Prós: The crew service was great! ...I do travel a lot on business and on a very few of my trips I have been so well served. Thank you for everything!
Contras: Well, of course the space for stretching my legs was not that big... But I undesrtand...
Contras: Flight was delayed almost one hour, the cabin was too hot.

Contras: BILLING FOR SEATS THAT ARE CLEARLY AVAILABLE, BLOCKING 75% OF SEATS TO RAISE PRICES TO SIT TOGETHER!
Prós: Everything was really nice
Contras: Bags should be included in ticket price. Ticket prices didn’t go down by charging bags separately. Just a big dissatisfaction.
Prós: Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again.

Prós: I am used to traveling continents with other companies. There has always been 2 check in bags allowed with no extra charge as long as you are under 23kg on each. I get to the airport with my 2 bags ready, TAP tells me on large holidays, they only allow 1 bag to be checked to my specific african destination until January 11. And that one bag will cost me $120. They will not let me have the second one. Who does that? How much sense is this supposed to have. I checked with others and they do not do that. Never again they will see me.
Contras: TAP's stupid rules against my destination. Not faire!

Contras: We called the day before to ask about baggage and was told was included in price of ticket. Only to get to airport and be told was not included and cost 95 euro per bag. absolutely unacceptable and will warn all future associates that travel to Portugal

Contras: Nothing, they tried hard to make sure everyone felt they were available to take care of what they needed and when they needed.

Contras: Touch screens were not working well. Required multiple hard taps which disturbed the passenger in front.
Prós: the crew was very helpful and friendly
Contras: The Lisbon airport could have more places with working electrical plugs or USB ports in order to charge devices while waiting for your flight.
Prós: The flight was not full and without prompting an attendant took a look at my long legs and led me to a row of seats for myself. A simple gesture that was greatly appreciated.
Contras: A little too warm but not unbearable. We paid extra for seats together but did not get to pick them. We would have preferred a window but were in the middle 2 of 4.
Prós: Leg room. Help with connecting flight.
Contras: Good was ok. Could have been better
Prós: In flight crew is really nice and respectful, seats were comfortable, clean bathrooms, in flight entertainment is good.
Contras: Boarding at Lisbon airport was one of the worst experiences. Passengers were asked to line up at least 30 minutes before boarding started and it was hot in the terminal. As boarding started, passengers were split into groups by boarding zones...premium passengers boarded first as expected, then people with small bags. This is where the problem was because a group of four passengers who had one small bag (that could fit under seat) were allowed to go before passengers in boarding zones A/B. The whole idea is people who could fit bags under their seat would board first, but the tap team made a mess and allowed many passengers with large bags in as well. I was one of the last ones to be boarded and stranded on the line for over 40 minutes with my backpack...after traveling for a month and being delayed in Rome, last thing you want is stupid mistakes like this to cause you stress.
Contras: There were not enough vegetarian options, so I had only bread, butter, and dessert.

Prós: The crew were super friendly. There was plenty of space and I slept for a few hours
Contras: Flight was canceled from Newark to Monachium then coming back plane from Krakow was late and I had to spend night in Monacoum . I arrived to Newark on Tuesday instead of Monday horrible trip all together ☹️
Contras: The Cabin seating
Prós: Good vegetarian meal. Great price.
Contras: Those seats might be ok on a short hop, but a five-hour intercontinental in the middle of the night? Price is cheap, but personally never again.
Prós: Smooth flight, easy boarding.
Contras: My bags cost more than the flight. Long line at Pasport check.
Prós: all staf in airport pleasant and quickly to across other place to connect
Contras: a lot of people they pass by preference, and late for star Alliance
Prós: A short but very pleasant flight and food was served, excellent in every category.
Contras: Nothing, it was the best short flight I've ever had. The staff were very attentive and did a great job of keeping everyone happy.
