We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."

Maybe a bigger yoguart plain with real berries. a sandwich ham and cheese on a croissant then I eat at least the croissant! then you don't need a muffin."

Contras: "There was one hour delay because the Madrid airport was foggy and they never told the passengers what was going on. When the airplane was almost landing at the Madrid airport with the normal low speed, then suddenly accelerated and start going up to flying around Madrid, then they put music and they never told the passengers what happened or what was going on again."
Contras: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Contras: "The flight had major turbulence without any communication from the pilot or crew as to what to expect and having been on 8 flights just this week I am not a first time flyer, but have not felt so uncomfortable with noises of what what sounded like ice hitting the plane. Just looking around it was clear I was not the only one who felt this way. I understand that the pilots did there best to navigate through the weather but for the future it would be great for them to communicate that we would be hitting some turbulence. The landing as well was one of the worst I have experienced. I will not be flying or recommending air Europa to anyone. Just checking in to receive boarding passes was a nightmare as they informed me the plane had already closed even though it was an hour before my flight left. I was then directed to customer service who then sent me back to the counter where I finally received my boarding pass. Running through the airport and to security was awful and when I arrived at the gate the gate was still open and people were still boarding. It seems as thought air Europa is more concerned with how many tickets they can sell than customer service."

In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Prós: "...and don’t really do that in a way helpful to the passenger! I couldn’t get my boarding passes from Vueling’s website, as the login details as required by Vueling, are actually those used by who “bought” the ticket - some random email used by Kayak / Lastminute.com, and not mine! Crazy! Moreover, the whole business processes that Vieling use are just dijointed. even getting help I still never received by boarding passes via email."
Contras: "Worse, Vueling charge you, on checking, to “choose seats” with no obvious way of not paying for them! I’m sure here was a link somewhere - but could I see it?! Nope! that and my suitcases, and I had paid over €100 extra on top of my initial flight cost. BA or Easyjet next time!"
Contras: "The flight was delayed by an hour but that was not Vueling’s fault. Despite the delay the staff did all they could to notify passengers and leave as soon as possible."

Prós: "Cheap, clean, great on board crew. I arrived early for my flight and was able to change my flight to an earlier one cheaply, quickly and hassle free. Excellent customer service."
Contras: "Shocking check in. Only 2 desks open queued for 45 mins just to check in. Despite arriving in plenty of time. This was a Saturday lunchtime and the queue quickly built up and despite several members of staff being around no further desks were opened up until the queue became huge."

Contras: "Waiting in line for boarding to find out the passengers in the plane that had arrived had not disembarked. Passengers (and not just priority) brought more than one bag onto the plane. The overhead stowage was bulging. As a passenger with a foot cast the disembarkation was not the best"
Contras: "Supostamente só se pode levar uma única mala, presenciei pessoas sem prioritário e sem mala extra a embarcarem com dois volumes o que é injusto para quem se preocupou a controlar a bagagem incluindo a dificuldade que é não utilizar mala de senhora para além da bagagem."

Contras: "a tripulação do avião cancelou o acesso à gate antes da hora prevista tendo arrancado, deixando mais de 6 clientes em terra. é inexplicável esta forma de actuação tendo em conta que quem paga pelo serviço deveria aprimorar e dedicar-se a prestar um bom serviço. para mim a gota de água, não volto a contratar serviços a esta companhia."

Contras: "Para além de estarmos dentro de umas gaiolas em pé, quase uma hora sem sequer nos dizer nada, fomos a pé debaixo de chuva até ao avião. Crianças e bebês a serem forçados a ir debaixo de chuva. Entretanto chegamos ao avião e não tivemos autorização para entrar, ficando debaixo de chuva... enfim. Depois disso, quando aterramos não tivemos autorização de sair porque o Hospedeiro de Bordô chamou a polícia para acompanhar um dos passageiros. E para variar... Tivemos de permanecer sentados em espera para podermos sentir. Enfim. No mínimo ridículo."

Contras: "The flight was a bit delayed. Upon check in, I was charged 20€ for one small luggage that I had whereas I am suppose to be entitled to 1 free hand carry luggage. Many passengers were surprised and upset including me. I will NOT be booking a flight with Ryanair anymore!"

Tipo de comida que pelo aspecto e sabor nos faz sentir desconfortável e com náuseas. 2- Uma viagem transatlântica num Avião velho e desactualizado o barulho e a vibração do motor, principalmente junto a janela é tanto que não me permitiu dormir, mesmo sendo uma viagem de 7 horas (de Toronto, Canadá até Lisboa Portugal. 3- Inizisténcia de qualquer tipo de Entertenimento! Ausência total de monitores ou televisores não podendo assim assistir a nenhum tipo de programas ou filme., que agrava, principalmente quando se viaga com crianças."
