o voo de conexão foi atrasado em 6 horas e com isso perdi o voo internacional. Fiquei 28 horas no aeroporto de Atlanta , me colocaram em um outro voo para Miami para tentar pegar um voo para sp de lá porém o voo deu pane elétrica e tive que ficar em Atlanta. No voo para SP o entretenimento de bordo não funcionou. Demorei 53 horas em um percurso que deveria de 12 horas. Foi péssimo 0 assistência 0 Paciência
O voo era 13 hrs Atrasou para 14:50 E fomos finalmente voar às 17:36 Perdi minha conexão de Atlanta para sp e estou sem suporte

Principalmente se houver mais de uma cia aérea envolvida na mesma viagem"

Fui muito bem assistida, principalmente pq antes de voar eu despenquei da escada rolante e recebi uma assistência incrível. Mas a comida e a variedade de filmes muito ruins.

She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

And yes, we checked in together. There were lots of confusing messages"

In "biz class" you still had to rub elbows with your neighbor, something other airlines with newer planes have sorted out, but allowing extra space between seats.... but overall, for a short flight (not much longer than an average subway commute in NYC), it really was not a huge deal...."

After paying that before departure to London I recieved an email from British Airways that stated an extra bag for both my flight to London and return flight to San Francisco had been fully paid for. At the airport I was told by British Airways employees that I would have to pay another $90 regardless of what my email said because their official prices are $90 each way not both. I showed them the confirmation I had recieved and all they could say was "that is confusing". There was very little empathy or attempt to help. As a result I was forced to leave the suitcase behind with my acquaintance in London and do an in airport shuffle of all of my belongings. The flight was great but beware emails that may not match up with online info."
Contras: "I sat in the window seat. Trying to get out of the row is very difficult. The arm rests do not rise high enough to get around without needing to climb over them."
Prós: "Staff as always is polite"
Contras: "The man sitting next to me required two seats. The arm rested had to be lifted to my seat to accommodate him. I complained but the flight was full and my seat could not be changed. I was told that British Air policy was not to require extraordinary over weight people to buy two seats. No, instead the person next to that overweight person has to suffer. A very stupid and unfair policy. As a result I will never book Finnair or British Air again if I can avoid it."

Extremely frustrating to deal with check-in process as well--because we booked on Finnair, we could not use online system. This was an aggravation considering we were traveling. And--one of our bags was left behind in London. \"

The old US airways, Lufthansa, and British Airways, are way better international flights every time I've flown with them. Personal entertainment at your seat for each flight (i thought this was standard on all international flights in the past like 10 years) and more food and drinks throughout the flight."

Contras: "Kayak sent misleading check in announcements. Namely, telling us to check in with Finnair, where it would not let us check in on line and no one answered the phone. We ultimately checked in with American, which was operating the flight. Not a customer friendly process. American should be embarrassed to serve meals. We think people will eat the gruel because they paid for it. No choice of entertainment. How 1990s. If this is the new American Airlines Lord help us."

Prós: "The flight itself was very good. The food is descent and there are good selection of movies."
Contras: "My bag was left in London during my connection and arrived in Denver the next day. From what I understand once my bag arrived it was handed off to a third party delivery company. I am not sure how to complain to this company, maybe British Airways has a way to do it since they hired them. My bag must have arrived around 3:30pm in Denver. I got a text at 5pm that my bag was being delivered, which is fine so far. I did not hear before 10pm from the delivery guy about an estimated delivery time of my luggage, at that point he said he would show up around midnight. He eventually arrived at 3am. I don't know how the delivery company plans their deliveries but this is rather unacceptable. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this happens to me. Do they really always expect people to stay up until 3am the day after an international flight to get their luggage that was mis-handled by the airline.... I'd rather just drive to the airport myself the next day to get my suitcase myself."
Prós: "The service is great , I enjoyed the food as well. Attendants were very friendly."
Contras: "When flying from US to Erupoe there should be a private tv screen directly in front of every passenger. On this flight the tv is in the middle of the isle on the ceiling. That's terrible ! When you are on a 8 + hour flight. People want their own screen with their own options. Been on many flights to and from Eruope , this was the only flight that was set up like this. Change it"

Contras: "The flight took off late, arrived late and we missed our connection to Salt Lake City. We had to change terminals and they were on the opposite side of the airport. Had to spend the night and have not yet started with Aer Lingus to get some satisfaction."

Prós: "The food was actually tasty but we didn't get enough beverages to stay hydrated during the flight."
Contras: "My screen didn't work and the crew was rather rude about it and never fixed it. The seats were way too close together, which is to be expected but when the seat in front of me went back, I couldn't move at all and I'm not a big person. We weren't served water/beverages but once on the flight."

I had to place my baggage very far back and wait for almost everyone to leave the plane so I could collect it."
Prós: "The flight attendents were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. I sat in the first row and when I boarded the attendant helped me find a spot for my carry on luggage."

No help to rebook, so I stayed in Detroit and got to the airport early the next morning and paid my own way to Omaha, through Chicago. Again, no help from the Aer Lingus hotline (tried/on hold for 2.5 hours with no human service) or the United desk."
Prós: "Flights were smooth and on time. Boarding was fine. I could walk around. Restrooms were clean. The egg breakfast dish on flight from LAX to Dublin was yummy."
Contras: "The seats are too small. I'm 5'11 and had to have my legs in the aisle even though there was nothing under the seat in front of me. The sound system for movies and pilots was hard to understand - not clear. Aisles too narrow."

We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."
