Contras: For starters the female flight attendants were very rude. Really unprofessional and lacking costumer service experience. The aircraft was messy and unclean. The entertainment screen freezes and unresponsive. They need replacing. And the delay was the icing on the cake. Royal Air Maroc is the worst airline company one can ever fly with. Even budget companies such as Easy Jet and Ryan Air provide better service. Not recommended at all people.
Contras: Good service good flight
Prós: Luggage allowance for sports equipment and plenty of legroom
Contras: Breakfast was poor on first flight from Dakhla in comparison with the lunch on the next, connecting flight from Casablanca. The latter was very good.
Contras: V poor hospitality and i was treated like a prisoner during my 1 nt trnsit at casablanka airport before my flight to jfk Also I didnt receive my 2 bags at jfk airport and till now i didnt hear from them till now I wish that anyone can help find my bags. I will never book on royal ait maroc again
Prós: I was offered to check in my carry on, it was nice.
Contras: I was told a wheel chair would be available to help me get to Terminal E in Zurich. I had literally TO RUN to catch my connecting flight to NYC since the chair was not their for me in Zurich. I almost missed my flight. I am a 79 years old woman. That was one terrible experience.
Prós: Best food I've ever had on an airline! Great flight. Not too full.
Contras: Arm rests didn't lift all the way up on the plane.
Contras: The HVAC system was apparently defective and passengers in the mid-section of the plane, myself included, were bundled up in winter jackets and blankets.

Prós: The crew was polite and helpful. The wine was free and each seat had it's own screen with a good assortment of movies and TV shows.
Contras: The food could be much better. Although coming from Sicily it's tough to compare.

Contras: I’m not sure how I feel about the embarking and disembarking in the “presidential” style. (the use of the stairs outside of the planes, and the shuttle rides).

Prós: I flew with my sister who has disability. Check in was very smooth and the Spanish lady who checked us in at Heathrow airport took our hand luggage which was really nice as we could just take care of our wheelchair.
Contras: BA should consider to serve complementary coffee and tea on board. Such a little thing, but could make a huge difference.
Contras: Transit time should be calculated reasonably.
Prós: The crew was so incredible, the safety video was funny, the food was DELICIOUS, the accommodations were above and beyond. Comfortable, great movies, relaxing. First international flight and now I’ll always use British Air

Prós: Gate was extremely crowed and disorganized. Non-European citizens must present passport. That requirement should be clearly stated.
Contras: Travel notifications should mention documentation requirements.
Contras: The crew is not nice and rude. The checkin counter didnt allow me to have overweight of 300 grams. Ridiculous. At some areas of the plan the air conditioning doesn't work well

Prós: Not much. Check in luggage charges destroyed the experience, this was not disclosed on the ticket itinerary
Contras: TAP charges $120 1st checkin bag, this was not disclosed on the itinerary or kayak site when we book the ticket. We expect kayak to refund this.
Contras: We were changed from KLM to Airiltalia without any information sent so only because I tried to check in did I find out the flight on KLM was cancelled and we were changed to Airitalia. The Airitalia flight was very mediocre.

Contras: My suitcase wasn’t in the plane. 8 hours in the plane and no one offered us water. We had to look for flight attendant. Entertainment wasn’t great not too many choices and quality of screens was poor

Prós: The crew was great! The food was also much better than other airlines. And passing out whole bottles of water was much appreciated.

Contras: The boarding procedure is a nightmare. 3 gates positioned right next to each other with no one knowing which line they are in and people shoving to get through to another gate. Very stressful and disorganized

Contras: Flight delayed 3+ hours due to Boeing issue. There needed to be some sort of assistance. We were offered access to the GOL lounge without asking, which was welcome, only to be refused when trying to enter. The attendant was not helpful, in fact rather negative and condescending. Not supportive.

Contras: They need to be able to let customers know meal ingredients during pre-orders to assist with food allergy. I have a tomato allergy, so giving me an option of "Vegan" or "veggie" with no other detail is unhelpful.

Contras: Upgraded seats in the planes, especially business class, seats did not work properly or recline all the way, very uncomfortable. Food was mediocre at best, movie library needs updating. I'm also not sure why an older model of this aircraft is used on such a long haul flight.

Prós: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Contras: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?

Contras: Flight left over an hour late, we were told we would leave just a half hour late then the time just passed without further announcements of delays. Cramped A320 aircraft. Just water and soft drinks for a 3.5 hour flight.
Prós: The timelly take off and landing... Being on time was a great pleasure.
Contras: The crew was non-responsive to simple requests. The food was abismal and void of nutrition.

Prós: Crew were very friendly and welcoming. I was in economy, and I am a big person but the seats were comfortable.
