Contras: "1, It isn't really a 100% complaint because I'm also responsible. As I was waiting for the dinner to be served it took more time and I felt asleep watching a bad movie, so I missed dinner when I finally woke up. This is the reason I have no opinion about the food. My sole complaint is about the general practice in all airlines that they serve first the slim minority that does not eat meat. Democracy means that the majority should be served first. Unless the airlines consider the vegetarians as some kind of sick people! 2. The crew didn't offered us enough liquids during the flight and the excuse that they didn't wish to disturb our sleep is too lame."

And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."
Contras: "They forced me to ceck my trolley because i had a suit with me!!! And the airplane wasn’t even full. Even worst they allowed some pieces of “hand luggage” that were double the maximum allowed size"

It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

I had to stand for about 50 minutes, either on the crowded bus or, after climbing with great difficulty three flights of stairs to a high jet-bridge (I am 76), standing there forever with 200 persons waiting to get access to the plane. Totally unacceptable. They started the boarding process early (50 minutes before departure), but passengers were allowed to actually board the plane at the time it was supposed to take off."

Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Departure time, 1.00 pm, boarded at 1.10, actual departure time 1.45, causing me to almost miss my connection and definitely causing my bags to miss the connection."

My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia."

You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."
Prós: "Flight was safe, aircraft was clean and luckily with enough room under the seat to store carry on bag"
Contras: "The fact that all the passengers boarding in "group 3" were forced to check in their carry-on bags if they did not fit under the seat; and retrieve those at the baggage claim area (not right after exiting the airplane) In my case I was able to store my carryon under the seat in front of me after pleading to the crew and gate members to let me try because of my connecting flights. There is no complimentary food service, even water is charged."

Contras: "Before boarding, crew member had each of us throw our carry on luggage through a hole in the wall (no, they didn't help), down a chute (yeah, a slide... not a motorized belt or anything), watching our luggage hit the ones below. No one was below to catch them, and we saw them slamming into each other, some falling on the ground. Highly disturbing!"

A sugestão era ficarmos a dormir em Paris uma noite, apesar de termos as reservas confirmadas. No gate foram simpáticos mas a funcionária do check in era uma francesa incompetente e antipática, que nem sequer conseguiu encontrar as nossas reservas. Tivemos que ir a correr ao balcão da Vueling e ainda nos ameaçou que o voo ia fechar...enfim, uma experiência a não repetir"

Contras: "I was told i would be able to book my seat 24hrs before my flight. I was on the phone while i was on vacation trying to do so and was told it wasn't possible after 4 hours going back and forth with them."
Contras: "When we arrived at AirPort El Dorado, we discovered that our flight was cancelled/has been changed without warning us! They scheduled us a new flight with Vianca and Iberia: Bogotá-Madrid + Madrid-Brussels. My partner and I could not sit together on any of these flights! 1 of 10 hours and of 2 hours! I would NOT recommend AA to anyone! This was full responsability of AA!"
Prós: "I was safely delivered from New York to Tennessee in pretty turbulent weather."
Contras: "The craft was small and the seating was cramped, seats were uncomfortable. The flight attendant was very brief with the Safety protocols and really did a poor job of demonstrating how to use the safety equipment provided on the aircraft. This was a disservice to first time flyers."
