On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

If I didn't actually pay an extra €60 for the seat I may not feel bad but I feel like I might have been better off without paying for the "upgrade""

Contras: "We had to go back to philadelphia after flying for 2.5hoyrs, landing at Bangor, waiting for the maintenance team to figure out the problem. We then had to wait for another flight for 4h before being able to go to paris.."

She should have explained the reason for this rather than just walking up to people and asking to see their boarding passes since this doesn't usually happen. She didn't explain why she was doing it until AFTER some of us refused. She explained it was for added security requirements (random checks) because we were travelling to the US."
Contras: "I am 6'3" and I cannot find sufficient leg room. The answer is paying additional for seats with extra leg room, is no answer at all. The answer is quit jamming more seats in to a ever shrinking cabin."

Contras: "Confirmed seat selection does not actually mean confirmed. BA changed our seats without notice and stuck us in the back of the plane. There was no real effort to address the unexpected change. It also took the entirety of the 3 hour flight for the service cart to make it to the back of the plane. This was after a 2 hour delay during which they provided only sporadic updates. Overall, quite a poor experience which would make me hesitate to fly BA again given a choice of comparable airlines."

My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers."

Contras: "I have change my return tickets to one week before original return date, and the fees for changing was 4600£ I have the same issue with Qatar airways and they charged me only 100£"

Contras: "Their own employees didn't know that the flight was delayed, though their app had sent out a notice, and they refused to let me go through security, having already given away my seat more than an hour before the flight actually left. Then they refused to admit responsibility and do anything to help except to continue to put us on standby on their own full flights, knowing we wouldn't be able to get on one of those flights for at least a few days. They did finally give us a hotel for just one night and that was only after we kept reminding them that this was all their fault."

No games, must be in World Travellers Plus. With four classes on a flight, economy or World Traveller just feels neglected. No wifi. Maybe this is just the service for LHR-IAH."
