When we addressed our concern, the lufthansa employee told us that u cannot have buses for all the passengers in a situation of a delay.... unacceptable.... how is this the client's fault to miss a flight due to a delay?"

Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

Contras: "At 11h30 of 14/9 we (HOANG MINH CHAU and NGUYEN SI THANH) were standing at the ticket counter in Vienna and we could not check in due to no payment yet for the ticket and so the reservation has been cancelled. Due to this reason we had have to buy new tickets at the airport ticketing counter. So please sort out your problem with the airline and get back to me. From my bank the payment has been done yet to you. We had have double pay for one trip."

Prós: "I flew to Venice on Austrian Airlines to make a connection on an Air Canada flight to Toronto. When we debarked from the Austrian Airline onto the tarmac and picked up our luggage, I could find no signs indicating where to go for connecting flights, nor any signs indicating the gates of connecting flights. I was told that to make a connecting flight, I should go out to the main lobby of the airport, At the information desk they directed me to the Air Canada check in desk, where I found the check-in for my flight was closed. That was the the beginning of a nightmare chase to get to the plane to Toronto. I made it only because of the kindness of people in the check in, security and customs lines. Austrian Airlines should be kinder to its passengers making connecting flights. They seemed to abandon us passengers in a chaotic airport."

Contras: "Entertainment was dated and poor in function. Our bags were 99 dollars each and we’re both lost and didn’t arrive. I just filed a claim and got rude service saying I should have filed the claim at the airport baggage area but there was not anybody there to do the claim then he agent upstairs said they just spoke to them and they are there and I should have done it there. This was so rude and there is no way to get back into customs area. If we paid 200 for bags I expect them to arrive on time. I’m asking for a refund of the baggage fees."

I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

Contras: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."
Prós: "Loved the lovely food and wine from Air France, they even serve fresh french bread with camembert, ice cream, champagne (in economy) and brandy with your coffee!"
Contras: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Prós: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Contras: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."
