Couldnt get to Barcelona to board the flight.... any flight.
Sitting at the back of the plane meant that we were the last to be served any food and only had about 20 mins to eat anything that was left over prior to landing. They ran out of most hot food

wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet.
Book wheelchair assistance for flight, all went well. At destination Lisbon, no wheelchair no assistance very poor service.
We had comfort seats and I liked that because of the space you have, 2 simple meals and they served water in between the meals I will fly TAP again

Flight was canceled which was out of their control. Unfortunately, what wasn’t out of their control was the amount of people handling the rebooking. One person was handling alternate flights. I was the 6th person in line (which was the time equivalent of an hour and half wait. I missed all possible reroutes due to flights closing. The customer service of tap airlines is severely lacking

TAP Airlines did not fly this route for day and probably hired NEOS Airlines to fly as charter or contract this route only? NEOS Airlines is an Italian airline probably comparable to Southwest Airlines in the USA. It's a cattle car airline with no frills. Crew was very professional, food was actually good. A sandwich that was of course Italian ingredients. Seats were comfortable for the 3 hour flight.
Checking in and paying a $49 excesses baggage fee for I was better off paying a full fare. Discount fare, what a joke!Than finding out that TAP put me on standby status?? But I eventually got a seat. It was no relief thinking I would be left behind and my plans elude be delayed.TAP airlines had only worked the front desk check in, gate check in and don't know about the ramp service. So I can't give a full positive review of TAP Airlines

To buy a ticket on their site is a mess! Never intuitive, a terrible maze! TAP´s president should be required to buy one ticket each morning... May be the site would improve. Got a ticket with seats “free of charge” on the printed e-ticket, but had to pay for them at checkin. It seems to be a scam... There would be more, but i lost my patience with TAP.

The entertainment system is pretty good. Touch screens work great, and you can charge your phone. The plane itself is fairly up-to-date, and the headrest is adjustable and very comfortable.
I am 6' / 183cm and 210lbs / 95 kg. The seats are quite narrow, and little legroom. I don't think I'll fly them again.

Who assigns the seats? A monkey? Half my party was seated away from me (including my 5 year old daughter); we were put in an exit row and then moved. Everyone around us was sitting apart from their traveling companions so that we talked over each other. The whole thing was absurd.
Left on time, arrived 40 min early.
The food was the worst on an international flight (out of more than 30)

They were lying about a supposed compensation for denied boarding which was supposed to be handed out in Lisbon. I didn't expect this behavior from grown up people, and such a company in Europe. TAP should be excluded from star alliance.

My flight was delayed several hours, we were incorrectly told we would be leaving soon several times before we actually did.
Cabin crew was cheerful and helpful. Got excellent seats at last minute.
Late boarding due to some crew late.

I was told that my carry on luggage was too big for the overhead bin and had to pay 35 euro. The flight attendant attempted to fit it in the bin and it fit just fine. So thanks...I paid for something I didn’t have to.

Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA.
It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!

There was a strike so out flight got delayed a few hours. But that wasn't air europa fault.
Had to work my tale off to find aireuropa they told me I got switched to ibeira Took the train to another term I,so ask me when I actually take the flight I can give better feedback

I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case

Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before.
We fly all the time and this crew is the best ever. They made us feel comfortable and not like a burden...even when my daughter was sick. I want to choose my next destination based on where they are going.

I give high marks to Vueling in all regards, except one. See below. Otherwise, they were efficient, courteous, and it was a very positive experience.
When we arrived at our seats 29E and 29F the seats were taken. The flight attendant asked if I would like to move to row 32, the last (and worst) row of the plane, which has no window, so that the people in my seats could sit together. I thought she had to be joking, but she wasn't. These people need to get a SERIOUS reality check. It's like going to a restaurant, ordering a filet mignon steak, and then waiter comes out and says "we gave your filet mignon to that person sitting over there, but here's a MacDonalds hamburger for you. And you will still be paying for the filet. Will that be ok?" No. It's not ok. Only an airline would try something like that. This behavior is unacceptable in every other business. Stop doing this now!
That it was a short flight.
Old interior. no legroom, American credit card doesn't work to purchase anything. Bad coffee, but flight crew was excellent.
