the small size (no convention) and the personal attention. The rooms are really small although I recognize that this comment could be made about many London hotels.
Excellent personal service, great food - quite simply a great hotel. You would be very hard pushed to find anything even slightly wrong with this hotel !
The hotel is very confortable, the staff is friendly; the breakfast is exellent; the rooms are beautiful no
Great location -a short walk to Harrods,V&A, and super little patisseries, restaurants and shops. Room had spacious bathroom with the lovely Penhaligon products.
the comfort, service and the little gadgets that felt like your in your own house. Too many furniture in the bedroom that made the room small
Egerton House is the best hotel I have stayed in over a 25 year period of visiting London. The staf couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful and my room (a standard double, I believe) was lovely and comfortable.
I liked the decor and the products in the room and how clean and nicely refurbished the hotel is. I thought the rooms are a bit small for the price
well I loved the place and the staff specially, they even went with me to show the room and they kept asking of I need anything to insure my comfort. it was great! the rooms are a bit small, and i see it a bit expensive but this is London after all.
Location and price. It was spare but who goes to London to stay on their room. Waiting to check right at 2 pm and not a moment before.
Price, location, new, modern, full breakfast, gym and pool access, college campus environment
great value for downtown London. Clean, safe, easily accessible. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Room was small. Wi-fi expensive.
I thought we would find noisy students when staying at Beit Hall despite all the good comments we read, but we didn't. It is a really clean place, not noisy (at least all the week we stayed there), and very connected to many London places. There is one bus that stops in front of Beit Hall, and other two bus lines that stop just around the corner. Also, there is an underground station like 10 minutes walking, two nearby museums and Harrods. We would stay again in this place. The accommodation includes breakfast which is great, but everyday is the same menu. This doesn´t really matter if you don't get bored easily.
